Got there and they told us we could not bring the 3 year old or baby in.Very disappointed with this. Manager was not helpful either. Just told us no children after 3 pm showing times. We will not be back.

Kayla Kemp: I love every Alamo I’ve been to. But Springfield did not enforce its no talking policy during the movie. The group immediately to my right arrived late, on their phones, talked over the movie, and cause so much noise that I decided to leave. But no staff was around. I had to leave the theater and still could not locate a single employee. I went to the front of house, no one was around for ten minutes. Finally, I found an employee more than 15 minutes later and cashed out, tipped, and paid over $45 (that bottomless popcorn is good). However, it took another 10 minutes to checkout and the employee informed me that I needed to raise this issue with someone in my theater. I tried but no one was there. And other patrons shushed the group repeatedly. It is wild to be told in a theater that has a no noise policy that I should have notified someone when I could not get someone to assist me

Kylion Gaming: I have always had a good experience here. Good food, comfortable chairs, and as someone who HATES theaters because of talking people or loud chewing of popcorn. There is never any talking. My only issue was tonight, had the server walk pass us 4 times without grabbing our order card.

Tristan Goodfellow: This is easily the BEST theater to come to in Springfield. The staff are wonderful, the seats are so comfy, and it makes for an amazing movie viewing experience. Been coming here since they opened and I love it. Always my top pick when seeing movies.

T-RI Williams: 18% service fee on 2 shakes, 1 burger and wings totaled $80 to my 18 year son & his girlfriend. No one told them about fees before purchase. 1st time there. Not a happy mom! Never going back.
