BNSF Railway Co: what do users think?
Revolve Tv: BNSF carries little to no respect for the general public. I live next to the tracks and BNSF are constantly blocking entrance and exit points to the main highway. I have set waiting - trapped - hoping the train would eventually move and it fails to do so. The longest I have waited for a BNSF train is nearly 43 minutes. The reason I am posting this is because in TWO instances today a different BNSF train has set idle on the main intersection that gives access to the highway. It’s not like I’m being unreasonable or even trying to be confrontational; but, when I’m almost late to work due to a laxidasical work ethic from an outdated, inefficient, and environmentally unstable form of transportation, I have the right to complain.
Eddie James: Good people.
Ed Akers: I work there
Devin Masters: Best freight rail way in the state of illinios
Aventine: I think whoever run's the front desk at the springfield brank just sits and talks on the phone all day. You can call for a whole hour straight and it will be nothing but a busy signal. You would think BNSF would have a second like being a nation wide rail road or maybe get someone who doesn't talk on the phone all day and lets a line be open for at least 5 mins a day.

BNSF: what do users think?
KD: Very friendly and helpful people
Eddie Mora: Fast service
James Galliton: If I could give it negative 100 I would.
Josh Schoenauer: They park the train right next to my house for hours on end. The engine shakes the house and makes it impossible to get any work done. My wife works nights and they wake her up daily. My neighbor has an infant that also has issues sleeping. Tried calling to complain just to find the #'s disconnected. Get away from my house!
Mario Baca sr: Most amazing place to work
Mike Turner: My son loves trains so we drove down so he could see then up close
Ann RICE: Wasn't there
William Allen: My job
Jennifer Esculano: Staff was very friendly
John Slaughter: It goes all over
Teresa Lauscher: Great people
Jennifer Parnell: My husband works here and we had the opportunity to ride the passenger train (this is only for BNSF employees families as a treat once every 7 yrs or so). LOVED IT! I rode both nights. The first night i brought several work friends and my bestfriends boys. They absolutely loved it and wanted to take pictures with the engineer. Speaking of the engineer he was FANTASTIC! no hard jerky movements felt completely safe (it was my husband😉😏). The 2nd night I brought my 96 year old WWll veteran grandpa, mother Jusy and my grandbaby Mia on board. They broke out all the luxuries for grandpa we were put on a private executive car and had a very nice employee John that sat in with us that gave us his time and knowledge. Carol was our car server and she was great too. Thanks BNSF we loved it.
Jerry Betts: Great place to work
Brent Darr: I totally enjoy cleaning their offices for MBM Janitorial
Derek Dalene: VERY slow moving trains, sometimes actually stopped, during rush hour! Zero consideration for what it does to traffic. Absolutely rediculous.
Sean Mccoy: Not bad
Billy Johnson: Awesome employees
Double Spike Productions: This is a Great yard to railfan because of how heavy the traffic is. The only problem with going to Springfield is that the bridge is "undergoing repair" and there are fences along all of downtown. If you go there to railfan make sure to either stay to the farther east or west of downtown.
William Mackenzie: Railroad Freight Trains
Aurelian Constantinescu: This is not open to the public. Is just operation building
Donna Gentle: Working with these folks was a great experience.
