He had my prop looking brand new I just a couple of days.Don't let his location detract you. He's easy to find and really not that far from Springfield.

He even took the extra time to make sure the rest of the lower unit and prop were in shape. Hope I don't need work done but if I do we will be back.

Brent Hale: Bought my tracker boat here new in 21. Received a recall letter about my bearings on my boat trailer. No big deal except I’ve called 3 times to schedule a service on it and my boat itself. I get transferred to the shop down the road, someone answers there I say I want to schedule a service get transferred again to Rick or Ron I don’t remember the name but he doesn’t answer the phone ever and I leave a message which he either does not check or ignores. I’m not sure where else I can take it to make sure warranty stays good but these guys apparently don’t care about customer after care at ALL. (Update, Rick with the boat shop did call me and set up appointment. Was very nice and worked with my schedule to get me in). Rating adjusted

First time charged almost $400 and 3.5 weeks and got it back and it didn't fix it so I took it back and this time charged me over $600 and another 3 weeks got it back at it still ran the same. They kept telling me that everything was perfect and that's the way it was supposed to run. I took it to another boat shop and they found the problem within an hour. Don't waste your time and money with this place.

jackson kennedy: If y’all need any work done, whether it be electrically, on a Yamaha or on an mercury, look no further than boat wrx. I drove 8 hours to have some rewiring and battery installation done on my Skeeter. The day before my appointment, I spun a hub. I called Brennan at Boat Wrx, explained my issue, and he told me to come on in and they’d take care of it. Well let me tell you, they did more than just that. Brennan rewired what I needed done so quickly. After getting my hub fixed, there was coincidentally a Yamaha Representative at the shop who went into further detail about issues with my outboard. Upon inspection, I had a bent prop shaft, an issue that could’ve caused $1000’s in damage down the road. At the drop of a dime, quite literally right then and there on the spot, the mechanics at Boat Wrx took apart my lower unit, fixed my prop shaft and had me ready to get back on the water for an affordable price.The mechanics along with the Yamaha representative answered any and every question that I had pertaining to my outboard and electrical system.I had heard about how great the customer service was at Boat Wrx for years now, but after dealing with them first hand, I will continually make the 8 hour drive to Nixa to ensure that my investment and the repairs needed along the line are done correctly, with an explanation behind them, and at an affordable price. Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart!

You won't find a kid who was selling shoes yesterday trying to help you buy a fishing rod today. They have the top brands in the right colors for anything that swims in our area.

Brin66 itm (Intensional Foul): One of the most unique stores in the US. Just to look around can take hours, and the free archery and gun museum is outstanding. Would rate a 5 , but service at times is hard to get.

If there was a 0 star rating, I would have given it a 0.Do yourself a favor, and don't buy a tracker.They do not honor their warranties to the fullest, neither does Bass Pro reporting to them the truth.If you look at the website and the paperwork, the warranty for the original owner covers exterior welds. Well Tracker doesn't seem to care, neither does Bass Pro. They got their money. This boat has been a disaster from day 1. NEVER again will I shop at Bass Pro, or recommend anyone to buy a Tracker.
