Ralph Cisneros: Beware!! GREEDY AND VERY RUDE!! They are very nice at first, then after you have signed on the dotted line they turn on you. Just look at their responses to other complaints from other customers they are bland and generic they really don't care. The lady and the man running the show should not be in business, take your money elsewhere these sheds are littered all over the road everybody sells them- bottom line...just avoid this place.!

Joseph Curry: I actually couldn't be happier with my Holden portable building and the process of buying it. I'd shopped for months and everyone was out of stock, wouldn't return calls, or the weirdest one was that I'd have to pay half up front, and no idea of when it would be done or what the other half would be. I reached Holden Buildings Bolivar and Sabrina Roberts met us before their scheduled opening time to accomodate us. She helped us come up with a plan for a perfect 8 x 12 building, made for us. Was sorta weird that it cost extra to have the H letters left off the doors, but she honestly explained why. The unit was actually done before we expected and delivered exactly to the minute when they said it would be. The deliveryman was an expert on getting it unloaded and set up exactly where I wanted, negotiating thru my weird yard and all. Shed is very well made, and even came with 2 cans of the paint used for any touch ups. I did repaint around the window trim where a few spots were thin or missed. I got a roll of heavy duty flooring for the inside and curtains. All in all, very happy with the purchase. Wish I'd gotten it years ago. Very glad I didn't go with one of the other options. I've heard some horror stories from friends. Thanks again to Holden and Ms. Roberts for the cool shed.

Davy Pulis: Had no knowledge of the buildings on their lot at one location at another location they seemed unable to tell the truth.went to a different portable building manufacturer. Zero would be more accurate score.

Kris Johnson: Very disappointing. They were very kind at signing and set up but many office issues afterwards! Another lady running office paperwork lost our payment information twice, stated we were months behind, insisted on bank receipts even though I had email and book receipts (the book they supplied). When I sent the receipts she tben said that wasn't good enough! Not kind at all on the phone and later required an over $400 moving fee that was not included on the lease (I double checked) and we were not disclosed! On top of that, the door has never properly latched so we couldn't lock the building for some time. When it was delivered we discovered nails sticking out substantially all over. Very dangerous! All in all a very poor experience.

Mike Halbert: Highly disappointed. Bella was great to work with. Set up was near perfect. Now the bad. Had one warranty issue before building left the lot.(poor quality control). After set up we discovered one window installed upside down. (Even worse quality control). Now it's been over a month and still no conformation when they are coming to fix issues. I have called a couple times and got call backs. The first call back they were more interested in how I come to by their product. The second call back was after hours and left message no one would be there if I called back. After looking closer at my building, it looks like it was a high school low-tech project and the instructor was whoever showed up first that morning. I was looking for a second building later this summer put I can assure you I won't buy from this company.

Kent W: Well, I am trying not to resort to social media, but I can't get anyone to call me back. I have a total of five calls in, at different times for different reasons (and a phone log to prove it) and I don't get a call back. The first was regarding my payment: never received a payment book and was told at time of sale if I didn't receive one before 1st payment was due to call the office. That's what I did. Had it in my phone calendar to do so. No one there, so I left a msg saying I was trying to make a payment. No call back. Then last week I get a bill for two payments due and a LATE CHARGE. There isn't a complete address on the invoice to write back to. As for the shed: thought I ordered a ramp--guess I didn't, so I called to find out how much that would be...phone actually was answered. Was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes with the cost. A full day later I got A TEXT with quote. I guess that rubbed me the wrong way. I had questions, which is what I texted back and to call me. that's no way to sell something. Anyway, no call back. Inside the shed there is a badly warped stud. Someone wrote "replace" on it. Never got replaced obviously. I didn't get a key to lock the people door, so that's a pain. Overall, just too hard to get questions answered. Businesses don't want to talk anymore. Everything is online, which is why I am here. Even the website doesn't give you a direct email. "someone will contact you" is the norm.I will end with a positive: the person who delivered busted his caboose on the install. There were two cases of no communication prior to that, but once we got under way, he worked hard to make it happen.UPDATE 7.12.18Things have not improved. Was told by local office i had to make 3 payments before i could pay off the shed, but Joplin office said I had to make 6. Regardless I paid off the shed several months ago. Meanwhile, the side door wont open. Called and left several messages. No call back. Texted a number I was given and finally got a reply that local crew would contact me. No one ever did so I resumed leaving messages again. No replies. So disappointed that there was communication when money was involved, however there is NO service after the sale. This issue is now a little over a month old and I am stuck with a shed that I have to enter and exit throught the roll up door. I already know what the outcome will be when a warranty issue comes up. Guess I will have to seek resolution higher up.

The owner himself delivered it, he was very nice, the building is built very well, IWould give them a 10 stars,, but it doesn't go that far, thank you Holden Buildings for a awesome experience!

I had to work that day so I was not able to be there when the first started but the day before my husband and I marked the spots where the carport was to be built. It was raining that day so I was a little disappointed because I was excited to see it when I got home. I was wrong and the roof was caught and damaged. Bryan worked for two hours to free the building and then returned to repair the damage. Conclusion. Mike Batson: I was in the market for a new shed and I did my research at several businesses. I stopped by Cooks on Kearney St and im glad I did. Im sorry but if forget the gentleman's name but he was very pleasant to work with. He showed me all the features of the sheds and answered all my questions. The gentleman who delivered my shed was very nice I showed him where to place the building and he leveled it and we even did a walk around. What sold me was not only how I was treated like family but it was warranty. The walls and floor have a lifetime Warner and the roof has a 30 year. If you are in the market for a quality made shed stop by Cooks you won't be disappointed.

Joe Crews: I have used Robb’s on two projects. A few years ago they built a 30x40 pole building for me and did a tremendous job. They set the trusses closer than most builders and their crew was very quick and efficient. I recently sold that property and now they are building me a smaller storage building. I appreciate their efficiency and quality control. Amber has called me several times to make sure everything is just right. I highly recommend them.

Yes, I paid more than what some other places charge for a similar outbuilding. But let me tell you, this building is fantastic! It looks great, is built to last with supreme quality materials and construction. They matched the color to our home perfectly. My wife can't stop calling it "beautiful". The customer service was fantastic. They gave me an estimated date for delivery, and when it got close I gave them a call just to check in. The man I spoke to was very pleasant and apologized that things were taking a bit longer due to the pandemic. They called a couple of weeks later to say they had started building it, then a little over a week after that, they called to schedule delivery. Day of delivery, they realized they were running behind and called me to let me know. The delivery was quick and painless. An absolutely wonderful company and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Mark Hensley: I had Robb’s scheduled to move my shed on an agreed upon price which I have in writing. The day before it was supposed to be moved, they stopped by and looked at it. They then decided they really didn’t want to do it and raised the price $100+. I had renters moving in the home at the time. Robb’s cancelling the day before put me in a huge bind. Luckily, I was able to find someone else to move it cheaper than Robb’s original price. This is bad customer service and I don’t ever plan on using them again.

Mr. J: I spent many hours calling and talking to several builders around the area before buying my 30’x40’ building and having it built. At least eight in Marshfield, Springfield, Rogersville, and finally Seymour. I gave them all the same specs and always asked the same questions. Their price was 30-38% higher than all the other bids I received for the same materials. I was blown away. I saved almost $6000 by driving another half hour down the road.

Eve Satine: They are scammers. They lie and steal your money. If you want an honest company, this is not the place to go. We paid off our building and they said we still owed 340$ more, with no warning they took it, even after paying them the additional money, they said we have to pay and additional 500$ to get it back. I am reporting them. Be warned!

Caleb: We were quoted 6 weeks and it took 14 to deliver it. Had a tough time contacting them…the local dealer can help with the purchase, but you need to call the factory in Joplin for customer service issues - I learned that the hard way. I’m very happy with our shed.

Matt Guisinger: Very happy with the finished product. It took some time getting it (probably from material shortages and supply chain disasters at the time), but well worth it. Delivery was done by a very professional and personable employee that gave us good advice about the building, keeping it level, etc. I highly recommend purchasing from Holden in Republic.
