Kristin Boles: Spoke in person this morning to the grooming manager who set an appointment for 2 PM for a nail trim. Show back up at 2 o’clock they tell me I don’t have an appointment. Even though I got a text message. Tried to explain to the lady behind the counter but she kept talking to the lady behind me Instead. Very disheartening after I plan my whole day around it. And this is all after each time standing in line for well over 15 minutes. They definitely need more help

Emily Campbell: The grooming salon is wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable of the type of coat my dog had and made sure she would get the best care possible. I am very satisfied with how well they treated my dog and the professionalism from the employees will definitely make me take my dog there from now on. Everyone there was so sweet and my dog was so happy and excited when I came to pick her up.
Justin Barnes: It is not bad but they really lack help. It takes forever to get assistance and when you do they are pretty much clueless. The fish department is really bad . I can walk in and always find dead fish and unattended to aquariums.

Jason Sargent: Store was very clean, cashier was so busy and he was rocking it! 2 lines, 2 registers... He was bouncing between the 2. He was friendly and I loved seeing the effort.Prices were a little higher than comparable quality items at competitors stores, but I found some good sale prices.
Jennifer Friedel: I got 6 female betta and they all died the same day. I won't be shopping here any more. I also got a teddy bear hamster and it died to. I'm done with this store. I really don't think they should sell any animals.
