Ryan Holiday: I recently was treated by Dr. Connor Barnes and had 4 cysts removed. I am genetically predisposed to developing cysts and have had the procedure done a few times in my life. This was the least painful, least stressful, and quickest experience I have had. Dr. Barnes is professional, kind, funny, and talented. The nursing staff and the ladies at the front desk are all amazing people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. I feel terrible for not remembering their names but I am horrible with name and only remembered the Dr.'s because it is on my appointment card. I will always remember their faces and I am very thankful for the help I received. Thank You!!!!
V P: I had surgery here in 2019 with Dr. Hawes. While he was polite he actually made me worse than before I came in. Now when other professionals see me they tell me that he actually ruined me. Now I have to try and find someone to fix the areas he made worse. I can’t speak for the other surgeons but I wouldn’t go here. I had a dream of getting certain things fixed and it was crushed. When I tried to call afterward with concerns, I was brushed off and told it was supposed to be that way. So, I never felt I was heard or concerns were addressed and definitely nothing was fixed.

Kaylah Davis: I have been wanting a BA and TT for the last 10 years after having my twins. I went to 2 different pre op appts and talked over everything I wanted with DR. Shaw. Fast forward to surgery day. I was so nervous I almost left but Dr. Shaw and his team are absolutely amazing. They calmly talked me through all my concerns and fears. I got the surgery and I couldn't be happier. First off I look absolutely amazing. Second I had no pain whatsoever which really surprised me. I'm healing so quickly and my results are stunning. Kim Hartmayer: Dr. Shah plastic surgery is the only place I would trust for my ongoing Botox and filler injections. I have been a loyal client for over a decade now and have never been anything but thrilled with their recommendations and the results. Syderial D: All of the reviews about horrible bedside manner, rudeness, inability to answer simple questions or being offended by them, and not listening to patients, are unfortunately correct. Would be nice if I had seen those on multiple websites or found out I already know 2 people who went through this here before I paid so much money to get a bad outcome and refusal to correct it. I've had to wait 6 months now and see 3 other surgeons who all agree there were serious mistakes made. I'm having to pay again to have someone else make corrections and go through this whole process and recovery a second time. There is no excuse for this.

There was not a bra out there that fit. I was self-conscious about my breasts, and the discomfort from ill-fitting support became something I just accepted. If you’re a mastectomy patient, you can relate to exactly how I felt.Dr. Shah took this challenge, knowing implants were not an option, and created two beautiful, separate, smooth, symmetrical, full volume breasts using my own body tissue and stem cells. Jessica Hallars: If you are looking for an honest, talented surgeon with vast knowledge Dr. Shah is your doctor. After two years and at least ten different office consultations, I was ready to find a doctor who could give me what I wanted. Then someone, whose opinion I hold in high regard, suggested Dr. Shah to me. At the time I lived in Chicago and his office was five hours away. However, I’d seen his work and I was impressed, he constructed a master piece from another surgeon’s sad Picasso botch job. I booked my consultation, and I’m so happy I did. Dr. Shah and his team were very professional; in a way that told me they respected each other. I told him what I wanted and not only did he tell me what he was going to do but explained how he was going to do it. He was patient and honest, but here is the real difference between a surgeon doing his job and an aesthetic specialist living their passion; At the time it was extremely popular for breast implants to be placed under the muscle, and I thought that was the only way to get them to look natural. Except, my body type is petite and athletic and if I had gone to any of the other surgeons I would have ended up with breasts that separated when I lifted objects from the ground. Dr. Shah suggested over the muscle, and because he was so knowledgeable and patient, I trusted him and the result exceeded my expectation. His wonderful team accommodated my out of state travel and was flexible with my schedule. I felt safe and in good hands. So three months later, the day of surgery had arrived and I felt confident. They were thorough and even had me laughing just an hour before my surgery. It was an experience I will never forget. My recovery time was unbelievably quick and I sometimes cannot even find my incision scar. His work is flawless, and I will always recommend Dr. Shah to family and friends.

Patricia Ketzler: Dr Shaw left me mutilated and disfigured after my breast reconstruction following my mastectomy.Upon first meeting with him he promised a great outcome, advised me that I would be happy with my new breasts that they would be like when I was in my 20’s perkier and fuller. After reconstruction surgery things were misshapen, my chest folded in half (implant animation) and the implants migrated toward my underarms. It took several months to have dr Shaw understand the issue, then he documented that larger implants were wanted vs the actual concerns of appearance and location. He finally agreed to correct the issues and swap implants which were supposed to be the same volume, again, he chose to do what he wanted in the beginning and placed larger implants than what was agreed upon and did not correct the original issues of animation and location.After several second opinions by various other surgeons two brought up the fact my chest wall was too broad for implants and I should have not been a candidate for this method of reconstruction, all brought up that there was no mesh, alloderm or other supportive material used to hold the implants in place so that they would not migrate.I feel that he will work in his best interest only and not the patients.Response to Dr Shaw.It’s not a misrepresentation and I’ve no idea where you came up with that, the fact is whenever I brought to Dr. Shaws attention the issues that are present I was not heard, I state my implants are in my armpits dr notes pt wants larger implants, I state my chest folds in half, dr says wait for fda to approve larger implants, I state the scarring is terrible and thick can we fix it, dr states can do nothing with it, I state what about fat grafting to make them sort of normal looking, dr states he doesn’t do that, waitfor larger implants.Sure I’ll speak to patient experience again and let them know that peoples opinion on their experience with Dr Shaw is a misrepresentation.
Kaylee Caldwell: I just recently 1 week ago had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck by Dr. Shaw. He is a phenomenal surgeon! Great bedside manner, very calm, and precise in answering all my questions. He also was so good at calming all my anxiety and affirming I was in excellent hands. All of his staff is very helpful, happy, and kind.
