Mayhem Modz: This is probably the most awkward and unwelcoming experience out of ANY PLACE I’ve ever been. First, I pull up out front and walk to the door. Then after I open the door, there is another door that you try to open that is locked. The receptionist is sitting at a desk about 20ft away on the other side and asked me what I was doing there before she would buzz me in, so I told her I was looking for a specific piece of plastic. Then she buzzed me in and I felt she just kept her eyes on me like I was gonna Rob the place. She proceeded to call the person up front who was supposed to be a sales person. I waited about 30 seconds and he was there. He was dressed casual/professional, but he was very unhelpful and looked like he just got scolded by his mother or wife and just gave me a weird look when I asked for a plastic material for my project which isn’t an uncommon part. Then, you just kinda pick up when people just want you to go away. As soon as you end a question, no thought-“ No No.. uhh No No”. So, without dragging this on, if you are looking for a place to make you feel unwelcome and awkward like your not a person, than come here. I am a professional business owner and I’d never display this type of behavior or tolerate this EVER. Good luck, you’ll need it, with this type of customer service. I know I manufacturer a lot of things made of plastics and Was looking to see what other people have, but I’ll NEVER come here again. Next time I’ll buy online or go to Regal Plastics where you get treated like a human being.

Michael Higgins: Work wasnt bad but management needs to get it together. This is a civilian job not the military. All i heard was a bunch of orders fallowed by move out. Then you can't get to your machine fast enough. John is obviously military and that's great but John needs to know the difference between military and civilian jobs. You don't treat employees like its the military. I don't know the day crew but I do know John and he needs to be replaced. I would fire him in a heart beat just for his attitude. If you go to work there it's a good place to work if you can stay away from John

I picked up my fiance from work and the manager yelled at me and slammed the door in my face when I seemed to act in a more professional manner than he by merely stating my purpose there. Because of this my fiance said he will not be returning. I highly advise new management and possibly then the turn over rate for employees would go down because good employees leave not because of the work but because of poor management and from what I saw I dont blame a single employee for quitting.

Nicanor Gonzalez: Pretty quick check in, show up a few minutes early and park at the N Partnership BLVD Gate walk straight ahead to the wooden fence, you'll see shipping dept signs and check in, the guy in there is pretty chill it's very loud, so, make sure to speak up. Parking is tight, but the doors are spaced nice enough that if you stay as close to the truck on your driver side and slide your tandems all the way back you'll be fine.

Thomas Roam: Take the entrance off Partnership. You'll see red paint on the drive that says fire lane no parking. Stop there anyway. Pull all the way up and check in. If you pull on in then they'll fuss that you are blocking the doors. Even though nothing is happening and it literally takes 5 minutes to give your info and him to tell you where to go.3 stars for now, for complaining for 10 minutes, instead of spending 5 minutes to get my info and tell me where to go. Also no restrooms.When you doc, open doors, slide the tandems back, unhook red air line and chock the wheels. Tight docs but wide.They got in my trailer pretty quick. Load time remains to be seen. Crossing fingers and hoping for the best. 👍
