L S: Couldnt get the phone to be answered when i called for a materials qoute. In a previous situation when i had called for a qoute i had spoken to an older sales agent for pricing and the fella was fairly rude in tone when i stated i needed 20 ft. Lengths at 11ga thickness. Stating he didnt know what that was. Being i was new to pricing steel at the time i would have thought that since he was a sales person that he would have the knowledge and expertise to understand what i was looking for. Guess not. Rose metals may cost more but at least they answer the phone and are not rude to you

Daryl Sparks: I bought a truck bed from these people. We did inspect it before leaving but found paint damage from the 1st shipper that delivered the bed to them.. they ran straps over the top of the boxes. (I strapped it to my trailer from underneath) .. after I noticed this, I contacted them, sent them pictures & they took care of it. I sent repaint estimates to them & they sent me a check. Very customer satisfaction goal oriented. They didn't build or paint the bed but they made it right! Good people to do business with.

John Jouett: Plumbing is not my forte so when I had to go from a 1/2 inch dielectric union on 1/2 inch copper down to three quarter inch pex, their suggestion was inexpensive and I was able to complete the plumbing on my bathtub in minutes. I think it's worthy of a five star review in this day and age when service is hard at most places. Thank you guys!
