Panda Kane: Unethical & unprofessional. Separated my wife and I for a physical & she ended up getting assaulted outside for questioning & calling out the manager for their unprofessionalism. Manager wouldn’t even give Dennis’ info to report the incident. Completely ruined our week, so thanks for that!

Guillermo Saravia: I was there to do my dot medical exam they told me that i need make a appt with my primary doctor for extra exams it took over a month to do the exams my doctor give me my realese letter explaining everything was ok and dont see any reason not to get my dot card i when back to them with the letter and they told me that i has to pay again they charging me $105 the first time and they want me to pay again. I believe all of this because im spanish im looking for another place to due and treat me with respect they can shovel that money where they wanted it is a scam

Rebecca Jones: Stay far far away if you need a DOT physical !! My husband had his dot performed here . His ua had an unusual reading and they wanted him checked out . Well many tests, scans and surgury/procedure later he was told that it was how his body functioned. He presented all paperwork and was told by the initial lady everything looked good , another doctor comes in and states they also need a scan to check out his head for an accident that occurred in 2009 !!! He was then asked about tubes in his ears as a child and the woman didnt even know what those were ?then the original dr comes into the room and tells my husband she didn't remember asking him to do all of these tests?! Are you kidding me ??!! COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF DOUNG THEIR JOBS !!RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

Kevin Mitkish: I had a clerical issue arise with my DOT Physical on file with the state. It was no fault of Faith Immediate Care where I had gotten my physical, but the staff figured out a solution to my problem and my DOT Physical was undated with the state and my employer.Thank you, Faith Immediate Care Staff.

rshighfill: Wait after check in, and the wait for the doctor was lengthy.. 30+ mins for each wait... But the staff is friendly, apologized for the wait, and the nurses/assistants get you through all their tests quickly. (I came for a DOT Physical.)

Alex Crites: Their phlebotomists have the accuracy of the LAPD, 4 different people to semi-successfully draw blood from someone with decent veins.

Philip Rogers: My wife called ahead and explained that I had a severe muscle spasm in my back and they gave no indication that they would not treat me. Made a very painful trip into their office only to be turned away.

Odis Spence: The so called Dr that's there is a real piece of work. Rude and childish. DO NOT go here. Remember, if you graduate with a "D" you're still called Dr.

Taylor Rouse: DO NOT EVER COME AS A WALK IN! I would always recommend scheduling an appointment EVEN if they say they don’t do appointments before 1:30… they do appointments just get lazy. If you have no appointment you will wait here for an hour while watching other people who just came in with appointments go back before you. When I tried to make an appointment they she extremely rude and condescending. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Samantha Maltas: Their google ping is off it brought me to the staffing Agency (Qps Employment) and they were very nice and had to give me directions. They said they get several people a day in there that are lost trying to find IPE Screening. they really should fix this because i had to sit in QPS for a while cause they were very busy and only to find out I was in the wrong place all along!

They accommodated us by providing almost 300 screenings spread over 5 different event dates for the convenience of our employees. Laurie and Debi make a fantastic team! They were prompt, prepared, and so friendly. A class act!!!

Joyce Jennings: Great customer service, so gentle, you don't even know they take your blood. So if you have insurance or not, you can go to them and not wait in the hospital for labs. You can request them through your Dr.

Mary Howard: Jennifer with IPE Screening goes over and above to help you feel comfortable with using her lab for all your Blood draws and screening needs. She likes people to know they are open to alternative health practitioners using there lab services as well.

Kristen Porter: Super awkward! The girls were nice enough, but I felt like I was in a prison movie & I had no idea what to expect when I walked in the door. There's no heads up about having to take off your shoes and the whole weird drill of providing a sample for a UA.Their website clearly states the test is fast (like 5 minutes is what they advertise & my deadline to submit this to my employer is tomorrow, so I hope they sort that out because I let them know about my deadline before I got to their office) , but then I'm told it will take 3-5 days. Probably because she took my sample out of the jar they're supposed to test it in and put it into a secondary container, which seemed shady after making me pick out my own testing cup and hand it to her (I assume to eliminate "cheating"?).. Let's just say that there's a lot about the process that made me extremely uncomfortable and didn't seem quite trustworthy. It was NOT a pleasant experience!This is no doubt due to my tester walking away from her computer after collecting my sample and having a conversation with her co-workers that I could hear quite clearly & was in all honesty a bit offensive. Then she came back to her desk and said she was still learning, yet she was obviously well versed in the "prison search" routine she put me through! Why lie to someone like that? It's unprofessional. If you need to talk about someone in a derogatory fashion, at least do it where they can't hear every word you are saying!I get that their job is to make sure people are safe and ready for work with the employer; but this was my first time having that process be so immediately weird and sorta passive aggressively judgemental... Like they're fake- nice while behaving like you are some sort of dangerous criminal with an evil agenda the whole time.If you ever have to do any testing here, be warned that they are like hyper judgemental and not patient friendly at all... I feel like I just went through TSA security random selection after 911 & I have never seen anything like it!*I have been in healthcare for almost 9 years and I have been through a coupleof pre employment screenings, but I have never been treated like that in my life!They do their job, but good lord people, try to be a little less like the Spanish Inquisition about it! People need jobs and the elderly need caregivers, so try to have some people skills because that experience was the most uncomfortable I have felt doing anything!

Brooke Pearlstein: I would give IPE five starts except there was a technical error and the woman did not see me on her schedule. When she was thirty mins late I called and they said she would not be there for an hour and a half. She ended up getting there before that. They were very apologetic and helpful in solving the problem. The woman that came to our home was wonderful. She was drew my labs quickly and was very pleasant, which was nice because I was nervous. A very good and reliable company to draw your labs, highly recommend. And the fact that they will come to your home is amazing!

They accept my Quest Lab card, so my insurance is cheaper, and they have really fast results. Very clean, professional office in a great location for me. They also offer a ton of different services like drug testing and paternity testing that I refer my clients to. They always do a great job and make me look good to my clients. I highly recommend!

Caroline Murski: This place is staffed with the worst doctor-possibly to do the LEAST amount of work to save compensation insurances money. A child broke my nose at work 2 years ago- the doctor was dismissive and forgot to write a referral to an ENT. By the time I was seen by a specialist, my nose had to be reset but had already healed. I have throbbing pain in my sinuses on the side I was hit daily and cannot wear my glasses. I hurt my knee and had to return to this facility this week with a probable torn MCL. When I expressed my upset that I didn't want to go through the work comp process, Dr Matthews became emotionally abusive "I'm not arguing with you" and when I asked a question he said "that's a loaded question!" He examined me through my jeans and didn't even do an x-ray. You better believe I'll be hounding them to make sure he ACTUALLY ordered the MRI! He should not be in this profession. He has poor beside manner and NO compassion.

Michael Cooksey: My god does anyone even work at this place? One hour and not one person called in to be seen. When you are there to take a urine analysis and they are all mia and not seeing a single patient in over an hour! Come on man! Can I please go home? This is like an ER visit!

Roger Miller: This place is so very very slow. Waiting for a DOT test. Had appointment at 830am. It’s now 10am how are you this far behind so early?The only one that seems to be working is the front desk. They should have taken this building out years ago.

Darian Parson: I’ve had to return to this clinic now four times because of their miscommunications and errors. I waited over an hour in the waiting room for an appointment time and they were only able to get 1/3 of what I needed to have done completed. I returned the following business day to have the rest done and after doing what I was told was the physical portion of the visit and had my blood drawn and provide urine for testing - I was then given paperwork with the WRONG NAME already written into parts of the form. I refused to sign it and pointed it out and the MA admitted she had grabbed the wrong chart and was also performing the incorrect tests/procedures!!! After having done my PPD test she then tells me that’s all I have and that I’m good to go and to come back in 48-72hrs to have it read, I acknowledge the instructions and confirm I’m good to go. I’m back halfway to my next engagement and the clinic calls me and tells me they didn’t realize I STILL NEED TO SEE THE DOCTOR so I need to come back. This clinic is completely mismanaged and these frequent miscommunications are going to cause MAJOR medical errors to occur. This is unacceptable. I urge a clinic practice manager to reach out to me.

Janna Heinlein: Been waiting for an hour just over a tb test they do not need to do. They wont do what they can do until they hear from my employer that they do not need a tb test. I drove an hour to be here this just isnt worth it. Worst time management ever.

Nick Stoffel: If I could rate a 0 I would. This place is awful. They lost the information my employer sent which made me return another day and cost me an extra day of work. Then on my return visit it took me over three hours to complete a physical which was a urine test, hearing test, and vision test.

James Smith: Very professional and efficient. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a DOT physical and the staff and doctor are very nice!

Brittney Lee: I was sent in to have a nail follicle test done. Had to return twice to have my nails clipped because they do not grow fast enough. All three times they NEVER had me wash my hands before they took the samples. I even mentioned it and they said it didn't matter since it's the follicle. My nail test came back positive for methamphetamine. When I called and asked about my test results, I was told it was a low level, such a low level it could be residual. Her example was "like from touching kpney that had it on it." UMMM.. If they know their tests are sensitive enough to pick up something like that, why in the world would they not have your clients wash their hands?? I tested negative with a urine analysis that same day. A week and a half later passed a hair follicle as well. Unprofessional handling of very important matters, in my opinion. I could have lost my children over their negligence. Thankfully, I did not. 10/10 would not recommend.Edit - The people working there were very nice and pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about their people, just the way the drug tests are handled.

Person on the phone was rude and very short with me. I have a debit card from my insurance company, it only works if the description for the procedure is coded for medical use. She flipped out and said we don't except insurance. I then asked for pricing, she told me and I was in the middle of repeating to make sure I heard correctly she hung up. Not a professional if you ask me.

Lindsey Flowers: Since KT Health has been under new ownership I can honestly say that I will now highly recommend them! Previous ownership/management was poor, I would have given them negative stars if possible, but not anymore. The new owners and staff are truly wonderful! Scott and his crew have turned things around significantly, even the aesthetics have changed for the better. If you had a poor experience in the past I suggest you give them another chance, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I now have nothing but good things to say about KT Health, they’re friendly, professional, and people I enjoy doing business with.
