Brian listened and felt the problem was bed bugs. He referred me to another company that specializes in bed bug removal. The owner of that company was by yesterday. He inspected thoroughly and deemed our home and especially the bedroom clean as a whistle. No bedbugs, no fleas. So we have to look for another reason. Thanks to Brian for his expertise and not charging me hundreds of dollars for a problem that didn’t exist. And we appreciate the referral to Rottler

Aquarian baby: I had all intentions to use BUZZ as my pest control. I called, got a person out here to do an inspection. The guy was rude, no customer service at all. He got to his truck to leave. I walked out to see what was found. He threw his hands up and said, I'm done, I will do an estimate later and he left. Four days went by, heard nothing, so I called them. Waited another day to get a call back, just to be told that they can't do it because the crawl space was to small. I already knew that and expressed the fact when I called the first time. In fact, I told them it had to be a skinny, little person. They said, no problem. I went with Alpine pest control and they did the job just fine.

Chris: TL/DR this company is great, they do loads more then just bug killing. Hire them!I phoned customer service and signed up for the Termite Control thing. I can't recall the customer service ladies name, my bad, but she did great answering my questions and getting me signed up.Clyde came out the next day. Called before he arrived and did such a thorough job on the inspection! Great guy, nice, professional, the whole 9. He got me set up with pest control and some floor joist repair.Sheldon came the next day, maybe it was the same, idk. He crushed it! Just like above, he was nice, professional and mad quick! He was out of here in like 15-20 mins maybe? Did great work, reviewed with me before leaving.Today Tyler came by for the pest control. I think he left a card on my door months ago, so he kind of started this, give him the sale! Teresa Mincks: They are rude they came once then came back 2 weeks later never knew they were coming so didn't spray then and try to set up appointments they gave me certain times they were coming and never showed up on time. I kept putting off things I had to do waiting for them and same thing never showed up in time they said. Well tried to call office again to set up time and they knew I was upset and oh we will make it right and same thing called office again and same thing. Here's the kicker they have already been paid for the job so in I believe in 3 months they have sprayed once and I texted one worker and he said get ahold of him I tried calling and left him a message and I'm going on 3 weeks and no return call. Called up and the one that does inspection was on Vaca and the other didn't care. Finally got the other one to show up and all he did was tell me how much it would be and the price (NO INSPECTION) ask is the price quote the only thing that is free and was told yes. The guy wasn't rude just didn't feel like working that day I guess. Maybe should of offer him BBQ.

Wish I would have known the circumstances as to why I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I called and why it took so long for a phone call back. I now know that the day I was supposed to have someone at my house was a day that I myself or anyone should never have to go through. Ant man is a great company to deal with, I have had great service from them and they do a great job and are the best in town. Dan Adrian: Bug Zero just came and woke up my whole household at 7:30 am, including my 4 year old daughter, by banging loudly on the door until we woke up and answered. I called the center to complain, but guess what? They’re not open because it’s too early. Once he woke us up, he just got in his car and left when he realized he woke us up. He banged so loud, I thought it was the cops. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t think we’re going to continue to use them after this experience.
