Sheral Lewis: Best prices. They really take time to best serve you. Young girls doing great job. You cannot compare a prices of a product from amazon to product being purchased in mall. I like to purchase all my perfumes always in this shop. 100% original products. Verified by retailers!
Angel Simms: I feel absolutely taken advantage of from this store. I work at another store near by and the employees always come in asking for employee discount, which we do not offer, and they make it a point to try and bribe me and my other coworkers into lowering the price of expensive items. If anything, they shouldn’t be in business because it’s just two girls working there and they leave the store unattended and try to haggle the other mall workers. someone needs to get rid of them and give their space to a different store like Icing (lord knows they need the room).

My fault for not looking online first since I had never heard of it! Had no idea someone would steal like that from someone. I'm all for making a profit but let's be reasonable! I already removed the plastic and reciept says no refunds only exchanges... I'm from 4 hrs away so I hope the store owner is living large on everyone else's hard earned money! They should be ashamed but I'm sure they aren't. Karma will get them!

She made it seem like she was giving us a discount but when looking up the perfume later I could get mine for $5 cheaper elsewhere and my fiancés was $15 on Amazon and we paid $85 (and that was with “20%” off)! Do your research and definitely take your business somewhere else!

Stillwell StillHere: SCAM. This company advertises as luxury but has Walmart brands and 4-5x higher than retail price. Do not believe their discounts.If you have been scammed, ask to get an exchange that is cheaper. I found the cheapest bottle in the store and got enough money back to purchase my favorite brand from a normal retailer.They do not allow refunds. It is a shame because we wanted to purchase a high quality product.

Makenzie Davis: SCAM. Went here purchase a perfume for my sister. I was only shown brands I’ve never heard of but were told they were “luxury” and from France. Ending up getting one that totaled to $60 (although he said it was originally $110 but was “on sale”) with tax. After I left the store I got curious and looked up the perfume online. It was $23 on Amazon and Walmart.com. I also looked up two other “luxury” perfumes I liked and were told they were “on sale” for $50-60 at this store (originally over $100 according to him) and they were also $20 on Walmart.com and Amazon. Receipt said no refund but when I went back and confronted him about the cheap prices online I was given one, along with a lecture of how the ones online are old/fake (yeah right). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE FROM A BRAND YOU NEVER HEARD OF. 0/5 STARS.

SHAE SHARPE: I went into this place and they were running a buy one get one 40% off. So, of course i got a second bottle even tho I didn’t need it. I decided once I got home I didn’t need it and was going to return it only to find out they don’t do returns...just exchanges. I live 40 mins from the place I got it at and she told me I would have to come back the next day to talk to the manager. Well, I can’t do that...I work through the week. So, I said whatever I’ll keep it. I went to post it on Poshmark and so I googled it to see what other people had it at and you could get it at walmart for $25!!! She told me it was a $90 bottle and I could get it 40% off blah blah blah. Learned my lesson!! Just stick to buying your perfume from the actual store brand next time.

It had a terrible chemical after smell, and I simply told my boyfriend I wouldn't allow him to wear it. I came from out of town to visit family and can't easily go back to this store to return it. That is $75 wasted. I honestly should have been more suspicious of the discounted price. Very upsetting. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I would hate to see anyone else conned similarly.
Krishna khan: I REALLY wish I would have looked at these reviews before I purchased from this store. I have been wanting a Tom Ford perfume for years now and i decided to purchase it at the gallery because it was 30 dollars less than Sephora. BIG mistake. I feel like such a fool, the perfume box wasn’t wrapped in cellophane (should have stopped right there) they told me it wasn’t because of whatever reason and I bought it anyway. This is not the same as the department stores. It gives me a headache and it doesn’t have any staying power. I called and of course no refunds only exchanges, no thank you. DO NOT BUY ANY HIGH END FRAGRANCE FROM THESE CROOKS!

My husband went by there to pick up my makeup (he is a kind soul) they very curtly tried to tell him that one other version of my brand was the same and it would be perfect for me (it was original vs matte, and sorry, I know what I need friend) and then RUDELY told him that they don't carry it anymore. This is NOT the first time I have had issues with your employees. There are times that they are very sweet, but there are others there that are condescending for no reason. It's makeup, people. Get off your high horse. You are working RETAIL which means you'd better be nice to your customers or they will go elsewhere and your store WILL shut down. I will be going to ULTA from now on. You are in the MALL WHICH IS DYING. Try a little harder.

Shaune Ilaban: I’m giving a 5 star rating solely on my interaction with the staff, especially Michelle today.She was stocking the display of the brand that I came to the store to find. I was standing behind for a short while, looking for a specific product and when she realized I was there, she apologized for being in my way! She asked what item I was looking for and she helped me find it. She was genuine in her questioning for why I was interested in that specific one. She brought me to another similar product that may be better for my situation. When discussing the benefits each one has, a question came up that she didn’t feel comfortable answering because she wasn’t 100% sure that the answer was correct. So she went out of her way to find someone who could give a definite answer. She then brought me a few other products to look into as well.I felt very welcomed by her and like she actually cared about me and my skin. I’m fairly new to skin care and I feel like not only did I find a product I think may fall in love with, I feel like I left the store with more confidence in my future purchases.

Unfortunately, I must have missed the big sale going on now because they had exactly 2 items of Winter Candy Apple when we got there a week ago. 3 wick candles for $12.50 and room scents for $3.00. Both fantastic prices, but I really wanted hand soap. It's my fault, but it's aggravating. Wait for next fall and a sale.

TOTEally Rachael: Took my 13 year old to get her first makeover done and they didn’t disappoint! She looked beautiful and the colors were great for her age! So appreciated the attention and information! I was a little disappointed when I got home and used an eye shadow pallet I bought and found talc as an ingredient. :( I specifically picked MN because they say on their site that their makeup is talc free. So unfortunately I will need to double check before buying any powders there again.*edit to reply….thank you so much for the offer, it’s not that I’m allergic, just that talc is horribly toxic to our systems. Just thought with how much I spent, I’d be getting a clean powder. I can buy all the talc I need at Walmart prices. Not your fault at all! I just wish Merle Norman wouldn’t advertise being talc free if they aren’t. 😔

I expected an antiseptic feel with older ladies in white coats selling high quality Spackle. I was wrong! My sister and I walked in as she was looking for an expert opinion on a color match for her foundation. We were surprised with the fabulous clothing! From sweaters, tunics and pullovers to jeans and bags, not to mention the unique and beautiful jewelry. All of it, I mean ALL of it was reasonably (actually low) priced! Oh yes, we bought clothes! And the new owner, Shelly, was so gracious and welcoming not to mention incredibly talented and knowledgeable with the products. She found my sister the perfect foundation and did a mini-makeover that brought out my sister's natural beauty and shaved off a few years (if you know what I mean). No this isn't your grandma's Merle Norman boutique. You really have to check it out for yourself. Just say Trish and PJ sent ya! Confession: We went back three times over her one week visit.

J Mac: I purchased Chanel perfume from the Chanel counter and it had no fragrance after a few minutes of applying it. I called Chanel directly and found out Dillard's is not a recognized or authorized dealer of the Chanel brand. I can't believe a large company like this can get away with this. I will never purchase there again.

We really appreciate the Middle Aged blond lady ( I’m sorry we didn’t catch her name) but she has been there since 2011. She not only knows how to direct the shoes needs you explain you have, but takes you to them and tells you I why they work well for others. Proper training is important especially when dealing with customers who have been coming many years. We prefer a women sales person to help us select women wear.

TWOINTENTIONS INTENTION: New in town and figured that I would give Ulta's stylist a go as I hear they do a great job.Was quoted $95 over the phone for an all over color. Extremely expensive and not all that great quality of color or coverage. My final charge was $113, plus I left a $20 tip because I support service industry folks. I also bought other products so my expenses was high.The Stylest was male and seemed more concerned about his surroundings than paying attention to me his client, plus had a person in training and was coloring the the other side. Well he missed bunch of spots and the color faded two weeks. I know how to take care of the colored hair as the product and service was not worth it.Boo

Sydney Routh: Katie is the best stylist I could’ve ever asked to have! After moving to Springfield in 2021, finding someone who can do hair has been a chore. My ex boss recommended me to Ulta salon after I told her how awesome her hair looked, best recommendation I could’ve gotten! When I asked them for someone who was good with super thick hair they pointed me to Katie and I’ve been a regular customer ever since!! Katie found the perfect blend of Redken hair products for my hair, and created the most gorgeous shade of burgundy for me that I’ve found yet! Every time I leave her chair I get so many compliments!! She is awesome at what she does! And I love the other stylists, I enjoy visiting with them while I get my hair done, it’s always so much fun when I go to visit! Amazing stylists, pricing and atmosphere! Worth every single penny!

Kaela Chrisman: Meg has been doing my hair since 2021 and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I’ve had everything from reds, to vivids, to naturals, and she knocks it out of the park EVERY time. She also makes her chair a safe, comfortable, and accepting place for everyone. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend her, and the other stylists at the Ulta Salon.

She asked one of the workers to search the store to see if one could be found. To my surprise, after about 5 minutes the worker returned with the one item!!!
Brianna Morgan: I’ve gotten my hair done twice now by Meg and I am freaking obsessed!! I’ve gotten compliments on it non-stop since I got it dyed and cut yesterday. My hair is so thick and long and I have a hard time with changing it up but Meg is the sweetest and is so patient and gave me so many tips, tricks, and advice along the way.

Brooklyn Bones: This place is absolutely amazing all the way down to the costumer service,super helpful can tell you about any products in the store even have a selection on the side to test out products and get a feel of them.the store was super clean and a wide selection of things also! If anyone needs an adult store this is the one to 100% go to even people walking in where super friendly and could tell where regulars them self and felt comfortable being here! 100% recommend going here!

Amaris Morrow: I recently visited the store while I was in town and was impressed. It was my first time in this kind of establishment, but Bre (or Bri, I'm not sure) put me at ease quickly. She had a lot of good suggestions and was very attentive! She encouraged me to try new things and appreciate my body in them. She was very uplifting and positive. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked with quality products. They had a good selection of products and a wide range of sizes, which I really appreciated. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
Soapy Cheesus: The staff is super friendly. I stumbled upon this place near closing and didn’t realize it. I was so indecisive there, poking around and oblivious, and they handled it really well. A woman (wish I remembered her name) gave me a coupon and a free bullet for having to rush me near the end. I am definitely returning to look over everything else soon when it’s not close to their closing time, lmao.
