Mercy Clinic Pediatric Neurology - S. Fremont: what do users think?
Christina Grady: I would give you zero stars if I could .The way the nurse treated me and my daughter today she is awful awful i never want to see her again .I had my mask covering my mouth and nose but I had to hold it out a littke so I could breath I was doing my best get face shields .Her comment insutated she didnt care if i couldn't breath and had a panic attack.Would of been different if i didnt have a mask on but i did..Pleaae be kind and compassionate we are people not just patients
Alison B: In one year, my sons appointment has been rescheduled 4 or 5 times because they can’t keep a doctor in there. He’s seen three different doctors, none of them cared. None of them were still employed there at his next visit. We had an appointment June 22. They called to reschedule it FOR NOVEMBER. I asked for a call back and never received one. Children deserve better treatment than this. Completely disappointed and honestly embarrassed for mercy.
Jenna Vaziri: Would give zero stars if possible. We traveled over 3 hours and waited 4 months to see a neurologist, only to be turned away because we won’t mask our 3 year old with severe disabilities.
Misty Parker: Awesome doctors here I drive from Fort Smith Arkansas to take my son here 100 percent better than Arkansas Children's Hospital neurologist
Tami Harvey: Staff
Lauren Taylor: Dr. Collins has done a phenomenal job keeping up with our son's development! He has been so thorough with our son's health between check ups. He is very patient with his peds patients and is so easy to talk to. I couldn't be more impressed.
Darth Val: Okay, so when I went there I had 5 months of non stop headaches. I visited a Pediatric Neurologist, her last name started with an H. She said, "Yeah, looks like migraines." I thought so and asked if she had any suggestions for treatment. She just said to get drugstore medicine for my severe headaches. Problem is, I already told her that medicine doesn't help. She didn't give me lifestyle advice besides "Here, take a piece of paper." I took an MRI and didn't even get a call back. We called back 2 weeks later, everything was fine. A year later, and I'm still having headaches and can't get them treated. Thanks Mercy!
caylee bergesch: Dr.Collins was absolutely wonderful with my 2 year old! The staff was very great also. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this office!

Dusit Adstamongkonkul, MD: what do users think?
Michele “The Gamers” Garner: My son and I met him in June when moving from St Louis. We were to use him until my son is 18 and able to see adult neuro. Dr doesn't have good bedside manner. He seemed annoyed by us being there. He was not great at asking or answering questions and the whole appointment was less than 20 minutes. Very disappointing. He seems annoyed to refer us to another neuro too. Do not recommend.
Ana Andrade: Great doctor
Jayne Young: LOVE Dr. Adstam! Absolute genius. He was the only physician we saw that took our concerns seriously which resulted in a huge quality of life improvement of our son. Thank you!
Tina Applegate: My grandson sees him. He is a excellent Doctor that genuinely cares about his patients. My grandson use to have 13-17 seizures daily and since he has been under his care he received the Vegas Nerve Stimulator (VNS) and now he has only 2-4 per month at this time. As a grandma I am very thankful to him and would highly recommend him.

Tenorio Gene MD: what do users think?
Lacie Tull: We have used Dr. Tenorio since 2010 when my daughter was hospitalized with herpes encephalitis! He has been nothing but amazing. I use to think he was rude but as the years went on I realized he wasnt being rude. he was honest, upfront and blunt about everything which now he has left and I am very saddened because I hate change and I actually just in the last few years got to where I liked him and his office and I realized he is one of the reasons my daughter is moving forward! So thank you Dr. TENORIO YOU WILL BE MISSED BY ME AND MY DAUGHTER!!
Joseph Rutledge: Dr.T was an amazing doctor. Real down to earth and listened to everything we had to say about our daughters issues. I would recommend him to anyone!!!
Lauren Hogue: He is a rude and disrespectful man. He put me on 142 mg of concerta, giving me heart problems, at age 13, which is a ridiculous amount considering a 250 lb man takes 72 mg. He dropped me as a patient. He has no idea what he is doing and basically tranquilizes children into zombies bc that's the easiest route. Never did anything but had me balance and walk and up the dose
Galicant Wiseword: To be fair our daughter was never able to see the doctor. It turns out this clinic will deny children with unknown brain problems if you get sick, get car trouble, lose a phone or for any other conceivable reason fail to get to a scheduled appointment. We called when we realized we had missed the appointment and Diana put my wife in tears with her rude and heartless behavior. We were advised that we could restart the whole process with our primary care doctor and get referred to another neurologist (which of course is out of our insurance network). Classless and rude, this clinic should be avoided by anyone that might ever make one mistake.
