Abdullah Basaloom: The worst wait experience in my life to do MRI scan for my 15 month kid. We drove all the way from Rolla, but they made us wait 3 more hours and my kid is starving and so hungry. Unbelievably careless MRI crew. Don’t take your kid to Springfield Mercy Hospital. Just DON’T

Paul Cox: Three hour wait in the emergency room. Unbelievable. Hope your child doesn't get sick in Springfield. 5 hours and counting for a routine visit.
