Nobody ever called me back.Today Jan. 6, 2023 called again to get a nice person that took my name and number. At end of call I asked how many business days I should wait until I assume they will not call me back.Update: I got a call back same day (Jan 1/6/2023) indicating that they are off for the season and will not be working for a few months. There is already a backup (which I suspected). They will try to get back to me in the spring in order of calls.I mentioned the review and how I did not initially get a call back. They called back a 2nd time indicating that their "notes" indicated I was called back at same number in September. I was told what number (which is mine). They said they called multiple times and never got a person and voice mail was not setup.To my knowledge my voice mail is setup and my cell phone does not show a call on that date from them.Phones can be tricky. I kept mentioning I was looking at actual phone log on the phone and I was told they were looking at their notes. I asked if it was really the phone that called and looked at history and was told Yes, it is in the notes. That does not make since to me but what ever.I have updated the stars to 3 even though I believe it is kind of being nice. If I hear back in spring from them and use them will alter review based upon job done. If I hear back and don't use them I will remove this review.

We called the number he was given by the supervisor on the job and no one was returning his call. Frustrated I finally called their office and they finally got it resolved but it shouldn't of been this frustrating! Honestly, that job should of been postponed to a later date when winds weren't so bad! The gentleman that was spraying was around 5ft 7 and he had that wand up in the air way over his head just spraying away. Every vehicle within a half a mile had to of gotten some over spray.

Company made numerous visits to site and stated they would repair the failure. In over 3 years of communication they continued to stall the repair with numerous excuses. Too busy, Too hot, Too cold, Too rainy, Too dry, on vacation......etc. Finally had to sue them to reach a resolution. Do not do business with this company if you expect them to stand behind their product and service.

Micah Billman: Chose Liming concrete after getting 8 bids on a large residential job. Replaced my garage floor, driveway, and added a patio to the front of my house. They did an amazing job and the price was great! Don came out and gave me a quote before he left! All the others took days to email me back a quote. I paid him exactly what he quoted when the job was done. I had bad drainage problems in my front yard and Luke and Jake listened to what I wanted and did a great job sloping the concrete correctly to get the rain water out.
