The manager consistently kept referring to me as "Ma'am".When I spoke with the store manager about the action, the store manager acted as if she couldn't care. It was only after I specifically asked if it was acceptable that the store manager GRUDGINGLY admitted that it was not.It was obvious that the management is only there to gain a paycheck and does not have any care for anyone not in their own clique.I choose to boycott this store, the management is an aberration to the humane treatment if anyone whom they don't know.I encourage others to do this too!I still have not received an apology, which is all I asked for.I choose to go to other dollar tree stores, this one is manned by selfish, angry management.

One of my favorite stores! 😁 Their inventory is often quickly changing and varies from store to store - but that is what kind of makes it fun, because various stores have various items, and you may find something you haven't been able to find at any other, at the next one.I love the variety, and what you can get your hands on there for $1.25.I can't say that I love that prices have increased from $1 to $1.25, but I am really not sure what to say about the $3 and $5 items. It's all so new, and I really liked the idea of "everything being $1" before prices went up.Overall - I love this store and have fun going shopping there whenever I have a chance.

My husband, son and I had just turned down an aisle and she said excuse me as she pushed in between my son and I making me run into the end cap or something. Just because you say excuse me doesn’t give you the right to push in between 2 people to put something on the shelf or whatever she was doing.

Christine Kelley: It isn't a dollar everything anymore. It's now 1.25 and up to at least 5 bucks that I saw but it's still worth going to. I found gloves and stocking caps for $1.25 each for my kids where I'd have spent $5 min on a pair of gloves somewhere else. There lots of decent stuff there and they have almost anything you could want. Kitchen stuff, toys, art supplies, decorations, etc. It's a good store if you're ok with off brand items.

There are two particular ladies who've worked there for a while, and who I love being able to say hello to, whenever I'm there.The store typically seems to have things in stock, and organized in a nice way.I overall would have given this store 5 stars, however, the cleanliness of it...is what prompted me to decide to give it 4 stars. It is unfortunately very dirty and trashy looking (like the floors, and especially the bathrooms). The bathrooms are so unkept, that usually, if I had my kids with me (who often randomly have to use the bathroom like most young kids...) I'll just opt to go into an entirely differently location of Dollar Tree.Please improve the condition of your public restroom, and overall cleanliness of your floors...and I'd be willing to give you 5 stars, Dollar Tree. ☺️

The line was backed up and everyone stood there and felt sorry for the lone checker. She needs retrained.

oliver hill: went there to get snacks for a movie night and i went to pay and the card reader wasn’t working and the cashier owen was just standing there on his phone as the reader was telling me it wasn’t able to read the card and tried other payment methods and it continued to not work. i would not recommend going there if you want any respect from the employees

Anne Griswold: This location had so many things I'd been looking from from other Dollar Tree's! I was amazed. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, and I went there early enough on a day they were unloading boxes, and I lucked out, or if they actually just had/got more things than other stores have/do. I was a happy camper, either way.The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially for how busy it was.Based off of my experience there, not only would I definitely go back, but I highly recommend going there!
Ashley Plumb: Shopping here is alright but I don't recommend working here unless you have experience with retail. They will leave you by yourself all day on your first day. It isn't common knowledge to not do that apparently

Tracy: This store is right next to Walmart Neighborhood Market. At 5pm Walmart was packed, there were only 7-10 cars at Dollar Tree. I needed a bottle of Coke so I ran in and out in no time, had I went to Walmart instead it would've taken me 10 minutes at least.Nice customer service too

Maranda Styczynski: This location is closest to my house but unfortunately I will be avoiding going here anymore and will go to another.This one was my go to for a while.I was in the store with my kids shopping. They were a few feet from me. I was paying attention to them. And I do not let my kids be disruptive in stores. We have been to this store dozens of times with no issues. We were right by the end of the registers. So within distance for the cashier to speak directly to me. Well. My 9 year old ran a few feet to me. Not around the store or anything. Just ran up to me. And this cashier, an older lady, decided to come over the intercom system and announce that there was no running in the store when I was literally right there and he wasn't even running around. She could have spoke to me if she had a problem instead of humiliating my children and I. I asked if that was really necessary without getting a response. Pretty ridiculous.

Linzy Wright: At all costs I try and avoid this particular location. Each time I have shopped there something has happened to make it a plain awful experience! Due to time restraints I went there yesterday. I just bought 8 items and proceeded to the checkout stand which I must add is always very slow and long. There will be 1 checker and 3 to 4 other employees throughout the store. I finally got to the front of the line. I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom and he said yes. Due to their no bags in the store while shopping policy, I asked him if I could leave my bag on the counter while I used the restroom, he said yes leave it right here at the end of the counter. After using the restroom I came back to get my bag which I had already paid for my items and I asked hime where was my bag. He rudely stated, "I don't know that's not my responsibility!". I was thinking, SERIOUSLY??? The cashier just had a blank stare on his face so I said I left it here after you specifically said to put it at the end of the counter. He then proceeded to tell me it was not his responsibility!! I said that you have a no bag policy in your store that is why I specifically asked you where I should leave my bag. He didn't offer to call a manager to resolve this issue. I will say this once, I will not return to this particular location EVER again!!! Bottomline, if you have a store policy about bags I feel you are responsible for them!! Work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DOLLAR TREE!! You need to hire some quality employees who care!!! Very upset and frustrated customer!!!

The shelves are always nearly empty in the grocery department. I also find it offensive that the male employees are not wearing the male dress code. I live two blocks behind this store and drive several miles away to find the everyday groceries that I need.
J Reid: You demand I leave my purse up front but leave it just lying in the floor not locked up, you all allow shop lifting without pursuing. Had someone grabbed my purse sitting in the open with all my personal belongings would your cashier have jumped in to save the day? No. You want that policy? Okay, make every woman leave their purse regardless of size. Make sure you have a safe locked location to put it in. Also, how do I know your cashier isn't stealing my stuff? You have cashiers who nod off while ringing out my transactions and have for multiple visits. Drugged out employees but worried about me stealing the 5 dollar pack of toilet paper? Again policy or not. You want to protect your belongings. Protect the customers stuff you make them leave in order to spend money in your store.

Austin Carcione: I had a 5 star on this store for years until the other day me and my 3 yr old went in and grab a few things as I get to the check out with the manager up there cussing a storm in front of my 3 yr old. I understand that people cuss but have some common sense to hold it in around kids, there ganna hear it I know but still we as adults can change our behavior for the kids we are around I've lost all respect for this store and until that manager is gone I won't return that's very unprofessional no matter how you see it.
