Angela Wheeler: I was very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We ordered tablecloths and a childs table for my daughter's wedding. The tablecloths were absolutely huge and didn't even come close to fitting the tables, and the children's table was way too tall. I called them to let them know the situation and see if I could get the right tablecloths and table and the lady argued with me about how the floor length tablecloths are specialty and that's how they fit. I just want to know why they fit the exact same size tables in their showroom perfect but not the tables in venue? I am so thankful that the wedding venue had tablecloths we could use. Eventful Rentals did refund the childs table, but refused to refund the tablecloths. I understand that mistakes happen. I just wish they would have corrected it when I called. This is not how you do business!!!

Ethereal Events: I have worked with Eventful Rental for a couple of events now and they are phenomenal! They respond promptly, always have great customer service and are super helpful with recommendations, and just overall very professional and a breeze to work with! They also have a lot of inventory to match whatever style you're looking for! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone for rentals!

Nick Hurst: Used this company for a simple chair rental with delivery and pickup for convenience. Delivered just fine but never came to pick them up. Contacted them the next day and they told me they had been there for 10 minutes knocking and had the wrong number on file so they couldn’t contact me. We had 2 adults at the location waiting specifically for them to show up and they never did. They refused to come pick them up after the fact without charging me another 1/3 of what I already had paid, so instead we borrowed a truck and took them back ourselves even though we paid for both delivery and pickup. Their mistake cost us time and money. We will not be doing business here again and we will be urging any one else that asks to do the same.

Hailey Keltner: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN. Their price is good, but their customer service and effort shows it. We had many problems with our order and they were rude and not reasonable. Our linens came stained and in the wrong sizes. When I placed my order a month in advance they called me two days before to tell me they didn't have what I ordered so they ordered more and it came in the wrong color and they wanted to charge ME for their mistake. WORST experience ever. Rental linens was supposed to make my life convenient, and it just made it confusing and frustrating.

Alli Pool: I rented easels. Almost every single one had an issue with it. They looked junky and would fall down when event guests lightly touched the boards displayed on them. I kindly explained this when I returned them and the girl working didn’t seem to care.The price was good and the staff was friendly when I picked them up.A simple apology would have been enough to turn my experience around.

I talked to them many times throughout the planning process and they were always so helpful. I was planning the wedding from out of state, which they were more than happy to help accommodate by sending me pictures of things since I could not make it into their facility. They were at the venue early and set everything up so beautifully. We rented some draping, a backdrop, an assortment of linens, chargers, and a love seat for our head table. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was, and I was so happy when I saw it. They also came to pick everything up when the night was over. I can't tell you how wonderful my experience was with eventful rental.Rochelle and Ariel did an amazing job on providing me with all of my rental items for my wedding last October. When something was too expensive they didn't push to sell, they took it off as requested. They helped me coordinate time of pickup and drop-off and they were very reasonable and good in their communication.When it came time to drop off all the items before the wedding--- their delivery team was AMAZING! I don't know who those gentlemen were but they treated our property with uttermost respect! They were so careful on our grass and it was yes ma'am no ma'am the entire time. They unloaded everything with care and made sure to give a warm welcome and goodbye.Thank you guys for making our wedding so special!

M Mills: We rented a wedding tent only a week before the date of our daughter’s 1st birthday party in June 2018 because of the weather forecast. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and installed everything and took it down when they said they would! They were great to work with and much better than the company we rented our wedding tent for our wedding reception from. Highly recommend.

Tim Voss: My wife and I rented a tent for our wedding. When the tent arrived, it was a disaster. The tent poles were completely covered with rust. The tent itself had several holes in it and crude patch jobs. WHY would they send a tent out like this when they knew it was for a wedding?? I then contacted wieser tent about all the issues with the tent. They offered too bring out new poles and patch the tent on site. We were not willing to accept this as we would still have a tent with unsightly patches on it. After requesting a refund they agreed to give us HALF our money back. Do NOT rent from these people.

Candace Gower: They didn't show up at the scheduled time, and I was just lucky enough someone happened to be there already. Then they took an extra two days to come break down the tent. Since it was on privately owned property that was not mine, this caused a problem. They also didn't set up any of the tables or chairs, the just drop off and leave. And due to them coming 3 hours early for drop off the assembled the " dance floor" no where close to where it needed to be and it was impossible to move. It was also half the size we had ordered. Now you are renting tables and chairs and such so don't expect them to be pretty. Everything is well beaten and worn, so make sure you have table clothes. For the over 3 grand I spent I thought I'd get quality somewhere, but I suppose that was cheap. My wedding still went wonderful, but I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone else.Edit: It was a Carter wedding. Gower is my maiden name. So either Candace Carter, or Greg Carter. I did not hold on to the invoice I was given nor the emails after the service. Didn't think they would be of importance. As for the timing thing, that would be different if I had been told that. Instead I was told to schedule a time, and that someone HAD to be there at that time. And I did request it to all be set up. Maybe the woman inside should be more informed as to how things outside are actually run.

Allison West: One star is giving them to much credit! They told me yesterday my tent was set up and it wasn't. Then today by 5 and it's now 6 no tent. They haven't answered their phone or returned messages. Now we have to buy tents and of course they already cashed my check! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Michelle Anderson: Do not rent a tent from these people! The tent I received was missing all the sides, missing the light I rented and had several poles that were not stable and slanted. After several calls to Dawn, someone came out and put up all but one of the side panels. When I called to ask why the last side panel was not in place and the light was still down, I was told to put the light up myself and that they thought I wanted a door so they left the last panel off (Doors are made by rolling up the sides). We were still dealing with these issues the same day my stand was scheduled to open. When I called back to follow up, Dawn told me that all I had done was complained so she was sending someone out to repo my tent. I had already paid in full for my tent. These people are crazy. After speaking with other individuals who have rented from them, I found that this is not uncommon behavior from them. They are nuts!

pam tynes: The lanterns I used for an awards banquet were perfect. They were ready to go w fresh batteries for votives so no worries about going out! Added my own greenery etc and it was a perfect table decor. Thanks for all the help!
