To top it off they found what I needed hidden in the back... they did some real soul searching for me. She'll never know the hole she pulled me out of. The extra steps she took is truly appreciated!

Deb Olson: Don’t let the “Sherwin Williams Commercial Paint Store” in the Google listing scare you away. You don’t have to be a commercial painter to buy there. I went in for just two gallons of paint for a bedroom in our house.The customer service was excellent. The knowledge of those working there was so helpful. They even clued me in on a big sale. We saved 40% and got quality paint way beyond any that is available at a home improvement store. We will never go to any other place for paint!

Xiaoning Hu: Worst pairing store in Springfield, just because customers are Asian and don’t speak fluent English, employees are not nice and they don’t return or even replace. Won’t be there again and won’t recommend to any of our friends.

Curtis Fay: This is my favorite Sherwin-Williams to go to and I send all my customers I do work for to this store. They are very helpful and knowledgeable on their paints and their advice on which colors and what types of sheens for which rooms is spot on. My only complaint is they don't have T-shirts anymore... I will pay for them Sherwin-Williams if you can get some... Lol.

Affinity Riverside Event Venue and Unique Stays: We have been painting a huge house, have purchased no less than 60 cans of paint, have called in multiple times just to get cans ready for pick up, the last two times we have called, nobody can find our information, nobody can find our names, and it’s a huge nightmare. I highly recommend going elsewhere when you have a big project
