I obviously wasn't going to be making big purchase but needed some advice after going to Edge Supply, Harry Cooper, etc and no-one being able to help me. A nice guy whom I assume is the installer pulled his van around, told me exactly what fittings I needed and while he didn't have them on his truck sent me to Lowe's to pick up what I needed saving me a long goose chase. We have purchased a gas fireplace and some pool chairs there in the past and have always had amazing service.

I’d been wanting to do this for last couple of years and finally did. I am so glad.A kind young man came to pick up the furniture and another helpful and nice young man delivered it yesterday. The process took a bit longer than I’d hoped, but there was a problem with powder coating on some of the parts. Joan and Brianna kept me informed and were a joy to deal with.Furniture is absolutely gorgeous.I have enjoyed my morning coffee and doing Wordle sitting on my deck overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Maschinos, a wonderful outfit to deal with.

Randy Ramey: We recently purchased new Ravenwood Select gas logs at Maschino's with the expert help of Greg Nutting to help us to sort through all of the options. Corey installed them today and did a beautiful job! We love our new logs. They look sooo good in our converted woodburning fireplace. Corey had some obstacles to overcome, but he was so patient, thorough, and was determined to "do it right", which he certainly did. I know it took considerably longer than he planned for, but he didn't cut corners and we are very pleased with the end result! Update on 12/29/21: We have used the logs multiple times now. It heats our living room very nicely and I LOVE the remote control to lite and extinguish the flame. Nicest logs we have ever had! If you need gas logs, stop by Maschino's and check them out!

John Dandurand: I had my first shopping experience at AtHome today and will not be shopping here again.I purchased RF Wall Grid Storage (UPC: 789112044118) on 6/2/2023.Upon purchase and preparation for installation, I learned that 2 brackets right brackets were missing. I had received 4 of the left brackets same in the box; there were to be two left and two right per the instructions. I returned the item and prepared to purchase another one with the correct parts.Prior to second purchase I asked to check the item to ensure the correct pieces were there with the checker who was very kind and helpful. Upon opening, the exact same item had 3 left brackets and one right bracket. This confirms a systemic packaging issue.The manager, Joe, was called over to see if we could check another box and he declined to do so.So, it would seem that he would rather sell a defective product to the next customer rather than ensure that the product was correctly packaged (and I was prepared to purchase this item again if another box had the correct parts).Customers beware - the manager at this store is likely knowingly facilitating the sale of defective items and would rather do this than make it right.

This is especially with lighting. The other day it was so bad I put everything down and left. This is my third time to the store seeing this. If you're going to change prices make sure they are all changed before putting them on the floor. I seen literally boxes of multiples with one price and another with changed prices. Some no price at all just white labels covering them.

Heather Leverich: Just had a very frustrating interaction at this store. I purchased items using my rewards points and now when I want to return them they will not refund me for the full purchase amount. It won't refund my reward credits and they won't refund the cash. They only will refund a tiny portion of I purchase that I actually spent cash on. Instead of just overriding the price and giving me a refund for the two items I was trying to return with a receipt within the return deadline, they refuse to and gave me an email to complain to. There's no phone number to call. Every time I try to use my reward points here I run into some issue. No one ever notified me that there's a policy I can't have my reward points refunded after I purchase something and in fact on my receipt it said I could have hassle-free receipt list returns. The manager they brought to speak with me was not at all accommodating and did not try to help. I will be emailing and hopefully finding some help with my issue and I will be looking for a different credit card to use for rewards because this is the last straw for me. Every time I try to use the rewards the workers don't know how to use the reward points and they try to tell me I can only use one reward point certificate for transaction even though that's not true. I've previously returned things I've purchased with reward points and I was refunded the full amount. I'm not sure why today was so different all of a sudden.Also, for anyone else in need of customer service at at home store, you can quickly Google in 3 seconds and find the customer service number. My husband did it in the parking lot. I'm not sure why that was impossible for the manager to do while I was in the store.I noticed the response from the business suggesting I contact customer service for assistance with my issue. Believe I called an emailed repeatedly and no one in customer service did anything to help me. So I guess don't buy anything with your rewards points unless you are 100% certain you won't want to return your items.

Country Waters: I've owned my Outdoor Wonders Furniture for going on 7 years and I couldn't be more impressed with how it's held up. I own over a dozen pieces which include 2 x adirondack glide benches, 8 x adirondack chairs, 1 x dinner table and 3 x end tables. I live on the salt water in St. Petersburg, FL which is the most extreme environment for anything let alone patio furniture. My furniture sits on my outdoor patio that's not covered, so it gets direct sunlight and is constantly exposed to salt air. After all these years, my furniture still looks brand new! The stainless hardware is high quality and hasn't rusted. As many that live on the water know, not all stainless is created equal with low quality stainless rusting after years of exposure. The composite material used by Outdoor Wonders hasn't mildewed either which is a common problem with a lot of synthetic products. The glide adirondack benches still glide as if they were just delivered. The workmanship, fit and finish is superb. Separately from the product's quality, Brent and his wife provide exceptional customer services, delivery and support. I make a point to stop by their booth each year at the Annual St. Pete Boat Show to say hello. If you're undecided, or on the fence on who to buy your furniture from, look no further than Outdoor Wonders. I promise you won't be disappointed!

What makes them even better is the fact we moved them with us to Sanibel Island about 7 years ago and the just went through the worst hurricane ever with 150 mile wind and 6 feet of water running through our screened patio. At some point they went over the pool, through screen and ended up in front yard . The surprising thing is they are the only thing that survived our downstairs!!!! Stacey McQuestion: My wife and I luckily went to the Tampa home show where we met Brent and his wife. We have been looking for some outdoor patio furniture for some time now and had a very specific idea in mind. We were just unable to find the type of tables we were looking for. While we're at the home show, to our surprise, we saw the type of furniture we have been looking for. After sitting there and hanging out for a good 45 minutes, sitting in all the chairs, lounging in the lounge chairs, hanging out at the tables, just seeing how they fit andh how comfortable they were. To our surprise we learned that the product is made out of recycled plastic and was quite comfortable. I noticed after a good 15 minutes sitting at the table speaking with Brent I knew we would do business together. I'm a fit and finish kind of guy. So while my wife looked at the quality, colors, and types of furniture I strolled around looking at the finish of the chairs and tables. To my surprise they were built impeccably. We decided to place an order for a table and six chairs and a couple lounge chairs. The communication with Outdoor Wonders was terrific. We are able to go home and actually change the colors of what we previously decided and it wasn't an issue. Everything was done via email, phone call, and new invoices were done immediately to go over and verify. Then I ordered an extra four chairs because I knew we were going to need them eventually. Here are a few pictures. I know this may have been a long review but the pictures are worth more than a thousand words. We cannot be more satisfied with doing business with Outdoor Wonders. We will be ordering a new bar height table and four chairs. As you can see in the picture there's something out of place that needs to be replaced.

Michele Delcoure: 5 years ago, my husband and I bought a napoleon grill from outdoor home. In that time we have only replaced minor parts and have been pretty happy with our grill. 2 weeks ago (because I was a bad grill owner 😩) my napoleon caught fire. The grease in the grease trap caught fire to be exact. The whole thing was aflame. My husband acted quickly and with the fire extinguisher was able to put it out. We thought for sure that our grill was literally burnt toast. This weekend we pulled it apart, deep cleaned all the parts, and put it back together. It still works and you can’t even tell anything happened to it!! I will never buy a different brand of grill again. Thank you outdoor home for selling us such a great product.
