Kelly Davis: We had our new swim spa from Le Dipping Parlor Spas installed today. The crew Daryl and Travis did a Fantastic job and were a blast to work with . This was a huge Spa and they handled it with kid gloves taking care of everything every step of the way getting in the yard and on the new pad. We purchased this back May and had to do a few things to get ready for the spa and Laine and the store crew were the best. When I walked in to ask about the Swim Spa Laine was very helpful and explained everything about them and answered all my questions with no pressure on a sale. I bought this for my wife she loves to swim and has wanted one for as long as I can remember. We made a decision to purchase a 14 ft swim spa with the spa seats on the other end to have the best of both worlds. We have been treated like family with Le Dipping Parlor Spas and it is so great to see such excellent customer service thur the whole process of this. If your looking for a spa make sure your 1st stop is here and I am sure it will be the only stop you will need. We are so excited and want to say a big THANKS to everyone at Le.Dipping Parlor Spas. We lived 80 miles away, but Le Dipping Spas was the only store that carried the part we needed, and now almost 2 decades later, we live in the Springfield metro area and remembered their service, so we went back to them to buy our new hot tub for our home.Long story short, unfortunately our new hot tub had an issue, nobody's fault, just one of those things. But Layne and Daryl made things right and gave us 110% customer satisfaction.Thank you

Our hot tub was a difficult install (crane needed) and Lane walked us through the whole process. After installation, they have even checked back in! They ordered new parts to replace the damaged ones. Family owned business with great customer service. Only a couple days old so far, but as of now I highly recommend Le Dipping Parlor and Sundance spas!

Keith and Laine both worked with me through this 1+ year process. They were more than accommodating, continually told me to “not worry” and there was no hurry to deliver the spa. Erin: Took over a month to get my carpet installed after constant reschedules. Was a HORRIBLE experience trying to talk to anyone about it.
Jamie Burchett: I went to the lawn and garden to buy 24 landscape blocks. When checking out at the outside lawn and garden register, they scanned the 24 block. Then, because I had 100.00 bill, they told me I would have to go inside and check out again because they couldn't cash it out there. That they didn't have enough money. Now my bill was 76 dollars, and some change. Do you mean at your busiest time of year they didn't have the 20 some dollars and change? Come on Lowe's you can do better.

Woodpecker Peckswood: my review is based on lack of customer service at this location and I come here often. today I just ordered something online and went to pick it up. as I arrived the employee standing at pick up took off their vest and walked away. I look over and see 5 people in the return line. Kenzie and Nate both working customer service . After 5 min or so neither acknowledged me, so I ask loudly if Im supposed to move over to the return line. Nate said yes. Geez thanks Nate for telling me after standing there visible to you for over 5 minutes. Kenzie ended up helping me but lacked basic knowledge how to read the screen and kept referring to my purchase as "the thing with a weird name" it's was a sander.. 😄. so you can't expect to save time or pick up items here with any efficiency because you end up in their slow return line with everyone else. this has happened simular a few times. then another time I purchased $140 at the store and apparently your system was glitching because the cashier told me it didn't work and to run my card again. well of course she ran the purchase twice but I only received one receipt. so I didn't know until I got home and my bank account is empty. I called and was told to come in to fix it. when I did I couldn't get the customer service person to give me the refund it turned into a, get me your manager situation. just ridiculous! clearly hiring the youngest people that have zero clue how to treat a customer or have any sense of urgency .. everyone is aloof and annoyed they have to help a customer. well im annoyed at this branch and your lack of management and training so you get a deserved review.

May Thompson: I am livid. I spent 1,400 on a refrigerator that arrived(Tuesday) damaged, so I refused delivery. Wednesday I canceled the replacement and requested a refund. I was told 3 days. Well we are well into the next week and still no refund. I would like to thank Kirk and Betty who are trying to help me actually get my refund but Home Depot needs to do something to change the way they do damaged appliance returns. The customer should be able to go into the store and get their refund the same day if not the next they should Not still be out $1,400 a week later.

I realize good help is hard to find, and I try to support local businesses, but amazon had it to me next day on my porch. Have experienced this more than once.

Despite placing an order online and providing my contact information, they never called to schedule a delivery window. I figured the first time was just a glitch in their system, however when I rescheduled for the next available date and set the four hour window for 7:30-11:30am they scheduled me the day of for a 12:00-4:00pm delivery. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my problem. I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery that never arrived. I will not be using Home Depot's delivery service again and would caution others to consider alternative options.

E Wise: They carry Stanley tools online but barely any in the store. The labels on the Husky tools that they carry in store stated they were made in China, but tools are one thing I won't buy China made. No cashiers when we went, self checkout only.
