Chloe Bell: Overall not a bad experience but some unfortunate hiccups. Arrived for my 8:30 appt a minute late because I had trouble finding the building. Sitting in the waiting room I could hear the staff talking about me and that was uncomfortable. I walked in the building at 8:31 and wasn’t called back until 9:16. Once the appt began I was very pleased with the service, just wish that time management was better.

Leah Cotner: Called about making an appointment for my son who is five. They said my insurance was accepted, but I let them know I’d talked extensively with our insurance and that our insurance only covers orthotics for diabetics, but that we could make an appeal and they would cover it, if not we would pay for it. The “office manager” said she would call the insurance to see what they covered.She called me back about 30min later to let me know “unfortunately they only cover orthotics for diabetics”. I then reiterated that we were already aware of that... she then said “we do NOT accept private payments, I’m am sure there are other places that may help you”.Two things here. Thank you for not wanting to put yourself out in any way to help a potential patient. And, yes, you are right, we will take our business somewhere else.This business may have a long history but obviously they have deep ties to a bunch of shady greedy insurance company’s now instead of putting the care of patients first. Money is money, if something can be paid for then why the issue.

The first time I stepped on them my feet felt like 'ahhh' finally relief. Then as I wore the supports more, my feet stopped hurting and the pain in my legs is slowly subsiding. Sabrina was amazing she balanced 3 customers all while wearing a smile and good positive attitude. My feet are feeling better and Sabrina even called 2 days later to see how I was doing. A bit more expensive than I was anticipating however it is a one time full cost and better balance and so far much less pain in my feet. I'm excited to see in a couple more weeks I should be pain free.

Jefffrey Ries: My arches had knots from previous Dr. Scholl’s insoles and the balls of my feet were both swollen and achy. I wear Timberland pro helix boots while working on concrete 40+ hours and tred safe shoes as part time cashier. All together I average 14k steps ad a day. After two weeks of wearing my strengthening insole with arch support from The Good Feet , the knots are getting softer and smaller and the swelling and pain in the ball of my feet are healing. I can now walk and even run more comfortably and almost my normal pace. After a year and half I went in for a check up and my arch supports were worn. They replaced them with no questions asked and suggested I try there socks. I have been wearing them now for 4 weeks and they are making a huge difference along with my new supports. Thankful for the great service and comfortable my feet are.

NOREEN PARRISH: I no longer have back pain even after surgery and if I feel any difference in my inserts I just go back to the store and they fix and or replace them without any problems and I'm good again. Well worth the investment if you have back issues and you can buy the inner soles in a 3pk to save money and trips to the store, and the employees are wonderful.I have missed wearing sandals which you can with a different insole but once I walk a few minutes in any type of sandal flip flop, crock or shoe other than my boots or tennis shoes, I am back in my tennis shoes within an hour and the pain is gone. Love the Good Feet Store!!!
