Stephen Pustai: Honestly I am so frustrated by this place. They won't let you schedule with the Therapists they have, have been on a list for over a year plus to see the DOM, no calls or responses. Then I had to pay full price while we waited for the insurance to reimburse my account. After over a year come to find out, always due to a system error, that they never even sent my information to my insurance so it's going to be yet another 45 days before I can receive mediocre service from someone I don't want service from. If you have other options for these services I'd take them. Never been with a place that acted so unprofessionally when dealing with clients in my life. Did nothing to rectify it other than blame their system and tell me it will take longer. Don't offer a free service or anything, just tell me oops, we thought we caught it but didn't, our bad see you when it's fixed.

She doesn't push the Chinese herbs on you like other places (they didn't work). I decided to try acupuncture due to my symptoms *trembling *fear *back tension *headaches *not being able to sleep *etc The first place I went chalked it up to stress and lack of exercise. I have bad anxiety and depression and have my entire life. Abba helped me get through the worst of it. I recommend a weighted blanket, there's free therapy videos on YouTube therapy in a nutshell and wim hoff breathing. I make my own anxiety tea using equal amounts of the same ingredients from cerebral tea. Thank you Abba! ☺️

Robin Van Gorp: Never having acupuncture before, I was slightly skeptical. Abba changed all of that and made me a believer.I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis since April. My pain level was at a ten and I had tried everything short of surgery. Podiatrists gave me cortisone shots, exercises, and inserts to no avail. I even tried massage therapy.After the first visit to Abba I experienced immediate relief to a pain level of about four. After the second visit the pain returned and she said that happens sometimes. I continued once a week for six weeks. By the fourth week the pain was down to a two and by my last visit I am virtually pain free.I am a carpenter by trade so I am on my feet alot on concrete. I can now come home from work with tired feet and not pain from plantar fasciitis. In the morning they feel good again.I highly recommend Abba. She makes you feel comfortable, especially if you have never had acupunture. The office is very clean and tranquil. If you are a person that can take naps, I would think it would be easy to do while being treated.Lastly, it doesn't hurt.

I was served a cup of tea when I arrived ,then Patrick gave me a very relaxing treatment and I left 45 minuets later with only a little soreness in my back. As a Christian, I love that they operate as a ministry. Patrick prayed for me, but is never pushy, if you're worried about that. Definitely go! !

Faith McGhee: I have been very satisfied with my experiences at this spa. I first went there with a groupon deal for a body wrap and acupuncture treatment. The body wrap was relaxing and Tara was professional and friendly. The mini-massage assured me that she is top-notch massage therapist! Also, I had never had acupuncture before, but it was relaxing and almost painless. Since then, I have been returning for acupuncture treatments (at no cost, since the acupuncture treatments and herbal consultations are non-profit!) and have been taking their herbs regularly, and I am sleeping better and having fewer migraines. The staff are very nice, and Charity offered me a complementary foot soak. The facilities offer an exquisite blend of tranquility and comfort, and they brew the best cup of tea in Springfield. What's not to love?
