Gail Dugger: All at Jiffy Lube have been patient with my complaints, no one is perfect. Two years ago bought great tires from them, had alignment done, paid an left with alignment out. Called and complained + old receipt was put in someone else's name. New management not only fixed all but also gave me free oil change. I will always go back to them. So please be nice and patient to everyone, it always pays off sooner or later. I'm so happy now.

robert cunningham: Service was as expected for a quick lube. After the service I drove the vehicle home where I smelled burnt oil (understanding sometimes oil get on the exhaust) I wasn’t super concerned. After a week or so of driving I happen to get out and had the same smell again checked the oil and it didn’t even register on the dip stick. Added 3 quarts and looked under the vehicle and oil had saturated everything down the back side of the engine, transmission, transfer case, down the drive shaft, and even coating the rear end housing. I took the vehicle to a shop for repair find the oil filter housing was cracked (common for a jeep). Called the quick lube and was told to bring in repair receipts and they would make it right (wishful thinking on my part I guess) again no big deal. Stopped by the shop 4x looking for the manager I spoke to the week prior on the phone (each time being told he would be there the next day). On the fourth time I spoke to someone that said they could be considered a manager and was referred to another individual. Called the new number and the individual I’m looking for isn’t available either…. Getting the run around isn’t Professional or a way to keep customers.Service:Oil change

Zoë Marshall-Sappingfield: walk in service, no wait time to get my car in, they were quick and service was very friendly, I'm actually quite happy with how things went. however, I took my car in a couple months ago for an oil change and discovered they hadn't bolted the plastic undercarriage guard back up. no big deal, I'm quite lazy and it wasn't affecting the car at all so I didn't bother to put it back up (which is on me, I should have made a call at that point) but they also didn't bother bolting it back up a couple days ago when I got my oil changed at the same location. I've worked on cars before, I usually do my own oil changes if I'm not busy like I have been, and I know it's like MAYBE a 30 second ordeal getting it back up at the longest. that being said, the rest of the experience was well worth what I paid, and frankly the guard is a small issue for me since I know how to put it back up and just haven't yet, but for customers who don't know how to work on cars that would be a problem for them. I would absolutely reccomend this place because the mechanics didn't rain hellfire upon me for the rust welded brake rotors I had them remove during a walk in service AND they let me bring in my own brake components, plus I believe they have time restraints on them so it would be easy to forget a smaller part of a repair, but I would just make sure your guard is bolted up before you leave the lot. four stars for quick and effective service, minus one for the guard. It’s not always what you say, but how you say it. Instead of saying hey I don’t have change ($14 was needed) could you by chance pay with card?, he was undesirably rude and rude and said I could check his drawer if I didn’t believe him. And then said “I don’t get paid enough to deal with this stuff”.Seemed like he must have had a tough day but if you place only one person at the front desk you should probably place someone with a little more friendly of an attitude. Rachel Cahoj: I went in for an oil change and I asked them to LOOK at my tires. After that, he showed me how all of my brakes need replaced and how if it was to be inspected, it would fail. The cost was going to be $1000 plus. I asked to call someone. Then I came back after hearing it was too much from multiple people on the phone, then I told him I wanted to wait on the brakes and that I didn’t have the money. He said he “couldn’t let me leave. A couple brake pushes more and it’s metal on metal.” He gave me another estimate after “dropping the price” to 800 something. Then I called someone again and they said still a scam. So I went back and told him I just wanted to check out with the oil change and he seemed disappointed. I heard them all yelling at each other in the garage about my car. Super unprofessional. Another customer was also in the waiting room and said he was in for an oil change, and they took his tires off without asking.After calling around, I figured out my brake pads just needed replaced (I’m getting them done for $130 total). Eric James: I'm going to start off with saying I have purchased a few automobiles from corwin and was always impressed with the service I had received After purchasing my last vehicle from ford, I received so many free oil changes, so I have been using their quick lane for a while now and have never experienced any issues. The last time I took my vehicle through the quick lane, they came out with this whole list of things that needed to be done or things I needed to have replaced. One of those things that I was told I needed was an alignment. I said no at the time because I was short on funds. Fast forward about a month, and I stopped into a big named wheel and tire shop here in Springfield to have an alignment done. The mechanic there came up to me with a printed out report and said my alignment was spot on.There is nothingg wrong with it and sent me on my way free of charge. The first time I took my vehicle to this quick lane after 2 hr wait they didn’t change my oil or rotate the tires. I mentioned it to the manager that I had my tires numbered and my drain plug marked, also the oil didn’t have a purple tint on the dip stick. Which I provided the royal purple oil. The manager looked and had them buy me more royal purple oil and changed it while filming them also I watched. This time the oil did have the correct color tint and they asked for the wheel lug nut key to rotate the tires. The second time I took the truck to them they did rotated the tires and drained my oil but didn’t put the royal purple in the truck that I again purchased. Instead the manager came out and said idk why but it doesn’t have a purple tint. If you drain a vehicle and put royal purple oil in it, it will have a purple tint. So I’m know they used the shop oil and not mine. So some mechanic in there either kept my oil or threw it away. This is the last time I will ever go here.Services:Oil change,Tires
Solder Songs and Voices NWA: Took my car in because a bolt had fallen out underneath the car. I had zip tied it up and told them this was the problem. Since it was there, I had oil changed and tires rotated. After I got home I checked on their work. The zip tie was still holding the portion of the underpanel up. Lucas Rappert: I have been coming here for oil changes/tire rotations for the past year. Overall, a great place with mechanics that are helpful. I also appreciated the fact that I witnessed their employees go the extra mile to help an elderly woman with a bulb that came out of the connector. It was a quick fix & they didn't charge her for the service. Being witness to acts of service like these speaks volumes of the high quality of their employees.

Go next door to Midas before you even think about leaving you vehicle in the possession of Kwik. Heck take it to Wal Mart Auto before you take it to Kwik.
Mike Wiseley: I had been going to Kwik Kar almost since they had opened, then today when I went in on Saturday morning to get my oil changed I found that they are no longer open on Saturday. M-F, 8 to 5. only It is hard to get service on a vehicle when you have to take time off of work to make this happen. You have lost my business.
Scott Bradley: My wife took our van to Kwik Tire for an oil change. $96.76 later, she had new oil. They did not explain to her they were charging her double to use synthetic oil. Apparently there is no oil included in the $63 oil change service and when they use synthetic oil, they charge you again for oil. 5 qts of synthetic oil is $35 and a filter costs $10 maybe. They took advantage of her because she is a women and didn't know along with they didn't fully explain. They are deceitful and we're unwilling to offer refund when I explained I knew of their fraud.We have not and will not be doing business with Kwik Tire Pros. I have performed the full synthetic oil service myself for below half of their price.

Eric S.: $90 for an oil change. And of course they try to upsell you the kitchen sink. The only reason I went there was because it was a Saturday, my dipstick was dry, and the mechanic was closed. The mechanic charges $30.
