But when I look for property managers I want integrity and someone who looks after my interests and respects my tenants. PMI New Horizons is just that company. They treat me as an individual not just another “account”. By the way, ask for Tucker Harvick. He is a hard worker - smart, dedicated and willing to take the steps necessary to maximize an account, watch your budget and ensure your tenants feel they have a responsive contact person acting on your behalf. Impressive group!

Quinton Hamp: Originate is a huge opportunity for Springfield's entrepreneurs. The space is beautiful, naturally lit and inspiring. The internet is fast. The janitor comes regularly. The landlords are very responsive.I've worked in a lot of coworking and shared office spaces, and so far this is the best one I've come across. There is also opportunity with multiple private suites available for my company to expand within the same building as we grow.

Ben Chapman: 06/17/2021 This place runs our HOA and we pay them $330 per year and they do not enforce the rules whatsoever. The point of HOA is to maintain property value for resell but they do a very poor job of that. They've known about an issue were having for a year and they still keep giving us the run around. I've provided proof of the issue many times and they completely ignore it. They say that they investigate the issue but they lie. They have never provided proof that they have ever lifted a finger. Steer clear of HOA associated with Maples Properties. They take ZERO responsibility. It's always someone elses fault. All they do is take your money. If the issue gets fixed I will update this review. As of 09/01/2022 it seems the issue has been resolved only due to the neighbor moving. If they hadn't moved, there would still be an issue. I wish there was something positive to say about this company but sadly there isn't. (Their response is nothing but pathetic excuses and lies. Take my word for it and do not trust them.)

Jake Mettlach: I bought a new house in January 9 months ago. Was told we have a $100 HOA fees annually, but for what?! We have yes amenities, nothing extra. Lived here 9 months and just now got a letter in the mail with rules n regulations about our own personal property! I asked cronkhite homes and the title company when I bought the house, what the HOA is for? We get nothing here

Warrior Medal: Maples Properties are amazing real estate professionals who have been in the business and area for decades. Their commercial and residential real estate services are excellent! We would trust them to run our HOA and property management. Highly recommend.

Dawn Kelejian: We have lived in our home now for almost 2 months and have gone back and forth with the property management company and Maples who manages the HOA in our neighborhood. We promptly paid our dues before we moved in. We still have yet to receive a key fob to have access to the pool. I have called Maples myself twice and been told the key fob was going in the mail that day. The property management has never received it. I stood in the office as the property manager called and spoke with Maples on the phone. They told her they were sending it. Still almost 2 weeks later, we don’t have a key. Maples has purposely made this transition to our new neighborhood difficult for reasons that are personal and we are on the receiving end of the consequences. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would not advise anyone to do business with this company. It’s a bad reflection on our property management company except that they have tried everything they can to rectify this issue for us and are met with resistance and attitude from anyone in the Maples office.
