Brittney Evans: Unfortunately I am having to edit my review due to their abysmal communications; I likely will never be able to go back here. They don't have enough people working the phones so for a week I was trying every day for 30-45 minutes to get ahold of somebody before giving up and having to go to work. After my negative pap results I was told that I actually did need a colposcopy, indicating something was medically wrong and sending me on a weeklong anxiety attack that I'm still feeling. Jennifer Ott apperantly did not check the date on my old pap results which had arrived after my new pap, and sent me a letter IN THE MAIL saying that something required me to get a colposcopy without any other communication. Then for a week I was struggling to talk to literally anybody, just playing phone tag with different nurses from different phone numbers I desperately tried to save so I wouldn't miss their call amidst the hundreds of scam calls I receive a week. When my mom finally called and waited on hold for me for 50 minutes someone answered and was so rude about how afraid I have been that it made me cry even harder. I don't know that I will ever feel comfortable here again, I am still shaking, which is unfortunate as the actual procedure experience went great. So here is the review on that, sorry Jennifer, I really liked you, this is just too big a mess-up for me to trust that facility again I think. Maybe it's a trauma thing, idk.Jennifer Ott and the entire staff at Cox OB-GYN at the Turner Center were AMAZING. I have trauma and lots of anxiety, but when I finally found the office (my fault, forgot to look up directions) it was like walking into a spa. Everyone was so kind and understanding and patient, I felt truly heard and cared-for, and Jennifer really did such an amazing and gentle job! Best pap I have ever gotten, could not possibly be happier or recommend them more highly!!! Love you all, so so grateful for what you do and how you do it.
