Elaine Tretinik: This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a AAA office. My husband and I were on the road traveling from Oklahoma on old Rt66 and needed a map to follow the route back to Ohio. We had done this before going from Illinois to California but did not have a map today. I called the Joplin office…no answer, I finally selected member services and Jason in the Springfield office answered. All though this was no his job he assured me they had a map and I could pick it up there. When we arrived I informed the lady in the front of the office I was there to pick up a map, and that I had called ahead and spoke to Jason. Who??? You’ll have to have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. I understand she had customers but all someone had to do was hand me the map and where was Jason? If it wasn’t for Sue who heard the conversation and came over to help, and she asked Jason who too. She finally admitted there was a Jason (does he work remotely?) took our membership # and gave us the map. Also by the way being a customer of AAA for many years I have never heard of any office I have been to not letting a CUSTOMER use the restroom. What am I paying for being out of town and needing directions isn’t that what your office is suppose to do give direction and comfort, I’ll remember that when my membership comes due.
Hairy Hoodoo: Total loss 2004 Ram 2500 4x4 with custom alloy wheels costs over 14k to replace yet they only pay "their cash value" which was about 4200. Making matters worse, they charge me $900 to buy back my own vehicle which now has a totaled title.

Daniel Wright: After having no issues with AAA for years and having some of the cheaper rates they decide to raise my rate for inflation way to screw the little guy.
Michael Henry: i used to use state farm before them, Chris at AAA managed to save me over $80 a month. always very fast and very friendly service. answers any questions or resolves any issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Valerie Ebeling: If I could give zero stars I would. Can't ever get ahold of anyone in the office. They charged me $75 to cancel my policy. They have higher rates than anyone around and their app is so inaccurate when it come to tracking your driving "score". This is my second time using AAA. The first time was a headache with getting my auto payments set up with the agent and I canceled no problem. I canceled bc I told them I wasn't driving and didn't need insurance. This time I told them I was canceling bc I got another policy. For cheaper. And I was informed that my "cancelation fee" was actually for switching companies.IF YOU CANCEL YOUR POLICY DO NOT TELL THEM ANY REASON. SAY YOU ARE NO LONGER DRIVING THAT VEHICLE

Jennifer Ware: If I could give a 0 star review I would, I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Jeremy my agent refused to quote me full coverage insurance after I text, emailed, and everything else I could for months and then I wrecked my vehicle and lost it because he refused to answer any of my messages regarding full coverage. Then when I got a new vehicle and was finally able to get full coverage the price was outrageous! Every single insurance company I've looked at has been at least $200 cheaper. They also had the wrong payment information for me and kept trying to charge me additional charges for returned payments when they messed up and put the wrong payment information in! They cancelled my coverage without letting me know, I got the letter after it was cancelled and would have had to pay way extra just to get it back over there mistakes. I will never use AAA for insurance ever again, from beginning to end my experience was horrible and they did nothing to make it right. I lost a brand new vehicle to their negligence, and then have been screwed around everyday I've been a customer. Very disappointing and would not recommend them to even my worst enemy!
S King: Car died on the road in a hazardous place. I was able to get the vehicle home safely. Seligman Mo towing service was wonderful. Thank you! Things could have turned bad very quickly without their help.

Kendra Cook: I was in a wreck that messed up my back wheel so that I couldn’t drive. I called AAA immediately so I could be towed back to my house, which was only a few miles away. I had to wait 2.5 hours on site for the tow company to finally arrive. When the guy did get there, he informed me that since the tag on my plates were expired AAA wouldn’t tow me and he immediately left. Of course, the expired tags are my fault (it was a 21 sticker and it is Jan 22, so I didn’t realize I was so behind.) But still, leaving a person (and paying customer for years too) stranded after a wreck for such a small thing that doesn’t have to do with them is so ridiculous and inhumane. Glad to know I’m a number to get money out of and not a person to the big corporation.

Georgia Armstrong: Had the most relaxed, no rush experience getting all my insurance needs met by Shawne (my new favorite insurance agent by far). He saved me money, bundled all my policies nicely and thoroughly explained everything (some things twice because I kept getting interruptions on my end).Overall, I highly recommend this office !!

Karen Trigg: I live in Springfield Missouri. I am elderly. I’ve been an automobile roadside service member for 30 years. My last two calls I discovered that Henry’s no longer had the contract and there’s another company that has the contract for road service provision. The first time I had let my battery die I called in it took two hours for A truck to arrive, he didn’t seem concerned at all but he hadn’t text me first also he said I was in Springfield when you’re call came in but I was on my way to Nixaon another call so I had to take care of that one first that made no sense to me and I was very angry the second time I thought the ignition key was stuck I called for help they told me they were calling a local locksmith, called Harper Lock I waited 10 minutes for a text telling me when I could expect an arrival since I didn’t get a text I called Harper (I am familiar with this key company and they are excellent ) and they had never been notified, NOR Do they go out to automobiles on ignition problems I was furious and I called back to roadside assistance number and she said that she was too busy to write me up a message and I told her that Harper was the wrong One to call they did not make Outcalls nor did they work on ignitions. I had wasted two hours at this point finally I called my mechanic and solve the problem myself. I have called twice to leave this poor report to the auto club and I have not had a call back. 30 years a member and his services changed so badly I will probably have to get another roadside service the auto club saving money probably by dropping Henry’s bad mistake they were always an excellent service provider.
