Youngblood Nissan: what do users think?
Bradley Smerkol: Cristian Vega was very professional and explained everything very well. He is polite and well spoken I enjoyed my visit to the service center!
Amanda Burks: I just purchased my first new car in a very long time.Erick Lassiter is fantastic at his job! We could tell from the first hand shake that we were in good hands, we could also tell we could trust him and he did not disappoint.Buying my Nissan was the quickest, no hassle, no stress situation ever!!Christian Vega and Putty were also amazing, I'm actually looking forward to my first oil change.Big Big thank you for everything to the John Youngblood family.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY SENTRA !!!!!
George Hinnant: Worst buying experience ever. Never received titling paperwork. Called 3 times, was told it was mailed but it never showed up. Was told twice that they would order a duplicate, it was never done Sold me a vehicle with major issue and then refused repairs. Never buy from them.
Judy Parkhurst: I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car Youngblood is the best. They're so helpful honest and really care about what your looking for a special thanks to Jeffrey and Clayton for making it happen I love my Gmc Terrain thanks you all at Youngblood what a great. Bunch of pepole to work with on getting a car. I definitely woukd buy another one from them.
Januarie Wood: I got my car detailed and the people are super nice. I had a gift certificate for a show room detail. My car was there all day, But unfortunately it isn't very clean. I mean, it's an older car but there were dirty places that they could have vacuumed or just wiped off. They did tighten up some things that were loose though, so that was good. Had I paid a $189 for this, I would have taken it back in and had them clean the rest. Oh and the sun and moon roof were super dirty :(
Barbin Looney: Tori was very helpful, considerate and kind. Strongly suggest them.
Justin Bostick: Horrible experience with this dealership. Nissan is promoting an Altima currently for $239 per month. Went it to see the product and the dealership says they cannot honor that payment per month. The 'ol bait and switch. The taxes, license and fees are separate and that was to be paid with cash. **Edit bc it won't let me reply to the dealer response of my review** I never asked for a model up for the same price. I asked your sales manager to say he didn't have an Altima that he could honor the deal, he said I won't say that. He also asked to see the promo fine print and misled what it actually said. He said they were requiring 3100 up front which I knew about and they were adding another $3000 up front. So I read the fine print to him, it states in parentheses $2800 plus the first lease payment, which I was ready to pay. It was not $6000 extra up front as he specifically stated to me. He was trying to shifty. He said the Altima payment he had available was around $400 per month. Bait and switch. If you don't have the advertised promo, find one and get it for your customer.
Joe Sainz: I needed a key made for my 2019 NV200 and I was told it would be $104 and I said ok. When it was complete I was handed the key and said thank you. Well…. It would turn the ignition but not start and I walked back in and asked why and I was told it must need programmed and it will cost an additional $160. I asked for a refund on the key that was made for me and they refused because it still unlocked the door and it was the right key. So I had to pay the extra $160 to make it work. It wouldn’t of been so bad had I been told it had to be programmed after it was made but they didn’t give me the option to refuse the price they just cut it then I was told that according to there knowledge it didn’t need programmed but that wasn’t the case. Lack of knowledge at the dealership cost me $265 for a key.
judy zimmerman: I had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh Terry, salesperson for Youngblood in Springfield, Mo. This was absolutely THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had, thanks to Kayleigh! Kayleigh was very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. I appreciated her calm manner in explaining how everything worked and offering to answer any future questions. Kayleigh was happy for me when I told her…”this is the one!” It really meant a lot to me for this experience to have been a happy one!
Karen: Great customer help....BUT ASTRONOMICALLY EXPENSIVE! Outrageous! I needed a car phob reprogrammed and it cost $290!
Trevor Robert: The best customer service but most importantly I didn't feel jabbed in pocket book by commission based employees which may only be other dealerships sales staff.Trust, respect and class. This is my cars doctor for maintenance needs for whatever length of time I keep it.
Becky Cumley: Great service staff and technicians!
Fred Morgan: A friend had her Honda truck she purchased there checked out and they had us out of there in two hours wasn't bad with a truck wash good people they take care of there customers
Donna Owen: A couple weeks or so ago I had to have the back side window replaced on my 2023 Nissan. Nothing wrong with the door, someone just decided they wanted in the car. I had to go dealership because it is so new. The glass was $59 plus change. The labor was three hours so they could "take it all apart and vacuum it out really good so there's no loose glass falling". The bill was $549.09 for the $60 ish glass. That's fine, I paid it. I didn't want it on my insurance so out of pocket. Flash forward to today, there is STILL glass falling in the door when you close it. Seriously? It should not sould like it's raining glass when you invested that much of my money cleaning it out.
Kathleen Tucker: Took my daughter for Trunk or Treat. Great employees, adorable pups. Friendly and so warm towards kiddos. LOVED the 1st and 2nd year annual event. Please keep doing.
Natalie Loomis: It’s taken me a few days to be able to find the right words to say about Daniel and Nissan. Daniel went above an beyond for me. I appreciate all he did for me and for making the process easy and being so understanding. Daniel listen to all my concerns and reassured me. He explained everything that I needed to know very throughly. I have always had bad luck with big name dealerships but this one everyone was so kind and understanding and didn’t leave me out to dry. I will be returning to Nissan with any further issues I have. I highly recommend them and Daniel especially. Big thank you to the whole Nissan Youngblood group!
Judy Iverson: Youngblood has the best service department. I'm always happy with them. Thank you Daniel chitwood.
Darlene Holcomb: I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima from Reliable Toyota dealership and let me tell you...Toyota could learn a LOT from Nissan about customer service. After a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, experience at Toyota, it was great to be treated with honesty and respect at Youngblood Nissan. My service guy was DANIEL and he was top notch. He was very informative about the repairs that my car needed and even worked with us on the cost of repairs, which is unheard of. Youngblood Nissan will have my business from now on. While I know that no dealership is perfect, their standard of HONESTY is far greater than Toyota's. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because someone sat in my passenger seat (it was moved back) and my car mat was full of crushed leaves. 😞?
daniel davis: Terrible dealership, will not be buying from them or dealing with them in the future. 10 months ago we bought a used 2013 nissan altima from their certified preowned lot, hadnt had if for a few months when it started giving us problems, several of our hometown mechanics said that the TCM ( transmission control module) was bad and only a nissan dealership was able to program the new ones. On younbloods website they have a " we will buy your used vehicle " add. We contacted them, sent them all the info and pictures on it and described what mechanical issues the car was having, they said if we towed it up they would give us $3000 as is. Since we had to tow the car any ways the 2hrs to Springfield for the TCM problems we thought it wouldnt be a bad deal, i emailed 2 different people at the dealership and talked to them on the phone before we towed the car 2 hrs just to make sure we all had a clear understanding of the issues the car was having. When we arrived at the dealership it was like i was speaking greek, no one at the dealership acted like they knew what i was talking about, i was sent across the street to the used preowned lot to talk to their salesmen, the salesmen didn't act like he knew anything about the add on the website ( but made sure to ask me 4 different times if i would like to trade it in on a new ride) and after i pulled my phone out and showed him the emails where they offered me $3000 as is, he reluctantly said that now their mechanic would have to take a look at it. 3hrs later he calls us whipe were at lunch and says " well it needs a new transmission now which is $5400 unless you want to trade it in on a new vehicle ". The only positive thing i have to say is when we left the salesmen and talked to the mechanic daniel we was very helpful and offered us some advice on parts and how to save money. Regardless we wont be spending any more money at this dealership.
Jason Perryman: Was told it would take 1 hours to get an oil change which is already kind of a long time but it’s been 2 hours and I still have not heard back
Terry Hoggard: I love your team! Clearly they are professionals who pride themselves on doing exceptional work and providing extraordinary customer service.
