Beth Robinson: Dr. Jayarao and his team are fantastic! Very personable and down to earth. Very good at listening to my concerns and got the ball rolling to get me through all the insurance loops to get me to surgery to relieve my pain! I highly recommend Dr. Jayarao and his team! They gave me back my life!
Lanie Thompson: Dr. Angela Spurgeon did fantastic with my surgery back last month and she is one of the best neurosurgeons here in town. If you are ever in need of a neurosurgeon, Dr. Spurgeon and her staff are amazing here. She was also there for me when I had a major complication from surgery and checked in with me to see how I was doing day by day.

Teresa Ehrhart: The doctors and nurses was phenomenal everyone was so caring and always asked me if I needed anything else when coming into my room and they always brought me some extra jello as they knew that is basically all I was eating and I enjoyed it, if I needed anything else done I would definitely choose Cox health even if it means a 2 1/2 hour drive it’s well worth it.
Leesa Jo: Not excited that I ended up here, AGAIN! It is the place I'd choose tho since my back injury. Staff is fantastic, PA Eric is amazing. Friendly, kind and believes in pain relief after a major surgery! Fought that for first hours in hospital after a major, major back surgery. I do understand the pain medication problem in the world today, but right after surgery.. I'm thinking re-think this one please!

Daniel Keenan: Had MRI done and sent to Springfield Neurological and Spine Institute. They said I had 5 bulging discs. Elite Pain Management reads MRI and says I have one herniated discs, 1 ruptured disc and bulging discs. My personal doctor says I have arthritis. Guess what, they all are very incompetent. Believe none know what they're talking about and would not trust any of them . This has been going on since middle of October and guess what, no one has touched my back. Totally useless. They all should be billed for wasting my time and it's total buls**t that I'm being billed when nobody has done a thing to earn that money I paid them. Total crooks
Shane Vass: Was hurt on the job.. Rehab and shots to the spine for almost a year for my LEFT side then they sent me to Dr Crabtree .. Was told by him he HAD to put Plates and Screws in my neck to fix it.. Didn't want to do it but it was Work Comp.. Woke up with my RIGHT arm Paralyzed.. It never fully recovered and I lost my job and was forced to retire..

Mona Uicab: M. Callen and his nurse Jennifer are a blessing. They are compassionate and friendly. They took the time to hear me. Jennifer makes sure to let patients know that she is available to them. The entire Mercy network deserves recognition for patient care.
Joshu Davis: If you are active duty or retired military do not even bother trying to get referred to this place. I got a referral two weeks ago and have been calling and leaving messages ever since. I’ve called 7 times and every time I get a person, that person apparently tries to transfer me to someone who’s name is Pat who apparently is the only person who can deal with tricare of VA referrals. This person is never in the office and if they are, they never answer. I’ve left several messages with detailed information including all my primary and alternate contact info and with no luck have I received any call back. I’ve made another appt with my primary care to get a referral to another location with better communication services.
RuthE Stalker: I love Dr. Kevin Mansfield, he did surgery on my neck. I had two ruptured dics at C5 -C6 and C6-C7 he removed both and replaced them with spacers.I had a bone pressing on my spinal cord and he removed that.I went home the next morning.My surgery was on May 20,2020, today is Feb. 17 2021,the scar has been invisible since the third month after surgery.He's not only an excellent neurosurgeon he evidently is an excellent plastic surgeon.

bob bennett: Don’t think I could say anything bad about this doc! He is nice, does an awesome job with surgery, and his staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with!! If your having a bad back problem I would highly recommended him! They do everything from shots in the back to major surgery. Unfortunately I had to go with the major surgery. I’m 8 months out, and it’s better than it was before and seems to be getting better. Can only hope, but if I ever have to have another one this would be my choice. Springfield area is lucky to have a surgeon of this quality !!

Angie Smith: I was very very pleased with EVERY person in this office , not only was I seen in a timely manner, the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was family. Doctors do have emergencies that come up and being unable to see me one day was not a huge issue. I understand. Dr. Scarrow was in my room within 10 mins of the nurse leaving. Dr. Scarrow treated me like I was the only patient he had and I was not rushed in any way at all. I was able to freely ask any questions I had and the answers the Doctor gave were very direct to the point, along with very detailed. I could not be more satisfied with my visit and how I was treated. I highly recommend this office.
Lesley Frederick: I have been VERY disappointed in Dr. Scarrow and his office. My mother has had numerous appointments cancelled without any real explanation. She gets notified the appointment is going to be cancelled. She reschedules with the office then they call back within a week or so of the appointment and indicate he's not in the office that day...then why the he!! did they schedule an appointment on a day he is not going to be in the office. It's honestly ridiculous! This has been going on for nearly six months now. It's unprofessional and very disappointing. Choose someone else that has their $hi! together!
