Dr. Roger Oghlakian, MD: what do users think?
Sara Roberts: Dr. Oghlakian is exceptional! I hate to see him go!! It’s such a shame Mercy is loosing him. Mercy seems to have a high turnover with some really good doctors. After a scheduling mix up and me being made to se another doctor in the same office who was completely rude and unhelpful, I got back in to see Dr. Oghlakan. He completely put me at ease and I received a correct diagnosis from him. He spent 30 minutes explaining everything I needed to know. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been scheduled with.
jon byrom: Dr. O is good. I mean, he is among the best, and most concerned to ensure the best results for my son. He is friendly, caring, and explains everything in sufficient detail for anyone to understand. I only have one issue with respect to the office policies. We arrived on time for an appointment, by the time we were checked in, the check in was 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. So, we were forced to wait over an hour for our appointment. Imagine driving 1.5 hours to get there and then having to wait another hour; meanwhile I still have a job to get back to. I don't care how great you think you are; this isn't how you treat patients who have trusted you for their care.
Rhanda Ramirez: Dr. Roger Oghlakiahn is A Very Compassionate Dr. Whom has a Big heart for his patients I'm Very pleased with the way he has such concerns for his patients and not just their for the money, He loves what he does it's clear to see he has been the only specialist that I've seen since being diagnosed with seizure disorder, All the other ones I've seen weren't as compassionate and just seemed to hurry up and get you out the door and not even take the time to even care of what your concerns were. So if I was to ever have to recommend it would be to go to Roger Oghlakiahn for sure, Thanks so Very much for the compassion that you show it's greatly appreciated so much.
Deborah Bolding: Dr. Roger Oghlakian was very polite, and explained everything so well to my husband and myself. He spent an extraordinary amount of time with us, and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this physician to anyone looking for a good neurologist!!!

Steven Ellis, Jr JR., MD: what do users think?
Cliff Benner: My care began with Dr. Wong, who retired in 2021. I was nervous to begin care with another neurologist, but my concerns were quickly eased after meeting Dr. Ellis. He truly listens to you and adjusts, changes, adds to, or leaves as is, your current medications/protocol. I highly recommend Dr. Ellis.
Mike Mueller: Dr. Ellis was referred to me by the VA. Really has helped my neuropathy issues in my leg. Very personable and easy to talk to.
Catherine Horsey: 1st visit after years with Dr Quinn, who retired. Mentioned about 3 of my conditions. Touched 1 shoulder a couple of times and said didn't want to hurt me. Tapped my reflexes. Started on my migraines. Told him they were pretty controlled with current meds. Said add tylonel and ibuprofen for more help. I reminded him of my allergy list, that I can't ever have NSAIDs. I told him they Caused me to into renal failure and I was told never to take one again. He said your kidneys look great. I don't see how ibuprofen will hurt you just 2 at a time. I said what do I do if I have a problem and he said go to the hospital. Even when I told him they were afraid my kidneys wouldn't restart the last time, He said it isn't a problem. Now it is in my chart I can take an NSAID. I spoke to my internist and asked him what would happen if I took an NSAID, and he said you would most probably go into renal failure again. Scary. Then he scheduled me for an annual appointment. I have never gone more than 6 months between appointments, usually 4 months or as close as they could fit in his schedule. Dr Quinn always felt he needed to check me more often en, and always checked my liver, to make sure my medicine wasn't enlarging it. Dr Ellis never ever had me on the exam table. Poor experience. Plus he was an hour and a half late, and the nurse said if he is your doctor, expect this go over everything Dr Quinn had diagnosed and treated me for, but no. Got the feeling he didn't really think I needed to be there. My husband asked him what he saw in my health and multiple problems. His answer was "Well, she has severe fibromyalgia, so and pain she has is five times stronger than it would be without the fibromyalgia. That was it.
Brandi Kuhl: Dr Ellis is AMAZING. I feel like not only did he care, but he listened, and I couldn't ask for anything else. It seems all other doctors just pushed me out door, he explained everything and genuinely wanted to help and fix my problems.
