Good Day: Went to got a old Miller Time sign fixed up by these lovely people. They do amazing work and only took 48 hours to get the sign back in perfect working order. Totally would recommend this very professional and friendly shop.

Mary Braun: They did a great job repairing my neon sign.
Randy McCafferty: I had a neon Heineken beer light that needed repair. I was unable to find any place that would even look at it. Jon Koehn at Payne Sign Company diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the transformer and cleaned up the sign as well as attaching a bracket so I could securely mount it to the wall. Jon really knows his stuff. If you need a neon sign repaired I highly recommend Jon at Payne Sign Company.
Mike Eblen: I had a horrible experience. Not sure what the other reviewers are seeing. I will never go back or even bother to call them again. Lots of other sign companies, i highly recommend you look at your options.Good news is my sign worked, everything else i had/will have to fix myself.Poor communication led to a 3.5" pole with a 4.5" bracket when from the start the goal was to use the original pole.The installation was fast but look at the pics i'm attaching to see how incredibly poor of a job was done.My indoor receiver killed my internet every morning until i updated firmware and did some tweaking. Payne let me know they weren't qualified to help me install or fix the wireless antenna. Thank goodness MegaSign is awesome. Got that fixed tho :)Paint all over my landscape rocks, the TPlink bridge, the new wire whips and all over the sidewalk. They definitely do not care.Best part is they never came out and did a site survey before the project or after so i never got looked in the eye or a handshake. That should say it all right there.

Josh Lobdell: They can make signs, but the customer has to babysit them on all the details of how to design it. If you have a logo ready to go then you will be fine using them. But if they design it, get ready for a rough ride. I wanted a welcome sign with our service times and all they gave me is a white sheet of paper twice with our service times on it.
