Tori Fenton: The male owner was very rude about a return because the top of the disco ball (that was $50) broke the same day it was bought before it was even hung up. They exchanged it, but then told my friend who was carrying it (while we continued looking) that she should hold it differently “if you’re so concerned with it breaking maybe you should hold it from the bottom” It’s literally supposed to hang from the ceiling, so it just seemed like he was looking for an excuse since the first one broke. He was very condescending for no reason. It was just upsetting since we have bought so many things from them, and he was rude over one small issue. Their stuff is cute, but not cute enough to be talked down to about.

I had to plan for the pick-up of my item and the owners were great about communicating and being flexible on pick-up. They were very helpful throughout. One of the owners even came to the shop the day of my pick-up to carry my item (which was very heavy) to the car. Truly a great experience.
