Alesya family: This is my first time using moving company. We went with My Movers Moving & Storage. I was so happy to get them the next day on schedule for them to come out and help me unload my truck (moved from diff state) They showed up on time. And unloaded very nicely carefully my washer, dryer, and fridge. Thank you. The reason I'm giving only 4 stars cause they charge for extra hr to get back to there wearhouse. Which only should take time 15 minutes from my location. We'll max with traffic (11am no traffic) 25 minutes. Other then that yes I would recommend this company.

Had my mom's old house in Republic all loaded up and completely unloaded into the new house on the north side of Springfield all within 3 hours! These guys not only worked well together, but were patient, respectful & wonderful with us (not the easiest task!)I would HIGHLY recommend them without a doubt! Susan Reaves: These good folks moved me out of my daughter’s 150 year old farmhouse she’d sold, and into The Cambridge senior Retirement apartments in Springfield.The fellows both negotiated some pretty tight turns and doorways with my nice furniture, some antiques and artist’s materials Into their truck. they painstakingly loaded my things then unloaded into the new Cambridge apartment... all in one day. This involved taking apart a large storage cabinet and bookcases bed frame (removing dozens of screws) then reassembling it in the new apartment.I was so pleased with these two very pleasant and efficient young men along with the lady by the name of Donna who handles the office, that I’m using the same company for my next move in a couple of weeks. I’ve found an “over 55” apartment retirement community managed by the Reed family here in Springfield that’s perfect for me at my age. I can’t think of anyone else I’d even consider handling my good furniture except for the My Movers company here in Springfield.

Lee Grant: Moving as a family is a big deal. It is stressful, complicated and physically draining so you need a good partner if you're hiring help. We have done several cross-country moves and local moves, and we have seen the good and bad. My Movers is organized and professional and cost effective. We recently finished our SECOND local move (six years apart) with My Movers and both have been outstanding. Foreman/driver Brad even remembered us from the previous move. The office communicated everything quickly and effectively. The estimate was accurate and the crew was on time and efficient. They were very careful with our furniture and we had zero issues. I gave my endorsement to a realtor friend and will continue referring people to My Movers. We don't plan to move again for a looooong time but if we did we'd call My MOvers first. Thanks again! It's Just Me: My Movers Moving & Storage are very professional folks. Dean & DW did my move on 10/28/2019 and these guys went above and beyond helping me with my move. They put down floor runners, used ramps on the steps, and wrapped all furniture with moving blankets. (Loved the big rubber straps they used too) When talking on the phone with My Movers Moving & Storage they were very nice and answered all my questions. Great company!

Kinsey Long: Zero stars. Let me start off by saying we chose this company because it was veteran owned. My husband is currently deployed. Alan came out and did an estimate at our house to move all of our furniture and every belonging out of the house while my husband is deployed. Placed my deposit down. Booked the company. May 16th, On day of moving-Movers were very late, unprofessional and cussing in-front of and flirting with my very young teenage age daughters. I also was loading up my truck with personal belongings and moving to my our new location. THE MOVING COMPANY called and said they had finished. When I returned to my home address, my garage was still full of all of my belongings, my attic still had random things up there, inside my house was a ton of random items just left-lamps, pictures, parts of furniture, parts of beds. I was shocked and contacted the company. Then charged me $800 over bid. We tried to resolve this issue with the company via phone calls and emails. No response. They did not finish the job. And wouldn’t get back with us. The only email we received stated that the supervisor hadn’t made a decision. We had to hire another company to come move the rest of our things.Choose another company! They are not Military friendly or honest.

I had personal reasons for needing to reschedule twice and they were incredibly friendly and understanding. Allen and Erika were easy to work with over the phone.On the day of my move Brandon V., Brandon F. and Austin W. communicated effectively and moved efficiently. They were friendly and Brandon V. was quite witty and funny.I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, friendly, communicative, efficient and effective. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.

Brett Largent: Our movers were fantastic! We lived on a third story apartment, and despite that, the summer heat, and two couches almost too big to fit through the front door, our guys were able to move all our furniture across town in under 4 hours. And without a scratch to be found! We'd highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!
Cat M: UPDATE 6/12: the general manager called me and apologized profusely. He explained the amount of time that our movers spent was miscalculated and resulted in additional charges. He added that the company is supposed to let customers know before additional charges are put on their card, but they failed to do so in my case. He refunded us and was very kind.ETA 6/10: new rating is above. They charged me an extra $332 after our move with no warning or explanation - I only noticed because I checked my credit card statement. I called and was told they don’t know anything and no one can tell me until Monday when their accounting department is in. Really disappointed because our move was great and so were the movers. Hoping this can be rectified :/REVIEW FROM 5/21: Bridget at the office was great from the start and answered my numerous questions. Riley and Jacob were kind, professional, and courteous movers. They explained everything thoroughly and gathered up all our items in a careful but quick manner. They didn’t complain one bit despite a lot of heavy items and stairs, and our final bill was less than estimated. This is probably the best moving experience I’ve ever had and we would use Two Men and a Truck in a heartbeat.
Sara Floyd: We’ve used Two Men and Truck a number of times over the last 20+ years. We’ve had excellent experiences with the company almost every time! However, today was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Kenny, Avery, and Dominic were the best crew we’ve had in all of our moves! They moved us out of our storage buildings and into our farmhouse in under 5 hours! It was like science! They were professional, courteous, very hard workers!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this company and this crew for every move!!
angie o'leary: I used Two Men and a Truck for an interstate move and the experience was amazing. Kenny and Avery were professional, friendly, super helpful and timely. And because they are a smaller operation, I didn’t have to wait for their truck to be full before they would transport - everything arrived early the next morning! Items arrived intact, which is what everyone hopes for, but it was done in really efficient manner. I would definitely recommend their services both for moving and junk removal.
Jerry Geisler: From the first phone call to Bridgett to the last moment with the moving team, this was one of the best service experiences ever. Bridget is a professional that makes the caller trust her which is important in this uncertain (move) event. She asks the right questions and knows what to do with info. The move team was outstanding, Wyatt, James, and unfortunately I didn't get name of the 3rd party. They carefully wrapped and padded my belongings to prevent damage. They loadeded and unloaded my stuff in under two hours which seems impossible. They were polite, kind, knowledgeable, followed my suggestions for placement, and very hard workers. Jessie Abbey: I’ve never used a moving company before and I will never again thanks to them. First they show up in a little box truck to move a three bedroom house and shed they changed trucks after seeing what all needed done which was in the work order. Second they didn’t set anything up only two beds out of four. Third and most important they left half my house behind and refused to get saying it didn’t fit which was completely ridiculous and all they said was oh we forgot about that. Then wanted to charge me outrageous for what they did drink will never use again

I called to talk to them about the delivery date and they had already set a date for delivery without talking to me first, I have to work the day they want to deliver it. They said that if I don't do the day they scheduled me for, I won't get it delivered for 3 weeks. I have to change my work schedule for them, that doesn't make any sense! I'm giving them 2 stars right now, I might change it to 1 star after I get this delivered! By the time they are done it might be no stars!

Cat Ste: The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The storage units are consistently clean and readily accessible. Security measures are also pretty good. Without a doubt, I would rate them a 10/10 and use their service again.

Chris T: I dropped my uhaul off here on a trip coming from Indiana and the owner was very helpful and cleared up some issues on my rental and got me some money back. I would rent from this business the next time I need a uhaul even though it's a little out of the way.

They destroyed my television, but filing a claim and receiving a compensation was a breeze. With all of this, I want to refer them to another family member who is planning to relocate shortly.

I texted Pack Haul in the morning and they told me they could offer me a free estimate by the afternoon.Pierre, who would do the work, called me an hour before he arrived letting me know he should be to my house around 1. I step outside right at 1 and there he is pulling up.I needed cardboard boxes and an old blowup pool removed from my garage. He says, "I just want you to be able to safely park your car in the garage and I think if I move some of this you can." He was so kind. He took a look at everything and offered a fair price for the job and he got to work. Within 15 minutes he was done and even moved some big items so that I could pull my car in. Before heading off, he sat aside a box from the pile. He was so careful and thoughtful with my TRASH that he noticed a box looked unopened and a little heavy. Tina Owen: Home Depot SHAME ON YOU! Professional installation was a LIE!!! You hired this hack company to deliver my appliances today, which the two sketchy boys REFUSED to even deliver! No phone call prior to showing up and when I asked why they didn’t call, the passenger said “I’m not doing this” and walked back to the truck. They had NO intention of delivering, installing or taking away our old appliances. I saved the video from the security cameras of the two guys that were sent and to show their failure to deliver. Called Home Depot to get a refund, since that’s who I paid directly for the over $1,300.00 in appliances that didn’t deliver. I was told I had to wait until Monday for them to try to get my refund from Bestway.
Mike Peters: Hired Bestway for a local home move. Mark came out and walked the house with me, Cindy called me the next day with a quote and was very flexible with schedule which worked out great! Cindy called to confirm the date and Nick called that morning to let me know he was on the way. Great communication throughout the process. Nick and one other guy showed up in a box truck and moved all our large items (beds, sofas, tables, chairs, mirrors, tv, etc) into the truck and then into our new home. Very reasonable price and 5 star service! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Not just local moving! Great folks!!

The team from Bestway who delivered my freezer from Home Depot was very professional and communicative and I could not be happier with their service. I've noticed a lot of the people who wrote negative reviews were unhappy because they Bestway didn't install the appliance they ordered from Home Depot. It seems like those people's issue is actually with Home Depot, not with Bestway.
Larry Senter Jr: Worst delivery company ever. We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered on a Friday around 3:30. 1st off they didn't deliver our water line for the ice maker we had ordered & when we continued to call the delivery cell # there was no answer & of course no return call or response from the text my wife had sent either. 2nd, the next day on Saturday I looked under the dishwasher to see what all was needed to install it & found a wire that was cut in half from I'm assuming their dolly. We contacted The Home Depot because no clue on how to get in touch with anybody at bestway & was told The Home Depot would cover the cost of installation so they can repair the wire while installing it. Fast forward to Wednesday after no receiving any call about it & was told I needed to call bestway. Called bestway & was told that since it had been past 48 hrs it wasn't their responsibility anymore & to contact The Home Depot. I was hung up on twice by the delivery manager after being told it wasn't their problem.
Holly: We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered from Home Depot. They didn't give us the water line so my husband and I called the number multiple times & I texted the cell asking for our water line ASAP. It was after 5 so no one answered either phone. We then had to call Home Depot and 2hrs later they gave us a water line - not the one we paid for. Later that night (AFTER calls & text) got an email receipt stating we had everything. The next day, my husband took a look at the dishwasher to find out what he needed to get it installed and he saw where one of the wires was cut in two. We immediately called Home Depot because it was the weekend & the moving company was closed. We thought we had it taken care of on Sat. On Tue we had to call best way & we were basically told that because we didn't contact them in 48hrs they wouldn't do anything, it wasn't their problem and it was on Home Depot hands. How can you contact someone who doesn't answer the phone? They also stated we had to call the number on the yellow card - which we didn't get. We definitely will not be having anything delivered from Home Depot again if they don't change the delivery company. You would think they would want someone to have a good reputation delivering their products

Wm Cottrell: Bought a Dryer from Home Depot. Set up a delivery date and time. Lady called the day before said it would be delivered between 2 pm and 6 pm. They finally delivered at 8:15 pm without calling me to tell me they would be late. The helper called me about 7:30 p.m. and told me according to their GPS they would be here in about 5 minutes. They got lost and I finally located them and guided them to my house for an 8:15 delivery that was supposed to be here about 3 hours earlier. I expected them to be delivering in a 20 to 24 foot box truck, they backed down my street for the delivery in a 35 foot box truck!! This company needs smaller truckers with more drivers. They think the bigger the truck, the less drivers they need to hire!!!!

Darrel Cook: I've been working for this company for 15 years. We are able to get All the overtime hrs we want as long as we show up to work hard from early morning till 630 am to midnight or when ever we get done with are delivery route or household move. The owner and bosses are pretty good peeps.

Never called us, never reached out to see if we were OK after they destroyed my house. My wife called twice requesting a call never got it. If you buy anything at Home Depot just know these are the jokers they use. Get an independent contractor do it yourself.

I called the night before and I called at 8:30am and she said they were on their way and would be there at 9am. I trusted them and we would have lost everything had it not been for breezy movers. They’ve moved so many others when turn key movers did this to them. Breezy movers are reliable, honest, kind, hard working, and I just can’t express just how amazingly awesome they are. I am disabled and my 6yo has special needs and they were so kind and patient with my daughter and they worked until almost midnight making sure that they moved us into our new home and that everything was where it needed to be. Turn key movers will not show up and will not even answer the phone. They should not even be on here and they aren’t even licensed to move furniture. The photos they posted on here look like it was from only one move and the reviews are clearly from their friends and family. There is no way that they should even call themselves movers. They will answer when you call to schedule with them and they will tell you that they’ll be there and that you can count on them, but then when the time passes when they are to be there, they won’t answer for you. Save yourself from all the stress that they caused us and call breezy movers. They saved us from losing everything and their rates are even less than the estimates turn key movers gave us. Breezy movers are the only movers we will always trust and we recommend you to save yourself the stress that comes with moving and hire breezy movers.

They had to be prompted to keep moving and literally talked on the phone while carrying out one item at a time much of the day. They could not figure out how to take down a door to move the refridgerator out and it took them almost 2 hours to move the fridge alone. They broke a tv and a mirror. They also let me know that they left part of my bedframe at the old house. Said it was in the driveway and I couldn't miss it. I had to buy a new bedframe. When I tried to contact the company and left a message, I got no response back. These guys took at least 3 hours longer than needed to move me and had a really bad attitude after about 2 hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they've gotten anything other than bad reviews.

Nathan Lewis: Where can I begin? I hired another company to load up my U-Haul in St. Louis. That company lacked any experience with loading a truck properly and unfortunately there were huge language barrier problems. Turn-Key came up to St. Louis to drive the U-Haul back to Nixa for me. Upon their arrival, they saw that the truck wasn't packed correctly and had it continued that way, it would not have been possible to finish loading up the rest of the house. Allen Johnson immediately jumped in, even though he didn't have to, and began supervising ANOTHER COMPANY'S workers and REPACKED THE ENTIRE TRUCK while making sure the movers that I hired to do the loading were doing things correctly.After seeing the other company finished the job correctly, Allen and his wife, Beth Repuyan Johnson, drove the U-Haul back...after doing a lot more work than was originally planned.Once we arrived at our destination, Turn-Key Moving and Delivery LLC's crew unloaded the truck in true fashion and form. It was a night and day difference between their crew and the one I hired in St. Louis.Turn-Key went above and beyond to ensure that my move went without issues, even when another company wasn't up to par. Russell Karr: We hired Fry-Wagner to move our household goods from Springfield, MO to Fort Walton Beach, FL. We were told, in writing, that our belongings would arrive between June 22 and June 25. Today, June 24, they informed us that our household goods will not arrive until sometime in mid July. They have charged my credit card the full amount, $9,280.73, but are holding my goods in their dirty, hot warehouse, in Springfield, while we wait in Florida. Fry-Wagner cannot be trusted. Their representative made it clear that I would be lucky to see our goods in July. We may never see our belongings again!July 6Our goods finally arrived. However, Fry- Wagner did not separate the items that were to go into storage from those to be delivered out our residence, which is something we paid extra for. Our belongings were shipped in wooden boxes which are not water tight. Connie Walker, has lied to us about every aspect of this move. When I call her out on a lie, she shifts blame to someone else. Our goods are damaged, missing, and wet. Connie and Fry-Wagner refuse to do anything to help us, during this move from h***. Do not trust Connie, Or Dave Helton from Fry-Wagner. They will smile while they lie to you!
Holly Karr: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU. We would give them a negative star rating, if possible. Fry-Wagner doesn't keep their word and lied about sorting our two shipments, which we paid extra for the service. Promised delivery was June 22 - 25th window.Goods arrived on 6 July with poorly packed (or small items not packed at all), missing shelves, dented items and pieces from other people's shipments. We want and deserve a refund on services not rendered and the 11 day delay in delivery.
Nancy Rabbitt: We hadn’t moved in 24 1/2 years so we were looking for help! Fortunately we found Fry- Wagner and the wonderful team of Tom and Connie and Dave, Johanna, Lisseta, Eian and Mason the movers and packers!They are all masters at their jobs!Tom estimated the move with great skill and accuracy!Connie coordinated the move and called me daily to make sure all was going as planned!Johanna, Lisseta and Mason packed us on Wednesday with skill and speed! Dave, Eian and Mason moved us on Thursday and Friday with skill and patience and were very mindful of taking care of our possessions!We hope we are in our forever home - but if it ends up we aren’t, we will definitely be calling Fry-Wagner to move us again!

andrea smith: Christy in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. The movers were fine but when I noticed a scratch on my table I called the office and Christy who must be some kind of suprivisor snapped on me and accused me of lying when I was nothing but polite. For her alone I would not recommend this company.

Frye-Wagner Moving & Storage came into our home, packed it up with meticulous care, stored our furnishings and then returned with the same professional care that we so appreciated!
