David Prevo: I enjoy going to Sam's, but I am really disappointed to find a item I like and then it becomes unavailable. For instance, the drink Nature's Twist is not to be found in any of the Sam's stores locally.

Will E.: What can I say, it's a Sam's club. This is a newer store than the one on East Sunshine. You can go there on certain days of the week when they give out samples and not have to buy lunch. Deals come and go. Has a tire and battery shop. Cell phones sold here. Bakery, and deli. Think it's $1.50 for a Nathan's famous hot dog and fountain drink. For members that is. 😉

Josh Dobbins: The store is great. I called looking for a carrot cake on Mother's Day and as I expected, there were none to be had. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it was the guy in the bakery. He said he was wrong and had found one and even held it for me till I could come get it. I forgot to get his name but that was above and beyond. (southside ElCamino Alto location) Thanks again. The gas station, on the other hand, is frustrating. I waited in line for half an hour as I watched half the pumps remain unused as they were for vehicles with passenger-side gas doors. You can only use those pumps if your gas door is on that side. Silly. The amount of money that I would have saved getting gas at Sam's club was eaten up while my truck idled in line for so long. Maybe I was just there at a bad time..

Alex Hennis: The destruction of America will come partly through our consumerism and dependence on China. Our use of Walmart and Sam's has fueled this process. Our desire for cheap goods has put the Mom and Pop stores out of business. Plus, we've aided China enslaving people to produce our goods. Now, we face the end of the American dream and the beginning of the American nightmare. God help us all.

Jay Smith: I'd avoid the optical center because it is all done using telehealth. You spend more time waiting for a Dr. to come online than actually doing your eye exam. Cost the same as seeing a real Dr. in person in any other location.

Alex: I mostly just go to Sam's pharmacy on (EL Camino Alto.And they are literally just the most amazing most caring and helpful pharmacist's and technicians and techs and just 110 % all around service I love how they have taken time to actually get know me and just well everyrhing they do for me has blown me away .unlike all the other pharmacy that jjst dont say anything or wvsn say high at other places here at sams they are so sweet and caring ppl and they are well aware that some of my medication I really really worried about especially due to the medication shortage because I'm epileptic and my seizure meds are extremely important I mean majorly majorly important and they have just blown me out of the water by letting me know personally that I have nothing to ever worry about that they will always make sure that I am very well taken care of when it comes to any of my medications because they know that I'm trying xiety type of person when it comes to medications that keep me from going into grand mal seizures and they're just amazing amazing wonderful tight little pharmacy at Sam's Club on El Camino and hands down I give them infinite amount of Stars if there is a medication something confusing that came in or whatever they get right on it and they call me and let me know right awayand call me and they fix it and make me not to have that worry or anyting they are amazing amazing loving caring people actually care about their customers and patience is I would call

Lee S.: Scan and go gave me fits today. I would scan a couple items and then shop more. Every time I went to scan again I had to go through ads, open up scan and go before scanning. What happened to the app Sam's? Store seemed to be low on stock as well.

Rick Manweiler: Great service. I thought I had a gas leak after they worked on it and Nick did not try to pass blame or pawn it off! Turned out that there was no leak! Nick handled it like a pro. They also clean it up more than I expected also.

Mike Turner: Clear Creek Golf Carts has moved to 65 and CC in Ozark, and let me tell you this place is amazing. They now sell Kawasaki, Yamaha and a lot lot more. The sales people are friendly and the new show room looks great

Raymon Morehouse: I just had a Yamaha motorcycle recall serviced here and I guess I'm glad I don't get anyother services performed by this business. They were helpful in taking in my bike before the service date since I live 2 hours away and had to make an arranged trip. They were also pretty quick to get the recall serviced...I guess at a cost. When I dropped off the bike I asked if they performed these recalls before and was told they did many. Upon receiving the bike back, I asked if they took it for a spin to check everything and was told it was good. I got the bike home and went for a ride and noticed the right panel flapping in the wind (this panel houses the electricals). I investigated to find the screw sitting inside the panel; not loose, it was just sitting on a ledge. I went to inspect the rest of the bike just in case. In order to service the recall, the gas tank and air box have to come off. The gas tank was missing one of two bolts and the hinge bolt (so the gas tank can swing away) wasn't even threaded. It was in the hinge just loose. I got the tank off and noticed the airbox was super loose. It was missing both bolts that secure it to the bike, it was just being held by the boots. I eventually found one bolt down in the crankcase. The crankcase breather hose wasn't attached to the airbox. I know this hose a PITA and can tell it was enough for the dealer to not reinstall it. There was a terminal block just dangling in the electrical panel. I see the wires underneath the block pertained to the recall but I guess it was too much to rehang the terminal block after servicing? Otherwise, it does appear the recall was performed. That's a lot missed for a commonly performed recall.

Donald Clark: The guys in there are very helpful. Very nice place. Had the part I needed. Went to put the part on and had a issue figuring out what wire went where, mainly because someone worked on it before and not a professional and wires didn't match up. Called them and they were ready and willing to help me over the phone.

Beacon Student Housing: I've really enjoyed working with Tina over the years. Every summer we need two six-passenger golf carts for roughly six weeks. The summer is a busy time for Clear Creek but she's always been dedicated to helping us as best she can including networking with other locations to try to get us what we need whilst also helping her other customers. For example, there is a huge event happening August 11th - 15th which impacts the busiest day for which we also need golf carts. Even though her other client is a bigger client, she's not at all cast us aside. Instead, she has remained communicative and has tried to be flexible and persistent to take care of everyone's needs. E Wise: Great place to get certain bulk items such as waters and drinks. The scan and go is a nice touch. You can be in and out in no time. You do have to dodge the salesman in the electronics area nearly every time, which gets old.

Baily Miller: Ordered a deep freezer and it was delivered damaged, we contacted customer service and arranged to have another one delivered. Same thing damaged again but this time when we called customer service the agent told us we could get a refund but that they wouldn't replace it again and to shop somewhere else.

R C (Nordy Girl): It's a big box store. You pay with membership. If you don't like it you stop paying and go across town to Costco. Sam's is on my side of town.

David Peck: It's Sam's club. Seen one and you've seen them all. If you haven't seen one, well if you need large volumes of stuff we'll then you should try them out. The self checkout is getting large and this is like the worst store for those. Unless I have just a few things I avoid the self checkout, it's just not worth the risk.

I hate to pay for a membership and I get nothing in return.
