Andy Snyder: Terrible customer service! I have tried unsuccessfully to contact through Walmart platform for almost a week now. No answer on customer service number goes straight to a message telling you to email so they can not answer you there!
Nicks backyardprojects: This is not a real store, they have no inventory. They drop ship everything and act like it's not their problem when their drop shipper messes up. Terrible customer service. Messed up trying to save 10 bucks by ordering through them and definitely lost more than 10 bucks between my time and gas shipping them back,and I still don't have tires. Literally just paid 10 bucks for a headache.

Rhonda Thompson: I accidentally ordered the incorrect axles for my Gator. Leclarepowersports went WAY above what anyone could have expected of a business. They were supportive way beyond expectations and I ended up with the correct axles in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
BrownH2ORat: Something really fishy about this place, one address says Springfield Mo, nothing there, drove to the address, Ebay store says Doniphan Mo. other side of the state, not a motorcycle shop at that address, it's a dress shop, called and confirmed, Sent them an message via ebay got a return said everything is automated can't respond. Their Ebay ad says their a small town family owned motorcycle shop, in reality there a scammer
A M: Bought a clutch lever on ebay, Fedex delivered to wrong house and was unable to get it back, seller opened a claim with no description so claim was denied, I spent 3 weeks dealing with fedex and got claim overturned and refund from fedex was sent to seller. Now seller says claim is still denied, I sent him proof that it was reversed and refund was sent, Now seller wont respond and i have not gotten a refund.If you are in need of anything, I would stay away from this seller at all cost.

The bike was having exhaust work done and by the time I got it back to test fit and see that it didn't fit within the space I had, it was past the return period. Dale was super friendly and extremely responsive. We worked together to find a solution that worked and I am more than happy. Would buy from them again without hesitation.Thanks again, Dale.

W: seller lists plow mounts on ebay ok cool. make an offer is listed so i made an offer and got a counter offer for .75 less than listed price why even have make an offer if you wont be reasonable. ok fine made another offer they let it expire so one final try and all of a sudden all three were sold out i dont buy it that they sold three brackets in 3 days for a 15 year old machine. great business practice
Richard Clark: I think this may be an eBay Scam seller. Got multiple requests to pay again on an item iI tried to buy. There phone system doesn't work and has options for ebay purchase problems... but none of those phone options works. Can Not reach them. Map-quested their address and no business or business sign for LeClare Powersports in sight on street view...... Sure seems sketchy to me.

Phillip Webb: I have done business with Mike for many years now. I have bought, boots, scarves, vests, patches, belts, extenders, hats, shirts helmet's, and more. I have always received first-class service, found top-quality merchandise, and his prices are always unbeatable. I always stay longer than I have to because Mike, is so friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes into his store. I always see someone I know.
Philip Wilson: If you need it for a motorcycle he's definitely got it. He may have to find it lol, but he's definitely got it. The owner is amazing and a great guy.
Brent Mayberry: Love this place! Mike is the best. There is so much stuff for bikers here it would take days to look through it all. He'll even sew on patches for you if that is a service you need. Gregg worked with me mostly through email made the whole buying and selling process very easy. Drove down to Springfield the night before with a 1997 Honda Valkyrie that I was trading. When I got to the store I expected it to be time consuming like it is buying a car... to my pleasant surprise it was not at all like buying a car and was very easy. They let me test ride the bike as much as I wanted. Would definitely buy from Gene's Gallery again.

explore more: I paid 100 an hour for bs work. They didn't even correctly install the tube guard. Tire went flat the next day. I had time so I took everything apart. Trash over priced work. I called them about it to no avail. Will never return nor recommend

Don Shackleford: Can't stress enough how happy I am with their service department. Rescued me and my 15 Heritage off the road. Fast, efficient diagnosis and repair. Most important is their honesty. Great bunch of guys with their customers best interest at heart. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Clark H: I've visited a few times to buy parts and maintenance items. Each time I'm shocked by how much they price their parts over H-D MSRP. Small parts seem to be marked up as much as 2 to 6 times more than Harley-Davidson retail MSRP. Other dealers can sell their parts at MSRP, so these guys are just taking advantage. Can't walk to the parts counter without a salesman pestering me about buying a bike. I'll buy my parts online from now on and if I decide to buy a new bike, it will be from somewhere else.

Brian Hancock: Got a Street Glide Special I was wanting their service department to quote me to install aftermarket mufflers and a breather/intake as well. They said they don’t install parts that aren’t bought through them. We all know why they’re doing this - they want to be able to mark up the parts when you buy them and increase their profit. Problem is - by doing this, they lose potential long term customers. As a result of their greediness, I won’t consider them for any of my business in the future, which includes the next new Harley I buy.
