Mike Renteria: Didn't even check my oil level when they worked on my bike. Asked them to make sure it turned on and that's all and only what they did. Put a battery and charge me for maintenance, said they cleaned my gas tank, but didn't even change the gas filter and when I got my bike back it had no gas but guy said they put an additive to clean the carb , but it had no gas . And now the additive had come into the storie because the didn't take the tank off like he said they did . Makes wonder ,

Allen Hall: This is my latest update, you can read the first 3 below. It is now 1pm on friday and they have completed both spyders as promised. There was a little miscommunication in their service dept at the beginning but they got that straightened out.Mark the manager, took ownership of it which i was happy to see. Steven worked til 10:30 pm one night to get us back on track. Ricky Lynn took time to go search for and find my lost wallet, thank you so much.All in all we are very happy with the outcome and if need be, we will make the 1000 mile round again for service or new purchases.Thanks to the entire staff including the techs who was very through.1st review.I made an appt months with the service department to bring both my Spyders in for work with the agreement that when we dropped them off Friday morning they would atleast put them on the computer to get an idea of what the issues are.Well it now Tuesday and they haven't got to them yet. It's a 1000 mile round trip for us to bring them here. Plus hotel bill while waiting.Update, an hour after the above review I recieved a call from Steve in service (after hours) he was staying to put both machines on the computer. At 8:30 pm he called me back with the info he had found. KUDDOS to Steve for working late and understanding the spot we were in being so far away from home.I'll update as it goes along.UPDATE: OK, it's Wednesday morning, just leaving the dealership, after speaking with Steve and Mark the manager, all is straightened out. We feel much better now that they are going to be able to complete our service and not have to make another 1000 mile trip.For years we've always had good experiences with Pittbull Powersports. I will continue to update.I want to give a shout out to the honest employees at the Springfield store, they recovered my lost wallet today.

Rjwc exhaust, custom rvs tune. Still won't pull a wheelie in high.

Robin Hubbard: If you like being ignored, this the place for you. I called to make a service appointment for my Spyder on January 20th and again on the 24th. I talked to a man each time who told me that Sarah needed to set the appointment and he would have her call me. I called again on January 26th and talked to Sarah. She told me the man she needed to talk to about my repair was tied up, and she would call me back in “a few minutes”. I have never received a call back from any of the 3 calls I made to them. There are other places to take your business.

David Sirois: I can't recommend their machine shop services. I took a 4 cylinder block in with 4 pistons and specified that the cylinder to piston clearance needed to be .002, but they bored all 4 cylinders to one piston and I have clearances that vary from .002 to .0035 and as a result I am putting together a top end that is already half worn out ( service limit is .004). Never should have happened. When the counter person tried to measure the pistons at the ring lands rather than the skirt I knew that I was screwed. Thirty six years of working on motorcycle engines and I have not seen worse.
Dylan Plott: Ordered a part from them and they said the would have it in Tuesday so I called Tuesday and got met with rude service long story cut short they didn't have my part and not only that just order it and would get it for a couple more days then who knows how long they will hold it after that trying to "match up parts" it's not that hard a child could do it don't order your parts from them unless you have less capability than a childService:Delivery

Al Romero: I took my bike in for an oil change and new tires. I was billed for both of these things. Tires were installed, but the oil was not changed. Or at least I suspect so. The filter that was on the bike when I took it in, remained. But the biggest fail of all is that the axel nut on the front fork WAS NOT re installed. Creating a potentially fatal situation. Cannot recommend.

Gregg worked with me mostly through email made the whole buying and selling process very easy. Drove down to Springfield the night before with a 1997 Honda Valkyrie that I was trading. When I got to the store I expected it to be time consuming like it is buying a car... to my pleasant surprise it was not at all like buying a car and was very easy. They let me test ride the bike as much as I wanted. Would definitely buy from Gene's Gallery again.

explore more: I paid 100 an hour for bs work. They didn't even correctly install the tube guard. Tire went flat the next day. I had time so I took everything apart. Trash over priced work. I called them about it to no avail. Will never return nor recommend

Randall Kessinger: I just bought a CBR 1000 and the people at Honda the Ozarks were awesome the salesman Nick Davis was especially cool definitely low pressure and I recommend anybody to get a bike there they were able to answer all the questions and didn't put no pressure on me to buy and the finance department went above and beyond to meet my expectations and they did not try to sell me anything like other places do that I didn't need. I am so happy with my bike I would like to just give a thank you to everybody at Honda of the Ozarks and if you are thinking about buying a bike or anything in the powersports department that is definitely the place to do it.
