samantha dwyer: Over all great experience with Nixa monuments. Very easy process when ordering my Dads stone. Large selection to choose from as far as placing on the stone. Was told it would take 8 months to a year before it would be set and I got a call today that it was already set at the cemetery! It was a great surprise because it’s been 7 months. The stone is beautiful and I’m so happy we went you guys! Thanks for making it a great experience!

Madeline Tate: I have been waiting on a head stone for a year and a half!!! Yes the product did take a while to be received but the lack of communication and organization of this place is the reason for poor service. I would call for updates on the progress of my stone and they would just throw out a response to get me off the phone. I went in their location and took the time to design the stone. Then followed up several weeks later to see where they were at on it just to find myself re-hashing the design details because they had no idea what was supposed to be on the stone. Yesterday I called after yet again several more weeks to see the progress and Jesse stated they still hadn't started my stone and would likely be a few more weeks because of the lack of help.(I get it!)Then I got a call this morning stating they were going to be delivering and setting the stone because it was done?! THEN I get a call right back saying sorry we don't have the base for the stone so we cant deliver and set it we will have to order it and wait for it to come in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!
Chris Robb: I enjoyed working with Laura. She was helpful and I thought they did a great job with the stone. It arrived later than expected, however given the supply chain issues due to COVID, this was understandable. Communication regarding the delays could have been better, but in the end I'm just happy it finally arrived. For this, I would give Laura and the people who did the stone 5 stars.Billing was a different matter. It wasn't until several months after the stone was set that I got my first invoice for the remaining amount. About 45 days later, I was notified that the balance was still due, which I was surprised to learn. I relayed this to Laura and told her I would review my bank / credit card statements to see what happened. I thought I had taken care of it, but after checking my statements I realized a payment was never processed. Not sure why. Either way, I tried to contact them, again, to arrange a payment over the phone, but kept getting a busy signal. 15 days later, I get an email from Jesse stating if a payment is not received by end-of-month (the email was sent on the last day of the month, so today???), that the stone would be removed. No further details provided. Less than 60 days from getting my first and only invoice, and just over 2 weeks removed from my last conversation with Laura, where I indicated I thought this was paid. Very disappointed and upset by this interaction. I feel this could have been handled better. Providing payment as quickly as possible was my intent. Due to a mix-up or a communication disconnect, it appears the payment was not applied as quickly as we both desired. Wish Jesse would have reached out to understand what was going on before making such a threat. No stars for Jesse.
