B.D FPV: After trying to call the store 10 to 15 times during the week and getting no answer at all. I made an online appointment because I had an open support case with Google for my phone that is under warranty. I get there for my appointment and I was turned away and they would not even look at the case number. There was specific notes in the case about my problem and that the case was turned in before the screen crack and the screen crack was noted in the support case # they wouldn't look at. Extremely upsetting. Just seems like they didn't want to help. Told me just to claim the insurance and get a new phone

Tesla Rayfield: I took my sons phone in there today bc he had dropped it and shattered screen a few months ago. It still worked but lines were starting to get worse. They were able to fix it right away finished it within the 2hrs they had promised and now my sons phone looks brand new cant even tell it was ever shattered! Also they had the best prices in town. I had been to over 4 places and they all quoted me over $110. We will be using them for all electronic repairs that we may need in the future 😀 also the staff was absolutely amazing and super kind to myself and my 2 boys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing anything electronic fixed. Thank you to everyone who works there keep up the great work and customer service 😊

Tina: Crazy. I made an appointment this morning, to bring my phone in between 4-5. Set my evening aside for this, only to be told "we prioritize insurance claims." Well, this is an insurance claim. But he said to return tomorrow... So what the hell was the point of scheduling an appointment? He said "it just tells us someone's coming in." Haw?!? Even though you accept walk-ins, you still need to know if someone's coming in??Update:I learned that guy's name is Adrian & he's a salesman from Arkansas & that he will turn away insurance claimants because it doesn't generate commission for him.I also had a much better experience with the staff the next day & even though I had to take unplanned time off work to get my phone fixed, on account of Adrian, it was done quickly & professionally! I was so relieved to finally get my phone fixed. 🤳

Cole Rains: First off, dont make an appointment online because they stick to those 0% of the time! Secondly, dont step to the side of the room to wait your turn because they will let anyone and everyone else that walks in the door cut in line in front of you! I thought it was first come first serve but that wasnt the case at all! Thirdly, super expensive! We needed my sons 2 xbox's fixed, hdmi plug on one and overheating possible new fan on the other. It was gonna cost more to have them fix 1 of them, either one, than to go to gamestop and just get a refurbished one plus gamestop will trade them in for credit so the refurbished ones are even cheaper! Bad business and terrible business plan! I run a barbershop and will make sure that everyone knows how bad this place is!

Ellis Raymond: I was trying to have the screen replaced on a Moto g power (2021) with insurance thru Google, the first gentleman I talked to was really polite and said it would take around 5 - 7 days to get the parts in, after 10 days I texted & called without a reply so I went to the store around 12:30 in the afternoon...the woman I spoke to was really nice, printed out my receipt & took my phone telling me they shut down from 2 - 3 for lunch so it'd be after 3 before it would be fixed & asked me for an alternate number to call if they got it done before 3pm which I gave her, around 3:30pm nobody had called me so again went to the store where the man after looking around and checking his computer several times informed me they couldn't fix it & acted like it was common knowledge the Motorola phones had to be shipped back to the manufacturer, in summary...if you wanna give em a try...maybe you'll have better luck...the people I spoke with were very pleasant..or at least tolerable which is the only reason I didn't go with a 1⭐...personally I'm never going to do business with them again unless I utterly have to...& I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone...

Apparently the website allows you to book time slots that they won't work with so you'll book your slot and drive 2 hours only to be turned away. Also, don't bother calling to confirm on the morning of because it's probable they will confirm your appointment but you won't be serviced due to time (I scheduled 2 hours prior to their closing time). Staff was friendly but scheduling/inability to complete service as requested and confirmed was extremely frustrating.

Jared Belt: I woke up this morning to something that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemies, a phone that would not turn on. Like anybody would, I panicked and went straight to my phone carrier. I was informed that my phone battery may have died and that I should stop by Batteries Plus to have them check the battery. As soon as I arrived, Tim was very quick to ask what I needed and when I explained the situation, he did not hesitate to start to fix my problem. He was very helpful and informative of what the problem was with my phone, and helped get it back running better than it was brand new! The best part? I know have a better functioning phone and it only took him 10 minutes! Tim has excellent service abilities and I will definitely be returning for any other issues that I may run into!

Carl Phillips: Do not take your cell phone to this location if you want it done on time and correctly the first time. Also, they damaged another component of my phone and then replaced that component with an aftermarket part. Then I found out later that my speaker wasn't working either, which I took to get fixed somewhere else because I no longer trust them with my phone. Bottom line, they advertise and price services at a premium then do not deliver on that promise. When asked for a concession on my wasted time for an additional trip back to the store (because my phone was not repaired correctly the first time) they weren't willing to do anything.

Yet, when I got my phone back my speaker on the screen was no longer working. I didn't have time that day to come back and get it fixed, but I came back the next day I came back. He fixed my daughter's iPhone 12 mini after she dropped it a good 50 feet and shattered it. It wasn't cheap to fix it but cheaper than buying a new phone. When she started having service issues a few months later we took it back and he fixed it for free since it hadn't been long. We won't go any place else from now on. CPR+ can't touch this guy!

Sara Stokes: Took in an iPhone 11 with a cracked screen. Phone was still working properly. They replaced the screen for over $200 and then the SIM card tray was damaged. Charged me another $100 to replace the part they tore up and then they messed up the power button and tried to charge me $100 for that. I had Verizon look at thephone and they said they had done such a terrible job replacing the screen that they couldn’t work on it any further. So I’m out hundreds of dollars and the device still does not work. The pictures show the missing seals and screws.

Greg Kerr: Horrible customer service, employees would rather be on the phone with their friends rather than help customers. We got a screen protector there that the guy put on and it had bubbles all in the screen because he was too focused on the conversation with his friend he was talking to on the phone. I went to complain and they didn’t care at all. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Go to another cell phone repair spot for repairs and accessories. You can get most of their cases on Amazon for half the price too.

Blake Ramsey: I have come here multiple times needing repairs that I really didn't want to pay Apple's fee for. I have finally come to regret it. I broke my IPhone X screen and got it repaired here, only to find out that the screen they replaced it with wasn't OLED!!! I was never told that they would be replacing it with an LCD screen and what made it even worse is that the face i.d. doesn't even work. Apparently quality isn't a priority here since it probably cuts into their margins. I would highly suggest you avoid this place.

The screen I had previous to this (which was the original screen) lasted for a year through many drops and mishandling without cracking, yet this screen cracked after 2 weeks without any mishandling.

Anthony Slagle: Talked to a guy on the phone that told me that they do sell refurbished phones and had at least a few that would be compatible with metro by t mobile. so I went in made several laps around their case in the 15 min that I stood around waiting to be helped, and I didn't see anything that looked like it would be compatible and their prices on the few phone they did have were outrageous. I went back to metro and paid full price for a new phone, under warranty, with insurance.
