abby lassiter: I lived in this park once before for 5 years from 2010-2015, actually the longest I've ever lived anywhere and I always used to call it the "Beverly Hills" of trailer parks, the pool was open all summer, laundry facilities and were available 24hrs, even the bathroom and soda machine across from the pool were usually working. Rent was $255/month and the water and sewer were included. I think the rent did go up $5 in 2015 but never had any issues or a single discrepancy w management. It was a nice place with a pleasant community atmosphere.I used to like it so much, that when I moved back to springfield this last summer I bought a 5th wheel and rented a lot here rather than rent a house or apartment. And it been a big disappointment. I can't think of one thing here that has improved in the last 5 years, the whole place went downhill, big-time. Except for the rent, that's went up over 20% to $312 now (my lot is maybe 1/2 the size of my old lot 2 doors one), plus you can no longer pay by cash, check, or money order. You have one option: to pay IN FULL through their cash register of a website, which charges you an extra $11-12 every month now as a "convenience" fee (I guess they mean their convenience). Plus your water and sewer bill gets tacked on there too. The water is so terrible I use an in-line filter with a filter on the tap too. When it rains the sewer clean-outs flood and back up, such as the one that's left a big puddle of sewage behind my house. And this is the park's system, not city utilities. So you don't actually get a bill, usage amounts, or meter readings. There's just an extra $20-30 variable, separate from your rent that you have to pay at the same time you pay rent because you have to pay in full...? And don't hesitate or dare to question any of it, just cough up the cash quick or you'll be late paying your rent which is gonna cost ya some more- sucker! ( I was a week late once and I think that was about $60 fee).I could go on, but long-story-short, less amenities, less convenience, more hassle + lots of auto-text memos, more money. This company will nickel and dime you to death but it doesn't seem to be spent on any kind of improvements. I haven't even been here a year yet, and I want to move out ASAP.

Steve Scott: RV lots in the back of a mobile home park. Spaces are peat gravel and pretty level. Not overly abundant space left to right, just enough width to set up comfortably. WiFi is adequate and will support two devices for email and internet. Doesn’t support livestream. I recommend the park as a good place to make a home base for exploring the areaStaff is friendly, helpful and outgoing. Office closes at 4:00 pm weekdays and all weekend. Didn’t need after hours support so can’t speak to that. I feel they would be there if needed.

NO MA'AM No name: I can not give enough stars for the experience we have had from the beginning of the first phone call. Mrs Mary is courteous, kind, always efficient, and helpful. When you meet her in person, it's the same helpful, kind person that you talked with on the phone. She made sure that our RV experience was better than we expected, so much that we decided to rent here. That's when we met Mr Robert. He went above and beyond to help us get into a place, quickly and efficiently. He stayed in contact through the whole process. I had a few areas in the house that needed attention, and he and Mrs. Mary are making sure those are getting taken care of. He was very patient with our questions and having my children around. The community is wonderful. We have made several new friends, and it is safe here. Everyone watches out for each other.

I've "survived" several management changes, and honestly, life DOES go on. Our current management team is responsive, friendly and helpful. I've seen them encouraging greater community involvement from us as residents and view this as a plus! And.........where else can you live that you can WALK to your local WalMart? (In A BIG shopping center directly south of the park and yes, within walking distance!) I'm looking forward to many more years here.

Jenn Gomez: Not worth your time. Called, left voicemails and texted for days and the manager finally got back to me by text message, saying she would call me back, but never did. No sense of customer service or respect for others time. The say they were the lowest monthly rate in town, but had the highest move in costs at $900, 300 first month, 300 deposit and 300 electric deposit. Lots did not look well kept and the area did not seem safe. I would not feel comfortable bringing kids here or walking around in the evening. Big thumbs down from me.

Shayla Howard: We lived here for 3 years and the security is great, regular background checks of new tenants, close to shopping, a bus line, the police are always on patrol in near by area, fire department is always fast, storms go around the area , lots of shade, nice neighbors that look out for each other, and cost effective living. I would highly recommend. Take some bad reviews with a grain of salt because many got kicked out for not being reliable, and they post the worst reviews. The owner watches things and the park has cameras and an in sight well maintained full service Laundry mat as well.

During my short stay they were very helpful, flexible, and extremely reasonable. Property seemed well maintained and safe with kids out playing as well as mostly friendly neighbors. I am incredibly thankful to the owners that I dealt directly with in being incredibly easy to deal with. I was treated fairly and professionally. The property manager was more than helpful and offered great orientation and information. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

Nathan Geering: If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I rented a spot to store my RV and a motorcycle for a year. I paid my rent in full and on time every month. I took my RV off the property to perform maintenance on it and when I came back, my motorcycle was gone and the owner had rented my spot out to someone else! He said I abandoned my site. He claims he has no idea what happened to my motorcycle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody! The guy who runs it, Bill, is an a**hole! He seems very nice and friendly when you first meet him. Beware!

Overall we enjoy living here.

Aaron: I live here in my RV monthly, just finished my first month. The owner is a great guy who maintains the property well. He's out there mowing almost daily. There is a dumpster on site for residents to use. Pets are allowed. Water/sewer hook ups. Electricity and rent are a fair deal. Mailboxs are provided, and fedx will deliver to your door.It's a mix of a mobile home / rv park /rv storage. Peaceful place, no drama so far, would recommend highly.
