Clayton Homes: what do users think?
Crystal Herman: We were looking to purchase a mobile home to put on land we bought for a rental. The salesman treated us like we were dirt poor and was extremely rude. We recently received an inheritance and could have bought any trailer on the lot for cash! They will not be getting our business because of the way the salesman treated us! We went across the street to Elite Homes and were treated very well. Go see Doc at Elite Homes. Their prices are far better and so is their service!
Ranae Harmon: I had a great experience buying my home. Pat was great to work with. And they came back in a timely manner to fix drywall cracks and things. However, I have been waiting almost 2 years to get them to come back for other things that have gone wrong. I'm supposed to have a 5 year warranty on these things but I guess they don't care once they get your money. I'm very disappointed in them. Here is pics of thing that need fixed. We have big cracks between the ceiling and cabinets. Most of the grout has came out of the bottom of our shower. The drawers in the kitchen are junk. I have called and sent pic's and can't get them to do anything about it. Roger Patterson is the one we can't get to help us. I would not recommend them because of this!
Malissa Mello: We went yesterday to look at homes and there were about only 6 at best unlocked. One of the nice things about Clayton homes, is that they are not pushy, nor do they try to include themselves in hour experience. Sometimes folks wanna look at things without having someone looking over there shoulder, listening or inputing there opinions in your potential new home conversation. That is what made our visit so sad, we were unable to see into the majority of the homes. Safety we get, sure. Still would have been nice. We will go back!
Julie McQueen: Beautiful homes. But who can afford them?
dianne garcia: Great prices and awesome sales people!
Sultan Zahirsha: Great sales personPat, but he couldn't help because of our unique requirements.
Ty Kensinger: Buying a house is great here
Trever Flick: Drew is a nightmare to deal with. Cant wait for dealings with the kid to be over.
Teresa Matthews: Great help in our home search. Chris was our salesman and went beyond to help us with the ins and outs. Nice homes!
Triple A Entertainment: Hope you don’t have to deal with Drew! What a tool! Totally disrespectful! Aggressive and argumentative!
Bill Luginbill: Salesman was very vague
Raina Sheppeck: Beautiful home. It feels very well built
Lee Nations: They couldn't help us but their service was good and they're honesty was fantastic.
Carmic Crocodile: They have slot of beautiful homes but the prices are ridiculous.
LuLu Graves: Beautiful homes loved the lulamae want it or a beautiful farm style home like it one day for my family
Scott Estes: Look down on us common folks , follow you like you are going to steal something
RUNNING TURKEY: I cannot express the fantastic experience as we blindly and unknowingly indulged into finding our perfect home. Time was of essence, and Terisa Stevens went far and beyond her duties as a sales rep. She stayed over, including on holiday and even came in to be there for our closing and final walk through, putting herself aside. To stress the impact Terisa made on our choice and life, no words can explain. Thanks to this wonderful lady, we found our dream home and she helped make that dream come true. She deserves a raise and recognition beyond compare!
Shannon Wheatley: Professional... Is all that can be said... Need a manufacturer's home this is where you go..😇😇😇
Code Enforcement State of Missouri Region D: After looking into a mobile home sold by clayton homes .The tew home had multiple problemsLeaking roof and multiple Electrical problems .I referred the home owner to a local Electric contractor in Nixa that would not over charge them and that would do a good job .
ronda mcfaul: Trailers aren't what they used to b. They were gorgeous inside. For the money I'd rather have a modular. A couple of the ones out front were 165,000 and up.
Lisa Mcginnis: Pat was awesome he did a wonderful job getting our trailer these r a few pics of land and trailer pat bilyeu went the extra mile to make sure we had are trailer ready with in are time line thanks so much

Elite Homes Center: what do users think?
Kiara Eaton: I asked about pricing on some of their models and I got a sarcastic and quite frankly rude response from whoever answered the phone. I was asking for a low budget friend and I'm so glad that I called for them so that they didn't have to hear someone say their budget would get them "a closet" and nothing else. A simple "Unfortunately we don't carry that price range." would have sufficed. Based on a 30 second conversation, I will not be referring any business their way.
Johnny White: Looking to purchase a mobile home this is were I would go they very helpful and was willing to change the house to what we wanted
Ty Kensinger: 👍 homes
Floydean Carroll: They were extremely helpful! They really listened to what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to look at the homes they wanted to sell us!
Daniel Adkins: Very friendly extremely informative beautiful trailers top of the line products in manufactured homes.
Bill Smith: Love the staff great friendly people willing to help in any way possible to help you get your new home
Rhonda Hoover: Roger is great! Knowledgable, friendly, helpful... our plans are 2 years out but he answers questions, provides info and guidance and most of all patience! The homes are well built and beautiful, so many choices and options there's something to fit everyone's needs or desires. Roger has been a joy to work with and we look forward to working with him all the way through.
Shannon Wheatley: Professional in all aspects!
Brian Berger: Walked into the office and the Salesman was talking with someone in his office. His office door was open and both my wife and I mad eye contact with the Salesman several times. He never greeted us nor said he would be with us in a minute. He never said a word to us. We were there for 15 minutes before we walked out.
Kelly Verge: Really nice homes!!
Beverly States: Beautiful homes
Amber Hopkins: My mom had the worst experience. Over a year since ordered home. still displaced more delays ,more excuses. Not what she ordered but no one willing to fix it.
Laura Hailey (Reviews4you): Informative visit only. Didn't really have what i was looking for, they aren't fully put together and many rooms were used for storage of staging materials. Homes sell better if they are staged I do believe.
Calvin Parks: You will like them
Bill Loescher: We wanted to look at a couple of homed since we will be possibly purchasing and we're ignored.
curtis smith: My fiancé and me stopped in on 4/3/2019 to look at there selection l, they didn’t have anything that caught our eye but Mark the salesman showed us some floor plans from Champion and we found a couple we liked so he was to call Champion and get some pricing for us... now a week later we haven’t heard from them so we reach out to Mark the salesman and he completely dropped the ball, not only did he fail to call Champion he acted liked he didn’t remember us stopping in and commenced to trying to sell us something off the lot which does not fit what we neef
Nancy Long: Very rude safari hunter salesman..we will never recommend them. Just wanted us to go to his lot in a different town. He was extremely rude..He kept telling us NOT to shop at Clayton down the road, well guess what, we purchased our perfect home there with the best salesmen ever ♡
James Okeefe: We are the modular installation crew. Trinity 1 construction check us out on Facebook!
Marilyn Nance: Less than courteous......won't go back.
Charlie Duggan: They’ll take your money and when they finally deliver after screwing around for a few months it’ll be all messed up because of the sorry contractors they use. THEN you have to hire a lawyer to get them to even think about making it right which still hasn’t happened. Stay away from these people and spend your money elsewhere!!!!
Jerry Stover: salesmen and staff seem really nice but don't put much faith in what they say. My parents purchased a home from them in august and was assured they could move in by halloween . they didn't even deliver it until the 21st of November . The set up crew only shows up part of the time and dont get much accomplished when they show up. Its now dec. 6th and the siding ,sheetrock and trim is still not finished. I hope they like the home if they ever get to move in.

Three Stone Homes: what do users think?
Stan Johnson: Well kind of a long review, far as Dan and the finish crew, 5 stars all around, as far as new castle and 3 stone 1star, our experience with both was, well, less than desired, communicating with either was horrible, when you do make contact, it's always ill get back with you, and you always have to call them back, stories always change, there was certain things we ordered that never got on the order, attic fan was talked about 6 times didn't get on the order, but the house mysteriously got wired for one, ordered soft close cabinets, never got on the order, ordered 36" doors through out, for some reason the stairwell door is a 32", well this caused issues with the framing of the basement, the plans actually showed a 36" stairwell, so that's what my contractor built, but when the house was set they blamed the contractor for making the stairwell too wide. They set the house Nov 1st, they still haven't completed all the repairs that was noted on the walk through, once they get your check, they're done with you. I would never recommend new castle or three stone homes to anybody, wouldn't put them through the mess we went through.
Sherri Smitley: Jeff Warren has been extremely helpful in getting my home completed from contract signing to move in. I want to thank everyone that made my experience as pleasant as possible.Allison worked for me on the home site completion along with Valerie, Jonah and Josh. Trey made sure the contractors were onsite and timely in completion of their work. I was on a tight schedule to get moved and absolutely appreciate all the efforts the team made. I'm sure I've left off other important team members but want everyone to know how much I appreciate them!
Frankie Cash: Amazing beautiful places and the people are amazing
Lauren McKinzie: I was in with my family a couple months ago. We had two wild toddlers and a baby. We are not completely ready to buy yet, but Randy was so patient and kind that we will definitely be returning when the time comes!
Randall Watkins: Three Stone Homes did a terrific job of getting us in our new home, we love it! A big thanks to Ron our sales person, Allison, our customer care specialist, she was always so nice and helpful, and answered all of our questions we had. We can't say enough about the job the finishing crew did! Dan, Waldo, Ado, and Izaiah did an awesome job of getting our house ready to move in to! Robert and his crew did a great job on our dirt work and septic system. We would highly recommend Three Stone Homes to anyone looking for a great home at a great price!!Thank you all very much!!Randy and Frederica Watkins
Brad Harvill: Working with Three Stones Homes has been a good experience for us. They have taken care of any problems that have come up. The staff has been great to work with. Alison has done a great job answering our questions and getting information. Randy was great to help us find the home that fit what we wanted and helping us figure out what options to go with.We lived in a mobile home for many years and hated storm season. We have been through several this year and it is such a blessing to not feel our house moving in the wind. These homes are built solidly. These homes might be a bit more than their competitors, but they are worth the money in the long run. They look and feel just like a stick built home. The thing the I love the most is the 2x6 walls and that we were able to get 9 foot ceilings for less money than if we had went with a general contractor. We opted with a Commodore modular home, and we built it above a full basement. We liked Commodore because we had many customization options. In a way, we were our own general contractor and the liaison between Three Stone Homes and our concrete crews. We would suggest asking every question, and checking and double-checking all the basement wall heights, etc. Ours turned out to be too short and no one at Three Stone Home caught the problem until a week before our home was to be set. So, we had to have Three Stone Homes build a 16" pony wall to get the additional height we needed for our basement ceilings. Our set crew was really great. There were many things we appreciated about these guys: they did such a great job on the set itself, the exterior, and the interior finish work. Jerry was able to answer so many questions, help sort out the confusion and frustration about the last-minute short wall build, and help us navigate the set-up process and time-frame. We specifically appreciated how Jerry and Josh kindly answered our kids' questions during the set and communicated with us about the set itself. This entire crew was excellent: very respectful and hard-working, but never too busy to answer our MANY questions and visit with our excited kids! Thank you!Sara's finish crew was equally amazing. Sara, Tim, and Justin were so helpful - they patiently answered lots of questions, finished the interior of our home with excellence and precision, and were very gracious to our children. Sara was a great resource for so much helpful information and took care of all the concerns we had about interior finish work and beyond.Overall, we are very pleased with our Three Stone home and the experience we've had throughout the entire process. We appreciate Randy's help - he patiently answered all our questions and explained the process. Alison has done the same for us throughout the entire process and is still helping us with any follow-up questions we have. The set crew and interior finish crew were amazing! Commodore is an excellent option. Three Stone Homes helped us build a new and wonderful home on our family farm, and we strongly recommend their services.
Mike Woodruff: Three Stone Homes has a five star rating!!!!!!We are very pleased with our saleman Ron - he was the greatest.Kept us informed every step of the way along with the rest of the staff. They met all of our expectations. We now have a beautiful home.I would like to thank them again for making our dreams come true.We recommend Three Stone Homes if you are wanting the best...they will treat you like royalty.Ron Allison Steve Mark and the rest of the staff!Mike and Mary Jo Woodruff
Tyler Loftis: Three Stone Homes has a very friendly sales staff. They have many different types of homes. They have a house for just about anyone looking to buy a new home.
ed Pie: Lots of nice homes, being in them actually felt like home.
JoniLyn Rainwater: Very friendly and helpful service...Great homes!
Leslie Irby: The employees who work for this company are the best. They go above and beyond to help me out with any problem I have. I would recommend Three Stone Homes and their great staff to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
mg g: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO COMMUNICATION AND WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. ONCE THE HOME IS SET THEY WILL KEEP PUSHING THE FINISH DATE OUT. IT IS NOTHING TO THEM THEY ARE GETTING THEIR MONEY WHILE KEEPING FAMILIES STUCK OUT OF THEIR NEW HOME. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS WOULD NEVER EVER RECCOMEND BUYING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE 6-8 MONTHS AFTER THEY DELIVER YOUR HOME TO BE HOMELESS.
LuAnn Wagner: Awesome service. Got home before scheduled during COVID! Randy always had answers, and Gary was always doing over and beyond with Inspection/touchups. The whole team works together great. Got help on " how to" build a garage...added to our home!!!
Keith Brilhart: They have houses from several manufacturers, plenty of models to see, and options for customization.
MARK PARTIN: Thanks Josh!
Josh Dickens: I've worked here over 5 years now and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. Great family to work with/for
Lori Tynan: They don't allow Service, Emotional support or therapy animals . I would not recommend
Tester Kats: Nice homes
Barry Slayden: Great experience. Great crew
Kris Yorke: We purchased a modular home from Three Stone and have been in it about 8 weeks now.The entire process did take a bit longer than originally expected (there were factory delays, trucking delays, crew shortages, bad weather and the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays thrown in there). At times obtaining updates did feel like we needed to "reach out" for information that we would have expected to be "pushed" to us; however, everyone was very courteous and professional- especially Allison who was a huge and helpful resource for fielding our questions, calls and emails.Ty Kaisler managed the foundation and site work- his team did an excellent job and were a pleasure to interact with.Once the house arrived to be set on the foundation everything went very smoothly- even though we had some extreme wind that day.Sarah ran the finish crew who had things wrapped up pretty quickly so they could turn the house over to us. Dan did the final walk through with us and while we found a few minor issues (areas that needed a bit of paint, a broken blind, a stuck window) those were corrected right away. As Dan was walking through with us he even saw a couple of things we hadn't noticed which he corrected. A really great crew of folks that were hard workers and seemed to genuinely care that we were satisfied with their work.We had a lot of rain while the crew was finishing up, they were all very careful not to track mud in and cleaned up behind themselves well.Since taking possession we found a couple of very minor issues (which we noted for warranty work- our location is a significant drive so we'll wait and have any minor issues corrected all at once.) We also had a small roof leak which we reported right away - they dispatched a repair crew the next business day (no immediate bad weather was predicted) to handle that.Overall we are very pleased with our new home and the service Three Stone has provided and would recommend them.

Pitts Homes Inc: what do users think?
C A: Yes! Nice people! But do not be fooled! They are salesman. They want your money/sell. I bought a home from Pitts in Strafford mo and it was the worst Experience of my life and I still regret it. There was a time I promised myself I would not be a troll and post a bad review. However, I’m Reminded almost daily of my bad decision. I’ve lived in this home since end of May beginning of April 2021. We were lied to on several occasions. First and foremost, we were homeless. We were promised our home would be delivered and lived in way before may 2021 (we started the process at the end of September 2020). Also, we were told that repair parts were universal, that most items are the same that’s in a traditional house. I should have known better, but I let someone, I thought was a professional, and convince me of his truth (or lie in my eyes). These small Items could never measure the overall horrible experience (these are just a Couple of Examples out of let’s say 100). I spoke to the owner himself and I know he’ll respond to this and kind, “so sorry your unhappy” “ what can we do to make the next persons experience better“…It’s all BS. I’ve basically lost $200,000 on a horrible investment and I will not rest until this Company (who’s corporate office is located in Heritage Missouri) Loses $200,000 worth of profit. Every chance I get, I tell my friends and family never to use this company. I’m dedicated. Owner, don’t bother. You did my family wrong and justice will prevail.
LuLu Graves: Beautiful homes I want one for my family one day
Anita Fiedler: The guy was very cool. Homes were beautiful. The one I loved I'd have to win the lottery for it. I'd be so dang happy with it.
Leospride89 Leospridegaming: Great people
Ed Sohn: Just did a lot drive through... Was looking for a smaller home instead of a double wide..
Shari Hoffman: Very friendly staff. Lots to choose from.
Ronald Jones: I cant give them enough stars honestly. Excellent service, they worked with me on price they made sure I got the home without having to jump through hoops. No hidden fees either, they were upfront and accurate on all costs, as well as honest about what they would and would not do. Fantastic company and I look forward to my new place.
Kristine Novak: No call backs
Mule Nettell: Contacted them but didnt buy from them
Sara Breunig: Great place! Purchase our 1st home from and they were super helpful through the entire process!
Calvin Parks: Cool place
Nicole Hyatt: Great selection of homes, great, helpful staff. I love our home!
