SD Franklin: The drivers have been told repeatedly that it is 10 miles an hour in Sunset Estates Mobile Home Park and they continue to speed through here. The drivers want to get belligerent when told to slow down. There will be a notice to the residents that if they have to use your business then they will need to be picked up and dropped off outside of the park. I have tried contacting your office several times on the phone number on the back window of the cars and the calls go unanswered. Tonight 4/16/23 was car number 21, white male, short hair and glasses.

Candace McSheffrey: I called for a cab and couldn't understand a word the gentleman said and he confirmed the information on the call with me even spelling my address out, then we hung up. He sent a text to confirm my address and it was completely wrong, so I spelled it again through text message. This is what he responded with, "I'm sorry I don't have time to pick you up, it's far from me please call another company"Just saying, I live in Springfield it's not like I live in another county or something like that. Just figured I'd share my experience.

Sonja Birdsong: My driver Dave gave me a horrible experience. He first went 75mph in a 35, after picking me up 40 minutes late. He claims we have a 15 minute grace time. After making it to where I needed to be, and ready to be picked up, I was told that it would be 30-45 mins. It took 2 hours for him to pick me up to go home. Dave said his boss would not care about this complaint. His boss is great! I am the client from sparta

Virginia Still: I Just wanted to say that if you have to go anywhere and for whatever reason can't drive yourself, use Red Taxi of Springfield, Mo. You can sit back and relax while being driven to your destination and back..all the while enjoying good conversation. I rode with Kat for the first time yesterday and what a pleasant surprise that was. She is kind, courteous and goes above and beyond her job requires, I am sure. I will definitely be calling them again!
