David H.: Poor Communication, sales members did not get back to us with a quote on 3 separate occasions over the course of a year.The one time we were satisfied we dealt with a one “Art”. He was diligent in all aspects and went above and beyond. Can not say the same for anyone else.

Each job was as ordered, and production was as expected (only one of the 4 jobs was behind schedule - a miscommunication). Even though a job was behind once we got the communication straight, it was done (complete) within the week. Great quality of workmanship. I highly recommend dealing with Art or Jim in their sales team!
David Diebel: This is the best place I've ever worked, it's like any place you work there's good and bad,but with a positive attitude you choose to see more good than bad.Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional, and yes we sometimes make mistakes with material but we always try and make it right. I love helping the customer get what they came for. Wiley, Jim ,David and Johnny are top notch and i'll work here till I retire or the Lord takes me home.

Daten Boswell: I’m a knife maker and i first found them on amazon, so glad i did. the steel i get from them is always excellent quality. I ordered the same steel from another seller, it was warped terrible. Every time i buy from RMP im very happy with the product.
David Pierce: Had my wife's 1968 Camaro subframe and suspension components powder coated. Wow! Been to a lot of powder coating places in Springfield for my hot rod restorations. This is the best work to date. They did top notch prep work on the bare metal and the coating looks great. Who knew they did powder coating. Great set up and friendly staff. Front office is top notch.Thanks Missouri Sandblasting for referring me to RMP.
Weldor ,: Herb always takes care of anything our shop needs and in the same professional way we demand . Been using them a LONG time . They’ve been around where others have disappointed and disappeared. You know what they say “ Get what you pay for”.

KELI C: HORRIBLE. If you could choose no stars that's what I'd pick. We were told we would receive a call twice and did not. Order was not correct. Jim has stuff going on in his personal life that is affecting his work and told us he doesn't care. Not professional at all. I called and tried to get the situation resolved and got hung up on. I then called back and am still waiting for a call back and it has been over a week. Can't believe they at all in business. Will never return or recommend.

Too many excuses.Poor communication.I eventually pulled the job after numerous attempts to get a straight answer and went to a company who treated me with professionalism and respect.
Rhonda Hoover: If I could give 10 stars I would. I spoke with Ethan and gave him a rough idea of the project I had in mind...a sign with the name of our new homestead with the date established and paw prints on the sides. He told me to send a draft to an email address which I did. Ethan replied to be certain he understood that the "S" was truly a "Z" which I confirmed to be correct. In a few days Ethan sent me what they had drawn up and 2 choices of sizes and prices. I replied my selection and engaged their services. Upon completion Ethan notified me it was ready for pick up. To say I was pleased would be a gross understatement. It was perfect! It was much heavier and more substantial than I anticipated but the icing on the cake is they used tiny paw prints in the date! I was beyond excited! Thank you to Ethan and the team at C&R Metalworks!

Steve McIntire: I’ve used Falcon professionally and personally for one a decade. Top notch. Regarding shooting steel- I’m pretty confident that the grade they stock is AR400 not AR500. Fine for shooting with pistol calibers not rifles. Thickness is also important. But regardless of grade PLEASE do not shoot at a steel target with a rifle at 25 yards! It’s dangerous. Should be 100 yards.
LG5150: I bought some "AR500" plates there for target practice. I shoot a lot! I shoot my 9mm and its fine. Shoot my AK47 (7.62x39) and it leaves a dent. I pulled out my AR15 (5.56 nato) and it went through the metal. I have had issues with bullet fragments coming back to me at 25 yards and hitting me. Once in the chest, (went through my shirt) and once in my man sack, (right through my pants and into my nut sack). I don't recommend them for shooting plates.
