Jazz Ames: Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve actually never left a review on anything before but I would leave zero stars if I could. I needed a drug screen for a new employer the employer didn’t get me the information until 3:45 I called ahead to the location to make sure it I made it at 4 that they could do my screen they told me if I made it by 4 they would do it I made it there at exactly 4 after flying across town and when I walked in the man at the front desk and the old lady led tech very rudely said what are you here for I said a drug screen she said yea we stop doing those at 4 and the walled away. It takes 3 seconds to pee in a cup and they don’t close until 4:30 change your hours if you’re gonna stop service at 4.

Alyssa Bowman: Came here for a urine drug screen. No where in or outside of their building does it say no one under 16 years of age. Old lady who works there was nothing but rude to me. I asked if I could drop my daughter off and come back and she said, "well I don't care where you take her." Don't appreciate the constant rudeness from this woman. And apparently by reviews some other have the same experience.
Mackenzie York: I have gone to Labcorp for all my drug test for my employers. I have never had issues in the past. The same guy that is always working was in there and he was great like always. But there was a new older lady in there today who thought it was a good idea to make a smart a$$ comment about me not having my ID with me (which I left in the car). I don’t think she knew I was sitting there but still super unprofessional.
Tony Lentz: Absolutely horrible on the wait time. Over 40 minutes to do a simple 5 panel urine screen for an employer. Only one person working and told at least a 45 minute wait. Inexcusable and poor service.
John Justice: I went in without an appointment and, in spite of the constantly full lobby, I was seen and driving away within a half hour or so. The tech kept traffic flowing and treated everyone kindly. The blood drawing was easy and painless. No fishing or complications whatsoever.

E. S.: I came in to have blood drawn for the Be The Match bone marrow registry. I got right in with no waiting. Robert was the man who drew my blood, and he was fantastic! When he asked which arm I preferred, I told him wherever he could find it because I usually get stuck multiple times and they have to try both arms. He simply said, "No. That should NEVER happen." One stick, barely felt it. Best blood draw I've ever had.

Colleen: HORRIBLE experience! Rude, hostile staff who dug and dug and got no blood - I NEVER had trouble with a blood draw before! CREEPY, WITCHY atmosphere as well.

Jessica Benson: First of all I want to say if you're looking for this place it's inside of Mercy. There is no sign outside. It's on the 2nd floor of Mercy.There was no wait, staff was friendly and helpful.

Lois Robinson: The experience has been awful since Quest took over. I've gone there several times trying to get labs but I turned around and left because the waiting room was full, packed in like sardines. I wasn't about to wait in that environment in the midst of a pandemic. The one time I did wait it took over an hour to wait to get my blood drawn. Also, they tout being able to make an appointment online, but their app does not allow that, so I couldn't even make an appointment. Mercy, this was a really bad move.Update - I use the whiteside location and it has improved since the first few months after the takeover. The appointments app now works and it is easy to get in and out.
Steve Dunehoo: Quest wants you to schedule your appointment online ("to give you some of your time back"). their web site tells me to try again later (15 times) and I can not get through on the phone. Great time savings so far! This company is useless! Mercy made a big mistake on this one.
7 7: Awful. Delayed lab results and there is literally no way to speak with anyone on any level. They designed this intentionally so you’re forced to set up an account and everything is automated. There’s not even an option for customer service. When you have a problem, heaven help you because your only option is to drive to a location to hopefully speak with a live person. Ugh. Mercy cut corners to save a few bucks and as usual, the patients pay the price. I can only imagine how frustrating this much be for senior citizens. Geesh. I’d give this place negative stars if possible. Absolutely awful and a text book example of what’s wrong with healthcare in this country.

sheetslj: I have never given a poor review- until today. If I could give a rating of zero stars for Quest Labs would. I signed in for lab work and was given an estimate wait time of 12 min. An hour later (and only 3 people were called back for labs) I asked if I was still on their list for lab work. I was told there was still 2 people ahead of me. I didn’t have another hour to wait so I had to leave.
Lynn Cheuk: I was billed with lab fees even my insurance maximum out pocket had been met. In the past week I called their billing department multiple times daily but no one was answering the phone. Quest service is Terrible and Mercy needs to take action and make things right.
Brian Sharp: This new system mercy is using with quest is a first class joke. Trying to run it like sef checkouts at Walmart. 2 employees and a 2 hour wait time for labs. Sick people waiting that long and older people who don't understand electronics being barked at is beyond irresponsible. Mercy should be ashamed of this decision, Cox will be getting new patients without a doubt.

Irina: I asked who would be drawing my blood,making sure it's a registered nurse or a doctor (I personally want only nurse/doctor to draw my blood from the vein and I don't care that federal and state laws don't have such requirement), administrator was very surprised and said Mark has a master`s in theology(?) and they have been here for 12 years, then mentioned he was a doctor. Mark had gloves on but he cut an index finger out, so after he sanitized my skin he touched my vein with his unglooved finger. I said I wanted my skin sanitized again, because I don't feel comfortable with people who don't follow basic higiene rules when punching my veins. He said he already sanitized his finger, and he had been in medicine for 30+ years but he sanitized my skin again and then touched my santized skin with his finger again.
Izzy Do: After having such a nightmare situation trying to get a PCR covid test done for travel through Walgreens, I was suggested to take the test here and I would get my results back the same day.They promptly helped get me tested and the results back within an hour. If it wasn't for them, my whole vacation would have been ruined.I wish I just did the test here from the start. Would have saved me nearly 3 days of headaches going through Walgreens after the first test came back as "inconclusive" wasting valuable time that I only had 72-hour window before my flight took off.Very nice people and professional. Thank you!

And in true southern style treated us like friends recommending some of their favourite breakfast spots while we waited for the results. Brandy Lawrence: The billing for this place is absurd. Looks like a scam. When you call their phone number, it puts you into a phone tree that no one ever answers. You then eventually get a call back from a number out of New Hampshire who wants all your personal information. Definitely feels like a scam. Do not recommend.
Stephan Bryan: Doctors are absolutely great, but the billing is the worst on the planet. I have yet to get a bill that is correct. I get tired of calling every time I go to the doctor to get the bill straight. They use some billing out of Lombard IL and they are terrible and provide terrible service. Almost seems like they are trying to run some billing scam have you pay extra and only straighten it out after you call they keep the rest.
Shannon Marler: Absolutely horrible. Random text messages used as “billing”. Text message with a link asking for birthdate. Just lazy and looks more like a scam than the billing department for a doctor.

Why would a local service sent out to another state with out talking to the patient or checking insurance? Of course Missouri insurance isn’t accepted in Colorado! Now because they didn’t ask permission I’m out $1500!!! Do not allow your dr to send anything to this place.
Steve Bryan: The billing for these people is done out of Lombard IL they provide absolutely horrid nasty service. When they screw up billing because of their incompetency they just immediately go to trying to get the customer to pay so they do not have to put in effort in fixing their mistakes. Calls can take up to an hour before you can talk to somebody. And these people could care less the hassle you have to go though if they can save a dime using these people. You don't care about people and that is the business you are in.

Katherine Boyd: The company overall has poor customer service! Because my employer didn't give me what time frame they gave drug tests they do not accept responsibility that the automated system doesn't say anything about the times available. Drug screens you can't make appointments for anyway, the automated recording doesn't tell you that either. Walk ins only for drug screens. Drove 45 min to get the test/screen and was told well sorry. Also 2 other facilities that are listed online DO NOT do drug screens for employers

When I asked for a compromise or solution they told me I could make payments over 5 months or let it go to collection and that it wasn’t their problem. So frustrating!

Riley Eisenberg: First just making an appointment was a hassle. Then once I got there it was just a tablet in a small waiting room to check in on. I then was told it would be a 12 minute wait but sat for almost 45 minutes before a drug screen. Even more....then they got super worked up over payment when MSU was paying for the the screen. Very frustrated and very terrible experience. Not what you want after just moving to Springfield.
Autumn Neff: I had a good in-person experience while getting drug tested, but the aftermath was ridiculous. I STILL have not gotten my results after the max of 72 hours they said it’d be. Additionally, trying to get in contact with a representative is INSANE. The opening on the phone call takes forever and after all that I still wasn’t able to talk to a representative.

Jennifer Mccowan: Went in had some blood work done and the black lady was quite rude I had told her that the only way to get blood work is to use the pediatric needle aka butterfly because I know how my body is and most of the technicians I have ever been to always granted my request with no issues and always used the pediatric needle regardless even if they missed the vain she also told me that she was going to be the judge of that she really didn’t try to get the vain then stuck the needle in and then pulled it out then got a bigger needle and left bruises on my left arm my right arm another lady gotten my blood work done and left no bruises.
Traci Quinn: I definitely recommend this Quest. They always get blood on the first draw. Very kind, professional, and gentle. I have only waited 5 mubutes for a walk-in service, but I do prefer to make an appointment because there has been no wait time for me. Results are quick, too.

I've tried correcting their mistake with my insurance information in my online acct, but it keeps reverting back. I've tried every customer support option I can find. Their auto generated responses just send you in circles.
