Brett H.: My E-Commerce brand has been with OMG since 2015 (holy cow) and they’re truly a partner in my business, except they don’t get a cut like most partners would. They understand my business and my products; there have even been times where during a call my account manager has asked if x product was still out of stock and I didn’t even know it was out of stock. They’re eager to try new things, bring new ideas to the table and are willing to chase down whatever harebrained idea we come up with (we had one on our call yesterday). Our monthly calls are actually really enjoyable because they ARE actually doing something, even after all these years. One of my closest friends owns an marketing agency (like, was at my house for Thanksgiving, close), and I still stick with OMG, they’re that awesome. In the 8 years that we've been with them we have had only 2 different account managers, which is amazing, the old account manager has stayed with OMG, just gotten promoted (I think it's important that they're not leaving). There has been no turnover. They deeply understand our business goals and are careful to stay within the parameters we set for them. They're managing about $50k - $75k in monthly adspend. I'd recommend them to anybody, except my competitors.

QPS: I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Nick, Jeremiah and the team at 417Marketing. Recently, QPS Missouri had the opportunity to become a site for the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. This was a great opportunity for QPS Missouri and we wanted to make sure this would be executed in the most efficient and organized manner possible. That is where 417Marketing came into play.Registration for the public was held over 3 separate weekends. Each registration window was its own pop-Up that appeared on QPS Missouri’s website (417studies.com). 417Marketing made sure that each pop-up window was developed and working correctly at least 24-hours prior to the registration opening.Each registration window opened at 7 a.m. and from the minute it became “live”, Nick was in contact with me the entire time. He would let me know what was going on from the backend of our website and any issues we may be having. Nick was with me the entire time, every day we had a registration, checking in multiple times with updates on how many people were visiting the website. Patrick Prutsman: I worked with 417 Marketing for 3 years to improve my SEO. For the most part, they delivered good results. Towards the end of our partnership, quality and attention to detail began to slip so I decided to use another company.I gave the required 30 days notice, and I thought we had ended on good terms. Shortly thereafter my keyword rankings began to plummet. The decrease was directly the result of backlinks redirected away from my site by 417 Marketing. It turned out that the SEO strategy employed by 417 was to direct backlinks from sites that they own/control. Once our business relationship ended, so did my time on these sites.That may be the standard operating procedure for 417, but I feel that spending over $75K on SEO should result in at least some long term benefit - which in this case, it did not.When I expressed my concerns, I didn't get a phone call. Instead, I received a threatening letter from their attorney. Trey: I hired 417 marketing for my SEO optimization and adwords campaigns per the recommendation of one of their satisfied clients. Initially, I was pleased with their work, even though their fees were higher than some of the other local providers I interviewed. Unfortunately, we were never able to achieve the rankings I desired. I expressed this concern several times over the two years we utilized their services, but our rankings for my most important keyword didn't improve. I am giving them a two star review because we never achieved the results I hired them for.Moreover, once I terminated our relationship, Nick became very difficult to work with and tried to charge me for things that I had already paid for previously, but weren't done as I had asked. After spending over twenty five thousand dollars with their company, I expected some professional follow up to resolve a couple of outstanding issues. I didn't get it, which admittedly was very frustrating. It seemed to me that Nick didn't really care, it was more about the money.I think I should add that I have reviewed all the e-mails sent to Nick and only the very last one had an expletive, which was singular and well said. There were no "expletive filled e-mails" and none were ever sent to his staff, as he states in the response...

J Ups: INCREDIBLE! OUTSTANDING!#1 CARING COMPANY IN THIS CENTURY!This team of brilliant individuals have brought me to tears more than once, real tears. As a business owner I am always on guard for people out there trying to take our money. I interviewed 3 local marketing companies before committing to Frank & Maven -- a company outside of my state. Most of those other ad agencies within 3 questions asked "What's you advertising budget?" Not Frank & Maven!! Brandon, Audrey, Caleb, Carter, Makensi, Valerie, Rylee...asked questions like "What do you want?" "What does your company stand for?" "Why do you do what you do?" "Tell us your story" and they sincerely listened. After we signed with them they really showed how much they cared, with their actions!We strategically make plans. They are conservative with our money. Their creative department is off the charts awesome. THEY ARE GETTING BETTER RESULTS THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! They have much much bigger clients in other industries but I feel like we are their most important one. Our business is better because of them AND I can't imagine doing life without them.
