jackson kennedy: If y’all need any work done, whether it be electrically, on a Yamaha or on an mercury, look no further than boat wrx. I drove 8 hours to have some rewiring and battery installation done on my Skeeter. The day before my appointment, I spun a hub. I called Brennan at Boat Wrx, explained my issue, and he told me to come on in and they’d take care of it. Well let me tell you, they did more than just that. Brennan rewired what I needed done so quickly. After getting my hub fixed, there was coincidentally a Yamaha Representative at the shop who went into further detail about issues with my outboard. Upon inspection, I had a bent prop shaft, an issue that could’ve caused $1000’s in damage down the road. At the drop of a dime, quite literally right then and there on the spot, the mechanics at Boat Wrx took apart my lower unit, fixed my prop shaft and had me ready to get back on the water for an affordable price.The mechanics along with the Yamaha representative answered any and every question that I had pertaining to my outboard and electrical system.I had heard about how great the customer service was at Boat Wrx for years now, but after dealing with them first hand, I will continually make the 8 hour drive to Nixa to ensure that my investment and the repairs needed along the line are done correctly, with an explanation behind them, and at an affordable price. Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart!

You don't have a3 mile hike to find them out of what you came to get. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people who actually fish and are willing to help you catch more fish. You won't find a kid who was selling shoes yesterday trying to help you buy a fishing rod today. They have the top brands in the right colors for anything that swims in our area.

They do not want to do the work, to get Tige parts they have to call the distributor Tige themselves. Which I guess takes a lot of work apparently for them.

Well I can tell you, Chris is one of the very few men out there that actually follows through with what is told. David Williams: I was looking for a part number for one of there seats to order it one of there dealers didn’t want to deal with them an said if you can get the part number he would order it he couldn’t find it on there site. I called many times left messages sent a email left messages on customer service number a the retail number . No return calls or emails . I can see why the dealer didn’t want to bother with them . Never again would I buy there products. Joke

Brian Kenning: Do not return phone calls or emails. Not sales and marketing friendly. Some sliders grossly over-priced. I am in receipt of your response today. I can assure you several messages were left for Amy including emails. No return call. Also say it was impossible to reach the company a few months ago. Several vendors indicated Springfield was difficult to deal with as well. It is just not sales, marketing or information friendly, it was not a pleasant experience.... just being candid. Manufacturer or not, quality customer service is critical on every metric these days and an area not well implemented at Springfield. I do not have an issue with the quality of your posts or the Workhorse/ Mariner slide and swivel. They are good. I own one. However, Springfield's pricing is now so ridiculous/ absurdly high for this part. I was trying to match the other one hoping to get a scratch and dent one or at least a fair price. Springfield doubled the price and that's just not fair leaving me in a rough spot. We did build this boat. Thank You.

Randy Hudson: Good luck getting Springfield to service any product you buy. I purchased flip back seats sourced from Springfield. The vinyl on the seats is very nice but does not match the remaining original seats. I inquired very nicely if they could either tell me the brand, vendor, or SKU of the vinyl. The first response I got was "we don't sell vinyl". I explained I wasn't looking to buy vinyl from them, I merely wanted to know where I could get matching vinyl to recover the remainder of my seats. The second response was just as inane as the first one. The person responding said "we buy the seats with the vinyl already on them" and "we don't sell ANY vinyl"......which leaves me guessing as to the product manufacturer, color, SKU. I like the seats I got from Springfield, I merely asked the question so I could make all the seats match. I guess since they already had my money and stood to make no more they didn't care. So, I'm sure they don't care but I will never again buy a product sourced from Springfield.
