Lori Wheeler: Great house, very quiet. I marked it down because it is advertised as a bed and breakfast, and I came expecting that. However, breakfast is only catered in on Saturday and Sunday. Price is low because of that (around $130 for the night), but we had a doctor's appointment and found out that we would have to leave early to look for food. Just need to know that up front. And, we did have an unwelcome visitor to our room, which I suspect is expected in a home of that age. But...these guys are my biggest fear.

I never stay in a bed & breakfast. Most you have to share bathroom. Not this one.I booked this room for a girls weekend. Surprised a friend who thought I booked hotel. This is so neater than a boring hotel room. Love this place!!
B Bayrak: I don't know what else to say that has not already been said in praise of this wonderfully unique lodging. In everyway, it is an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Rooms are all uniquely different and comfortable. Although it is located close to the downtown area, it is isolated from it. The staff is most friendly and welcoming. I'm sure we will be staying here everytime we are passing through Springfield.Rooms: Every room is uniquely decorated in the original Victorian style.

Cheryl Monson: Amazing experience.Beds were as soft as clouds.We stayed in the chapel suite.Everything was very clean.No staff on site though.Affordable ($130ish) a night.Complimentary coffee machine in rooms and lobby.Ran out of ice in the morning.Lots of parking available.Quiet stay, we didn’t hear or see other guests.There was a TV and Mini fridge in our room.Nice location in the nature but still near many restaurants and businesses.Every room is unique and nicely decorated.I would recommend this hidden gem & I would stay here again!

Amy Miller: My husband and I along with two friends stayed at Rader Manor and had a wonderful time. The place is gorgeous, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Wayne and Susan are fantastic hosts. The included breakfast was delicious. Just an all around wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!
Gemi V: Very disappointed I stayed at one of these locations host didn’t communicate his dissatisfaction with us even after he came into the residence while we were staying there until we left saying we trashed his place and ruined his carpets but we spent time cleaning and vacuuming nothing was ever done to the carpets that I know of. Would have recommended now I will not.

Mary Robertson: Perfect experience in a exquisite historic small hotel.Bed room was above elegant, brimming with sumptuous textures of marble, velvet, and soft linens.Hosts were so much fun to talk to but not in your face.
