Harrison Staab (Harry): We were looking for a local place and hit the jackpot with Pappy's. The pulled pork sandwich, homemade Mac and Cheese, and baked beans were excellent. My friend's raved about the ribs. We ate outside which looks like it would be a ton of fun for an evening musical venue. Server was kind and treated our table well. Don't let the outside fool you, this is a gem of a bar!

B Hughs: You gotta go here at least once in your life if you live in the area. Stepping into this dive is like stepping back into time.. its simple and good.Try the hotlinks! Some of the best I've had, and they make them in-house. Ribs have a good smoke flavor. Slaw and potato salad (made in-house) is a must. We also had the chili and brisket. Both were good. Watch out for the jalapeños🙂

Charlie Robison: Been wanting to try this place a long time but I usually only have Sunday or Monday & they aren't open then. This was FANTASTIC BBQ!!! I'm not a huge BBQ fan but this place could change that for me. Good BBQ requires no sauce & this was mouth watering good BBQ. I had the sampler platter & the only thing that wasn't perfect were the beans(shoulda ordered the Mac&Cheese instead). A piece of Texas toast was all that was missing. Very quaint & friendly place.

Johnathan Cassell: I have been frequenting SocieTea for a few months now, and I'm finally putting a review up. I always get their signature drink "Say Cheese!" with extra cream cheese. I know it sounds weird at first, but it is SO GOOD. Always friendly staff and a clean environment to socialize and enjoy your drinks and cafe style treats they offer as well!

Tracy Wilson: I have been to both stores multiple times and have been pretty happy with what I have ordered. However, today I went into the sunshine store and very nicely greeted with a hello whom I assume is one of the owners ( only because I have seen him at both stores) who did NOT greet me with a hello back and seemed annoyed to even have to wait on a customer in general! I said thank you as I got my drink and nothing!!! If you can’t be friendly to your customers then I suggest you hire someone who can!!! Too many places to get good boba these days to be treated so rudely!! You just lost my business. I will not be coming back!!!

There’s one young lady there that’s just rude to me 🤷🏼‍♀️I’m not sure if it’s just me or if she just has a bit of an attitude. Everyone else has always been very sweet and accommodating.

Lake Mensori: Best BBQ in town. We eat here often! We are from out of town, but make it a point to swing thru to enjoy the fantastic food!! The " whole Pig" is the BEST! Lissa C: Lured here by the amazing smell over by Bass Pro, decided to stop by. It's definitely worth it! The pulled pork sandwiches were filled as much as possible and the take out boxes were stuffed on the side with meat too. The amount was very much unlike most places that skimp out on what they give you. The meat had a good smoky flavor, not too strong, but not weak. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really nice overall. We may circle back after our trip west! They're a small business, but they do such a fine job! I can't understand the negative reviews one bit.
