Nicole Rhodes: We had a couch delivered by these guys. The 2 gentlemen that came were so nice and went above and beyond to get the couch upstairs. They took great care not to damage our new couch, any walls or other furniture. They were very easy to work with. THANK YOU!!
Joe Sainz: They were scheduled twice to deliver my furniture to my home and it never showed and no one called me or even an email. I waited all day and had my brother here who lives two hours away to help me move it in. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They wont even answer the phone!
Matthew Schleuning: For contractors looking to work with these guys. Don't I signed a net 30 agreement. They Said it was 45. It wasn't. It's now been 50 days. And they still haven't sent me my payment of almost $10,000.
Kevin Wine: I believe your company delivered a piece of furniture from Wayfair to my home in University Heights, Springfield, MO. If so, I found a Driver's License in my driveway the next morning. It was 'face down' so it almost blended in with the pavement. If it was one of your Team, it is the younger of the two men who delivered the Wayfair order.They were GREAT, by the way! Professional and Polite. I'm "old" with a bad back and high blood pressure. I asked them if they could possibly slide the box (6 feet long and 110 lbs) through the front door so my wife and I could maneuver it into the Dining Room. They did! Bless Them! Thank You!
JASON HUTCHENS: I would put zero stars if that was an option. I have had a tool box shipment tied up with them for over a month and still have not received it, nobody answers the phone and if you drive to the location nobody is there. I have another shipping company that is working to retrieve it for me. I will update this once I have the tool box.

Jaeci Joustra: Giving one star because I can’t give zero. This is basically a fake business; Good luck getting your stuff. They have had my couch for a month. They don’t answer phones, they don’t contact you, and honestly don’t do anything. We even drove to the warehouse and nobody was there for two days straight and other workers in the building next to the warehouse explained that nobody is ever actually at work. If you can, don’t let your items go through this fake business.

Ann Rivard: Has had my shipment for 12 days and still not delivered- does not answer phone and no answering service. Unprofessional.
Zach Boulware: This company is a joke. That have had my product sitting in their warehouse for two weeks and have now missed 2 scheduled delivery dates. Mind you I live 8 miles from their warehouse. They gave me a 4 hour window for both delivery dates they established and missed them both. I still don’t have my product and nobody answers the phone when I call.Definitely hire another company for your shipping needs.
Jeffrey Marler: Does not answer their phone and does not have a voicemail. Calls you 30 minutes before delivery without any prior notification to schedule a delivery date.
Ken Hempen: This company does not answer their phones nor to they return calls. They also do not deliver products when they say. They have not proved to me to be a good supplier to I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have also call the Corporate office in Frisco TX. I was put on hold and was caller number 4 with 4 min hold time, once i do the caller number one i was sent to a voicemail that said to leave a message. I wonder if JW Logistics is even a real company.

Heather Heywood: We had a big problem and needed help. We came from out of state to buy a travel trailer and we absolutely had to buy it that night or the trailer would be sold to someone else. 2 1/2 hours into our trip and 30 minutes from the location of the trailer we realized we didn't have the key to our hitch pin and wouldn't even be able to tow this trailer as things were. How embarrassing! I remember I had seen Eli's Facebook ad so I gave him a call and told him the crazy situation. Although he was not able to get out there that night he was able to write us in the book, gave me a quote and with his assurance he could help we did go through and buy the trailer. He came and got the trailer sooner then I had expected. He had very good contact and communication with me through pick up till drop off which was over several hours. The other thing was we weren't even gonna be in the state when he dropped it off at the storage location. He gladly and simply took my payment over the phone and if I believe correctly it was what he had originally quoted me. Even after our trailer was dropped off, they were kind enough to send me many pictures of my trailer at the new location so I could show my Mom. Eli and his company were a pleasure to work with, reliable and went above and beyond for us. His kindness and service took a very stressful situation and took all the weight off our shoulders. I absolutely would recommend this company and Eli. We will be calling them next time we need anything towed long distance. Thanks for being so awesome guys!

AlexM: Been here several times and are pretty quick once they start. They give appointment times but it’s pretty much FCFS. Sign into kiosk and wait to get a text with directions. Most likely you’ll be out in door 4.
