Sarah Hoaglin: Absolutely do NOT work for this company. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because their interest rates are reasonable. But as far as working for, the supervisor Linda is rude, unprofessional, and abusive. Her employees get it the worst, but she is very verbally abusive towards customers too. The company owner refuses to believe it all. If you can get a loan anywhere else, do it. Their small loans aren't worth your time!
Ana Rodriguez: Absolutely can not stand this business. Disrespectful and rude. I’ve been late payments in the past and I understood them calling me and needing their money I had just refinanced a loan and missed my payment by one day not because I couldn’t afford it but because I simply got busy paying other bills and forgot. Received a call saying that my account was flagged and they wanted their money in full while I was irritated I was willing to pay it because I thought I had enough left over to do so and I did not. They gave me a week to come up with the full pay off I couldn’t get it to them. Instead the NEXT DAY I get a call asking where the money is that they know I have money even though they agreed to give me a WEEK. I have had no contact since assuming they would just take legal action because I can’t get them their money they demanded full pay off now I keep getting phone calls saying “you have to be in this day at this time” how many days and times can you give me if each is the last day I can supposedly come in? They called my grandfather and lied to him said I had an appointment. the account should be closed and moved on for further legal stuff instead of them harassing my family. At this point I’m well aware and ok with the fact I owe them money regardless I am no longer in the position to pay and I am uninterested in working something out with someone who was so rude to me.

Linda was really rude over the phone and completely lacking in professionalism. Even after being told I would pay her in 2 weeks on next check she was ignorant. I will never again be using her services.

Tabby Bryant: I applied for a loan a year ago. While they were following up on new leads two days ago, they decided to run another credit check randomly to check out new leads. They did not speak to me first, I did not authorize this. Now I have to file with the credit bureau, and frankly I'll take this to any source that will impact this business, as they think it's fun to impact my credit.
JDM CHICK: Ardmore finance is really a great place to go to get a personal loan. The manager and the personnel over there are so personable and so fun you'll always want to talk to them. They're installment loans are much lower interest than most personal loans and their payments are a lot lower too. They have saved my life with the loan that I recently got, and I am finally getting a house after 9 months of nowhere to live. Thanks to the ladies at Ardmore they are awesome!!! 😁

If you are one day late the manager will harass you and demand you borrow from a friend or family member to pay your debt. I get paid biweekly and all of my debtors are understating of being paid a few days late. This ‘manager’ is by far the worst human I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Zero people skills. Zero customer service. Never would I refer ANYONE to this place!Master financed on Glenstone is owned by the same person I believe. I will always give them a 10 out of 10. As long has you communicate with the girls there, they are very pleasant.
Soren Tempest: Don't put on your wall that you're open at 8:30 and then be standing outside smoking a cigarette and tell someone to come back at 9 when they try to get a loan when your wall clearly says 8:30. Horrible customer service.

Conquer Understanding: 2 stars they give you money with a interest rate 30 year’s ahead of inflation rate. Not honest company, online app never works, they call you all the time even when you pay them each month, then you must spend 15 minutes on the phone each month to keep your account in good standing.It’s sad. Report them to the state attorney general if you have any issues, shut them down permanently.

Trish Bryson: If I could give a negative number as a review I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. My mom and I walked in to the office and at first had a positive interaction with a young man seated at the second desk. He was polite asking Mom how can he help her. As she is telling him why she is there the woman at the third desk back overhears and starts shouting orders at him and shouting the rest of my moms business over the expanse of the office the remainder or the visit. (The young man left after making a photocopy.) She was uncaring and unsympathetic that my father had just died. She loudly spoke to Mom and a person on the phone about his death and his nonpayment (bc he died!). She never invited Mom to her desk, never invited her to sit, never came forward to speak to her face to face, and definitely didn't offer condolences. When we were leaving I grabbed her card and to my surprise when I read it in the car, she is the BRANCH MANAGER!!! Obviously they need some business training and customer service training.

Mirei Mikagura: This is the worst loan company. They send payments through the day before the due date, racking up charges. Also, beware if your due date falls on a bank holiday. They will not process the payment at all, then charge a late fee, and wait several months before making contact. Their phone customer service is rude and does not speak English very well. The online customer service is not monitored, and no one responds. I would only recommend this company to someone I wanted to get screwed over.
