Kevin Love: There is a nice supply of good fixtures at this company. The sales staff is very pleasant and helpful. My only concern is price. I understand that you get what you pay for, but most of their stock is on the high side. Be prepared.
Cammy Elder: I went into the store this afternoon to shop for lights and was the only customer in the store and not one person greeted me or asked if they could assist me. They were more interested in talking with each other and cleaning than making a sale. So much for shopping local.

Gina Beamish: Walked in, not a single "hello" - was there for about an hour, no one asked us if we needed any help - there were 4 other customers in the store - they weren't busy. Unfortunately, we found light fixtures there that we liked and they had the best price - called to order them over the phone the very next morning and we were told they were more expensive than what they had on the tag the night before. When I questioned the sales person, he said they had a price increase at the beginning of the year. When I told him that I was just there the night before and that I have a picture of the price, he replied "Well, price increases happen at midnight." Changing his story from Jan 1st price increases to overnight price increases. Long story short, I regret buying them from Lighthouse, and wouldve gladly bought them elsewhere for more money based on this experience with them.
Alaina Grote: I highly recommend Light House Gallery! The staff was super helpful and took the time to share different options with me since I didn't know exactly what I wanted. They have so many options in lighting, fans, and decor! I try to shop locally as often as I can, and this is a family-owned and -operated business with several members of the same family working here (plus one very important extra member -- a super cute dog named Piper who greets everyone and has her own couch!). So much fun and a great experience.

Been There: Nice place to browse but everything is pretty pricey. Also, they do not give military discounts. There are better alternatives to shop at or utilize online.

Stuart Stringer: They are no longer open on Saturday’s which is extremely inconvenient for people who work during the week. Also my wife has a serious health condition that requires extra oxygen which prevents her from being able to wear a mask. When we went into the store on Monday we were immediately asked to have her put on a mask. When we explained to the rude worker upfront that she has a serious health condition and has a legitimate exemption they refused to see it and told us we could not shop there. They just lost a customer for life and will not recommend them ever to other people in my industry.
Darla Poindexter: Rude staff. Their hours of operation are terrible. They are never open on the weekends anymore due to "Covid". They would not recognize my health exemption even when I offered to show my paperwork from my specialist, which is illegal! They are the only place in Springfield that isn't open on Saturday now. Harry Cooper has a great selection and is open on the weekends and has much better customer service. I will never give this company my business.
Beth Hughs: The Light House Gallery has owners with huge hearts who have a continued relationship with Habitat for Humanity of Springfield!
Rob Hulstra: An incredible selection of indoor and outdoor lighting. My wife and I are replacing some fixtures and we were excited to see the selection they offered. Our sales person, Ian, said the store displays only about 5% of what they have on hand. Go online to see the full inventory. Modern, futuristic, contemporary, lighting systems, designer light switches, under counter lighting, ceiling fans, the list is endless. For several years this is our go-to lighting store. If you're not particularly adept at installing electrical fixtures, they have a list of electricians that can do the job for you!

Christine Ozley: My husband and I used The Light House Gallery for our new build. We found beautiful lighting to complement most of the rooms in our home. We stopped by often to view indoor and outdoor lighting and to ask questions. We spoke several times with the owner Debbie and I believe both of her boys. Each time they were extremely friendly and sociable as they offered assistance in finding just the right look, even staying after closing when we arrived late. Debbie also allowed us to do an exchange when one room didn't come together liked we hoped. She never made us feel like exchanging lighting or asking a bunch of questions were an inconvenience. Building can be very stressful and frustrating but, if you're wanting a unique look with an enjoyable, relaxed shopping experience I would definitely recommend them. Grateful for all your help.

Victor Hudson: My wife and I bought a Honda and it has a fobb that was taped together and we have had bad luck with those in the past and it was just a bad situation and inconvenient to say the least so we knew we needed to get a key made asap .we called Honda and set up appointment and it was 300 bucks .a friend of ours told us about batteries plus we was skeptical but called and we got one key with the unlock and alarm buttons on it and one key just for starting it for 150 really glad we found out about this before we had to pay dealership bs prices ty guys for making it more affordable for the average guy

Courageous Voyagers: Hayden at the Kansas Expressway Springfield, MO location went above and beyond by making sure we were able to get the battery we needed. The battery was at a different location in Springfield, and he took the time to call the store to get the battery on hold and called me back to confirm everything was ready.I was at work but my wife was able to drive into the store and have the battery installed for free, which was a huge blessing for me. She was very happy with the service provided, and I was very happy with the overall communication the associates provided. This experience was to rated for sure.

Bill Johnston: WARNING ! DO NOT BUY a "Big Larry" flashlight made by NEBO at this store or anywhere else. Neither the Store Manager nor the unresponsive Manufacturer will honor their advertised "Lifetime Warranty" on this $30+ flashlight that is cause by use of NEBO-brand batteries installed at time of sale. The cheap batteries corrode and leak inside the flashlight and ruin it. Stay away from both. If the store refuses to honor a warranty on a product they sell to consumers and expects the consumer to deal with a horrible Company like NEBO it's a good sign to go elsewhere to spend your hard-earned money.
