Recently, I scheduled a party though, and I forgot about a sout event. I need the party moved and was told to talk to a supervisor, I have left 2 messages and called 3 times in 5 days and haven't been able to get ahold of a supervisor.. Dewayne Wade: From the parking lot to the front door, the distance is too far, especially for the elderly. Plus there is no covered drop off like the Kinney Complex. Also the concrete slabs are chipping severely at every expansion joint, which makes it a terrible eyesore entering the building. The bad stops there as the inside is maintained well enough. It's probably in 2nd place behind Kinney in the amount of equipment, with Doling being 3rd. The caveat is the amount of people using the facilities rank in the same order.

Jeremy Matthew Hartman: The only reason why I give this gym 2 star's is because of the pool. Way too much chlorine, the pool is only 4 feet and not enough room to swim unless you want to use the lap pool. Obviously this pool is designed for children and not adults. Overall the staff is very nice.

Hope Domengeaux: This place is perfect for couples and families. There is a gym, pool, and a big park connected to this property and it has a a playground and walking trails. We found the community venter by going to the park regularly. I wish we would have visited sooner! The pool is year round! Good prices too. Season passes and day family passesPlayground: There is a playground in the park that is connected to this building's property. It has larger equipment for older kids as well as small things for babies, plus swings. There is open fields that walking paths go around. The fields are perfect for kiteflying and playing ball.Restrooms: There are restrooms in both the Chesterfield Family Center and at the park behind it. Public access, and multiple different rooms.

Joshua Smith: Enjoy this place its one of the nicer gyms I've ever been to. I enjoy all the amenities, and especially the steam room. Sherri the Club manager does an amazing job with the club. She is not only super nice, but she always goes out of her way to make sure that I always feel welcome when I come into the club. It would be nice to have newer machines, but as I understand from the existing members the machinery has been there since Ozark Fitness. It would definitely be nice to see some newer machinery.

Therefore, they let you stand in line in the heat before they verbally tell you they only take cash. Very poor in my opinion. This is the only pool I've ever been to in the last 10 years that only takes cash. Plus how inconvenient if you do carry cash and then you have to worry about theft if you have leftover money. I didn't get to go so now I still don't know if you can purchase a locker? With cash? How much? There was no board outside telling you what to expect. Must be owned by an elderly person that refuses to get with the times is all I can say because why would a swimming board neglect to inform the public? Not everyone has lived here their whole lives so they would just know. My small town pool is much much better. Plus I heard two employees fighting as I stood waiting in line. Could use better Management. Obviously

Steven J. Kasperski: Great pool to take the kids. The pool is actually very large. Has a water slide (a little on the slow side, but fun enough). There are also 2 diving boards and a splash area for little kids. There is just about nothing in the way of seats of pool chairs. Be prepared to sit in the sun if you are not planning on getting in the pool. Price is very reasonable, but they only take cash. $3 a kid and $4 an adult. Right now they are doing $1 entry with a canned good after 5:30pm.

John Waka: One of the cleanest and most well-respected pools in that area. Lots of swimming space, diving boards, and the slide. Splash pad and wading pool for the little ones SEPERATE & GATED. Andrew and Gary are two of the best attributes to Springfield Public Pools. Very friendly and a very good place to go swimming with your family.

I never send my kids in by their selves. These floats are meant for oh hand supervision as all others.But for some reason on the ones that are meant for small small children are allowed. I feel those are the dangerous ones.So needless to say this will have a a big issues on weather we return.So happy standing in water.

However, the website says we can, but they mean small ones, for like a child. Still enjoyed the pool; but the floatie issue will affect my decision to go back or not.

Alyssa Bigham: 10 fitness is okay as a whole I would guess but I would NEVER suggest going to the one on glenstone. There’s a “personal trainer” there named Morgan Long who talks about herself the entire session and never keeps track of your workouts or your goals (which is the entire point of a personal trainer). Then when I quit personal training since it wasn’t worth my time or money Morgan made passive aggressive comments almost every time I came in. She made working out there a horrible experience and I will not return to this gym. I went from spending $220 a month to nothing because of Morgan’a disrespectful and ridiculous attitude. Not to mention my sister also was getting personal training from her and was treated the same way. Morgan is unprofessional and shouldn’t be a personal trainer. She’s discussed drama she created with her own team members. I felt like I was in Highschool again. Never will step foot in there again.update: As you can see 10 fitness decided to answer and be snippy. It doesn’t matter this happened a year ago. I’m not the type to complain but it’s clear you don’t care about your customers. My sister got permission from the owner to use this area and when she was told she couldn’t use it anymore she stopped. Her using a PT area has nothing to do with me or my complaint. I don’t care if you change anything. That’s not why I made the comment. It was clear your company didn’t care about the situation then and you still don’t now! So this should be a warning to everyone. There are lots of personal trainers who actually take their job seriously and treat their clients like a client and not a gossip girl.

morgandickinson1: Been a member of 10 fitness for a couple years. I was approached about some training. So I said I would like to try it for a limited time maybe a month or two during that month. Do they tap my account multiple times for 150 dollars. When I decided that I was no longer was going to continue the training which was no problem with the guy was doing the training.But administration side charge $100 to discontinue when I was promised by the manager, Michael that it would not be any charge for that.This is for my dad. Being that they blocked him from making any kind of review.

Jacob Huenink: Worst gym I have ever been to. The employees leave the free weight doors open so anyone can get in their when you're suppose to pay more for that privilege to scan to get into said room. Contacting corporate and talking to the employees did absolutely nothing. Then when I tried to cancel when I moved they didn't take my proof and charged me without notifying me first. Very poorly managed on all levels. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

D R: Best bang for your buck gym in Springfield. Staff is always friendly. The Manager Codien Raeder was really helpful and knowledgeable when helping me pick a membership that best fits my goals.

B B: I started going here to loose weight while trying to get pregnant. Once I became pregnant the trainer did not have the training or knowledge to work with pregnant women so attempted to google exercises appropriate for me right in front of me…. I can google too and I can do it in the comfort of my own home. And then they tried to argue and charge me for trying to cancel my membership. Ridiculous. Don’t go here if you are pregnant or plan to get pregnant, you will risk not only your health but your babies as well.

Marty Gideon: Don't recommend. Basically a college gym and all the immaturity and nastiness that comes with it. Got harassed by multiple members because of my appearance. Constantly crowded 24/7 deliberately done so to sell access to the room with more or less the same equipment. Was pretty much stared at by a lot of the members to the point it became distracting. The gym costs $200 a month because they basically demand you get training secessions. It's the only way they make money.Oh, and homeless people who aren't members slip in at night and spend the night in the locker room. Hopefully they don't run into your daughter .

Sheryl Brahnam: This is the most friendly gym in town. Staff is wonderful and helpful. It doesn’t matter your fitness level or age, they work with you and with any physically limitations. I highly recommend them.

Bren Newlin: Mikey is the most engaged, friendliest trainer/employee. Randell was awesome, too, but he's moved on. Literally every other guy behind the counter is completely disengaged, and acts like they could care less that I'm there or that a piece of equipment might have a problem or any other feedback I give them could matter.
