Picked out a couple of shirts that are really comfortable, a headband, & a belt loop attachment purse. She even gave us a little discount which was very kind & appreciated.The owner was great! She helped me pick out a great helmet & then showed me where the Tshirt & accessories were! The quality of the merchandise was excellent and the prices even better. It was my first time in there but the owner was fun & pleasant & she made it feel like we'd been coming in there for years. In person shopping isn't as common these days & excellent customer service is even more rare. Here, the customer service & friendliness of the owners and the large selection of quality & affordable merchandise means we will definitely stop there first for anything we need in the future!

Behind the Rocks: I have purchased many Crossbreed holsters in the past. Every holster I have had worked well. I have an issue with a holster for a FN pistol. There is zero front to back retention but the movement from top to bottom is really unacceptable. I do realize that Kydex can be reshaped easily, however, when you purchase a holster you do expect it to not move top to bottom like mine does. I sent an email and waited over 2 weeks for a reply. I did not get one. I sent another follow-up email recently and still did not get one. It seems like they are hungry for your money but don't want to reply back when a customer has a question. I really didn't want to send my holster back to them to tweek, mainly because of time. I really wanted some type of communication either indicating a good easy fix or a self-addressed return label. My recommendation is this, your holster is a good quality holster most of the time. But don't expect a follow-up if there is an issue. It's too bad, as I would expect past ownership would not appreciate a "no response" to a customer.

Duff Calkins: A friend of mine recommended this company for a holster and I listened to him. I got mine a couple days ago and haven't taken it off since. Absolutely love it . So comfortable I don't even notice I'm carrying and holds my side arm perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone who has a side arm and wants to carry it .

Cross breed holster reached out to me after this review and wants me to send it back for "adjustment". The supertuck retention can't be adjusted being that the kadex is riveted to the leather and the kadex shell is what causes the retention. I'm am sorry but I am not spending any more money on a holster that should have been made right the first time. My review still stands!

When I recently had an issue with a crack in the kydex ... the "lifetime" warranty addressed the issue in a very timely manner. In fact, I ended up with a new holster. It's hard to find a company with great products and customer service. CrossBreed is definitely one of them.

Pink Boxer: Have had a Cross Breed Holster for my G26 Glock now for close to 10 years. It still keeps my G26 securely in place and has reduced printing. The leather has held up very well and still is comfortable to wear.

G: The "Try It Free Guarantee" is totally misleading. I called about a return lable as I did not find the holster comfortable for me. I was told that I would have to pay shipping. I was a little disappointed as this is not for free; however, I paid the return shipping and received a refund minus approximately $10. I called to find out why I did not receive a full refund as the holster was in mint condition and only worn once.I was informed that I was charged for the shipping TO me. So the "Try It Free Guarantee" cost me over 20% of the holster cost. I think this is totally misleading, and when customer service says the customer has to pay shipping, they don't mention that this means BOTH ways! To be fair I have a couple of their holsters and they are well made products. My only gripe is this misleading guarantee.

Their product is superior, their customer service is excellent, and they stand by their products.
